Worst service ever. The agent was rude. Talked down to me and other clients. We should be allowed to ask questions to in person agents and receive service in kind. Over charged me after being mislead. I'm writing this while the agent laughs at me to her colleague at the next desk.

Do not come here to have your passport photos done! They were rejected at Service Canada as the stamp’s half blurred and the address is incomplete, missing half the postal code.

Very bad & terrible service, the lady work on Sunday is very rude, I think she is the boss so she doesn’t care about the customer

We took passport photo. Cheap place I've seen since inflation kicked in! Only $12 for 2 photos. Photos seem fine to me. If passport office rejects I'll come back and lower score. And did not receive bad attitude as per other reviews here. Maybe changed workers? !? Or maybe cause I'm chinese.

I would prefer to pick up my mails when there is a young lady doing the post office rather than the mid-age glasses lady because she is kinda rude.

I went to return a parcel since 4 weeks ago and it has not been returned yet there was no communication at all with the lady with the glasses on

No one at post office. Store open but no one working the counter. This is the type of garbage service you will receive in this place. Is someone going to complain to Canada post about this? Does it even matter?

Updated: went to pick up another package —couldn’t cos there’s no one at the counter.

I like the Chinese lady's working here. I don't know why everyone is complaining. I find them efficient. I use this place a lot. Never lost a package yet and they open late

Not bad. My experience was really good. They can weigh and measure your boxes no need to be worried about that.
