I've never had worse service, or been treated more poorly than I have at this location. When sending packages, The woman behind the counter is wretched and unprofessional.
I literally got told that my packages weren't going to be checked if she was able to take her much break. I too work in the service industry and understand that you need to
take lunch, but also understand you need be kind to people.
She was barely respectful in my opinion. Very unprofessional.
If she was my employee she would be terminated.
I now go to IDA on Simcoe Street N. Much better service

The accurate post office hours is not updated online neither in the store. Went to pickup the package which is ready for pickup but the staff did not release as she was busy with the lineup. Just a little bit of proactiveness could have saved time for many people like me. Very disappointed, Someone should be accountable for this issue.
