Korean eldery lady - in her 50s or 60s - she's terrible hahaha. Did she get fired yet?

I understand that we shouldn’t expect much from a gov run place but this is just too much. Most of the employee here are old and grumpy. Absolutely no manner of customer service. Only the young ones are good here.

I asked for some tape to seal my envelopes but being told a post office has no tape, 100% sure

The elderly gentleman is extremely impatient and rude with customers. I had paid for something to be mailed out and I was given the receipt. I waited patiently for my change then completely ignored me while he stared at the computer screen. Then when i politely asked for my change he insisted he had given to me and went back to staring at the screen. When I said I haven't received it. He snapped and said he had given it to me. Instead of causing a scene i just left. I would strongly suggest the franchise owner to look at these reviews and re-evaluate who they employ.

Today I wanted to pick it up my packages in this location and was serviced by rude aged men. It was so unpleasant to receive a portion of the negative and service from this person.

Mostly ok, service is friendly.however sometimes you will need to line up for long time.

It is located inside the Shoppers Drug mart in Yonge+Finch
The guy who was working there did his job and helped me but he was frowning all the time! I hope Canada Post pay more attention on their locations and their quality (instead of thinking about strike every now and then)
