The attention to detail provided by canada post clerk Neha and Dana was very impressive. There customer skills are excellent. They both helped me in collecting the passport by explaining the right method to pick it up. They both were so polite with good positive attitude. Thanks canada post.

Because our package status wasn't updated since 16th march, we were under serious pressure of the feeling that we lost our package containing very important documents, we went to check if the parcel arrived at the post office. The lady at the post office first checked the online status of our package and asked us to contact the helpline. Later, she took the tracking number and decided to check the package if it is already at their location. She listened to all the details about our issue and was ready to help. She found the package and thus updated the delivery tracking status. The post office manager also apologised for the inconvenience and for the system glitch that led to no status update situation. I really liked their customer service, they were very helpful and courteous. Keep up doing the great work. Thanks

I've been to this location a few times and have always gotten bad vibes from the staff, and after seeing the other reviews, I can't say I'm surprised. Today confirmed that I will no longer come to this location. I was dropping off an Xpresspost package for a customer who purchased products from my website. Upon giving the package to the male clerk, he looked at me and said "Do you not own a scale at home? ". I said "Sorry, what? ". He replied "The weight on your package isn't correct, we can't accept it". The package was off by 0.3kg (0.6lbs), as it's automatically calculated from my online store. I guess I added a little extra packing paper or something. I asked if they could make an exception, and was very coldly told no. He said "It's like trying to send mail without any stamps, we can't take this". I would have to take the package home, re-purchase a label with the proper weight, and bring it back. He actually wrote on the parcel in illegible writing trying to explain this without even asking if he could. He didn't even offer to fix it in-store. He was incredibly dismissive and made me feel like an idiot. I went to my usual post office closer to home, and they took it no problem. Out of curiosity, I went home and drafted a new shipping label with the correct weight, and it was the exact same price. Do yourself a favour and don't go to this post office. The staff are incredibly rude and lack serious empathy.

Incredibly poor customer service. Staff are very unwilling to help when I have questions, multiple visits with multiple frustrations. Not good with pre-labelled drop offs

This location deserves a negative star rating because of the guy working here. Seems he's the same person from every other 1 star here. I came in to ship express, asked how long will it take to Calgary he goes "pre-covid 2 days now I don't know" and was super rude answering a simple question. *I'M NOT PAYING $25.00 TO SHIP EXPRESS WITHOUT AN ARRIVAL DATE! * I decided to leave since I didn't trust this guy with my mail. Took my package to another location and she said 2-3 days. My customer will be receiving their order tomorrow!

I actually feel for the staff there.been going there for years, and always got great service. Sadly, all too often, I have witnessed customers berate the staff for things beyond their control- like who would try and pick up a parcel without I. D? Seems logical to me, yet I've been around for a while. LOL Common sense seems to have left the public these days. Regardless, these guys and gals have always been great to me and my dog- they even have dog treats! Please don't forget that postal workers are essential, and have not stopped working throughout this madness! Treat them as you would like to be treated.just say'in
