Canada Post

At first, the staff was courteous, then the other elder staff, who looked like a manager, was rude and just assumed I forgot to pay for the envelope with a condescending tone. Then, she told me the mailing price without tax. When I asked why the price difference during checkout, she just said she told me the price with the tax, and she remembered, I was in awe because I never had such experience in US for 15 years, but first time using Canada post and this is what I get.

Store closed at 8 pm in front of me even when their store hours say they close at 8: 45. Rude employee yelling at customers.

This is the worst service post office I have ever seen in whole Canada.
Most faces behind the counter are unhappy look like everybody have done something very bad to them.
Their conversation to clients sounds very rude and no patience.
After all if I had other choice I won’t go to this office to see something that will spoil my beautiful day.

I had the worst experience with Canada post in this location.if I could, I would've given it a 0 star.after walking 45 minutes to get there they said they don't print out the return label so I had to go to the ups which was another 20 minutes walk from there. I went there and printed the label and walked back to the canada post but the rude lady (who I think was the manager) told me they don't tape it on the package and if I want I can buy a tape there and do it! They didn't say anything about that before I went to the ups and now they wanted to charge me for tape.it wasn't even a big package and I know other canada post stores and ups stores that pack and tape the package theselves for no charge! Overall I didn't get to return my package and I got the worst customer service experience of my life!
