Canada Post

My first time here left with very bad impression. The clerk was extremely rude and customer service was terrible. I went with a package and unfortunately I didn't have it taped bc I dint have tape. I asked the Spanish rude women with the brown hair if she had tape and she pointed at the wall to buy a tape. I told her I'm not about to buy a tape for small package. She mentioned we are not supposed to tape. I mentioned I didn't know that and would know for next time and if she would tape the small box this time. I also mentioned I've gone to other Canada post location at shoppers at sherway they have helped out as well and the ups store on north queen. Her response. Well go there then.

Rather then saying I can do it this time but please remember for next time she is telling me go elsewhere. Not the response I was expecting and really rude. Then I asked her if she is having a bad day instead she turns the table on me lol. Unreal. Instead of deesclataing the situation she kept talking back to the point where I left. I have no patience for ignorance.

Should be a simple transaction and clearly it wasn't. Extremely rude lady.

As a customer I had to walk away to avoid the heated talk.back I was getting from the clerk. Typically it's the other way around. Just terrible and rude lady.

I am a very easy going person. This women has no people skills and probably better of working in the back room mail room. Where it doesn't require talking to customers

I came here last week but it was closed.

I came back again this week and it was closed again but with a sign this time that it has moved to: 562 Kipling Ave, Etobicoke, ON M8Z 5E9.

So I had to come to the new location. Nice service but it would be nice if the information about the move was put online to save us several trips.

Went today to pick up mail for 4 people from our condo building as the canada post lock on our mailroom is broken. The 2 ladies there were very helpful and patient as they had to look through several totes with our building's mail. I would highly recommend this office.

I visited this location to buy stamps and post a large envelope. Sounds simple. The lady weighed the envelope, put it 90% through the dimension measuring device but then tells me that the envelope does not fit. I explained that I'm confused, I physically watched her put the envelope through the machine. She just says "no" and tells me that I need to pay for an oversized package. I took the same package to another Canada Post location down the road and the cashier used the same device with no problems. I won't use this location again.

Silvia is an incompetence personified and rude person who must be transferred to the dustbin of histry

Parcels never get delivered from this depot, instead they just card it as if you were not home and stick the card in your mailbox. Numerous complaints left to Canada Post about this. Heaven forbid you also see how the workers at this location drive along West Mall. Well over the speed limit (20+) and recklessly, both in their personal and Canada Post vehicles. Toronto Police notified about this as well.
