The staff is incredible rude and when asked for a piece of tape for she told me to buy from the store whereas other locations just tape and pack nicely. 0 stars is more appropriate for this location.

The White Old Lady Karen at the store where I was picking up my belongings was racist towards me. She demanded proof files from me, even after I provided all the files I could. She continued to hassle me, refusing to give me my belongings until I provided more files.
Meanwhile, my white friend was able to retrieve her belongings easily, despite not being the owner.
The store's lack of diversity is also concerning, as all employees are white and no people of color are hired. I strongly advise non-white individuals to avoid this place as it is clearly discriminatory.

I won't be going to this location anymore. Staff are so incredibly rude. Any other location is better than this one. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Avoid this location. The workers here are outright unhelpful. Came with clear instructions for a Walmart return and they refused to help 'because I didn't have a label' even though there were instructions about it. Went to the uptown Canada Post, and shipped it from there.

The employees at this office refused to provide a packing slip and said that I would have to BUY tape from them to adhere my shipping label to my package. I immediately drove to the next Canada Post office where they happily supplied me with a packing slip. Avoid this place like the plague. Deserves no stars.

Two employees have been reported to head office. The disrespect at this location needs to end. If you are at work, you cannot make your own rules and better understand company policies, before imposing your own lol

The tall White lady made a fuss and refused to help w me with my order as since it was only 5 minutes to close. Will never visit this location again and would not recommend to anyone.

What a joke of a company. Too lazy to actually deliver my package. I go in to pick it up and they refuse to give me the package because my address on my ID is different, even though my name is on it and I got an email confirmation.

Made me drive all the way home to get a pay stub with my new address. I’ve never had an issue before picking up from the same sender. Ridiculous.

Rudest, most inconsiderate staff. Needed the return label taped to the package, literally a couple inches of tape would've been sufficient. They wouldn't use their own tape god forbid, told me I can buy some from them. Beside the price of the tape being absurd, even if I was dumb enough to pay for it, what am I to do with a whole roll after? Did you forget what your job is? SHIPPING. You have two tools in your arsenal, a box cutter and TAPE. If i bring you a package with a return label, you take it and do whatever you need to do. I don't work for Canada Post, I don't know your protocols, at the very least do it this time so I know for the next. Basic customer service. Otherwise, I will gladly tape it on myself and deal with a machine instead. Not sure how you people have jobs in 2019. The attitude from the lady working there was just unreal.

Never had this bad experience before. I lost my parcel (jewelry) and customer service helped nothing. Their supervisor wouldn't do anything just simply repeating 'sorry' and asked me to file a case to ombudsman. If I could give zero star, I wouldn't give this one star.

Slow and rude service and incredibly unhelpful staff. They won't even allow you to use packing tape, meaning you have to buy it from them in order to secure your package!

Worst delivery company in Canada. In fact I won't rest until there is legislation defunding this poor excuse for mail delivery company and package thieves. Had me running around 4 days like a headless chicken trying to get my package which has important medication in it, and I still don't have it. I even paid for express post. If you're thinking of sending a package or mail anywhere, I advise you to never, ever, send through CP. I'm sticking with UPS.

Canada post sucks. Never enough staff here. Always long lines of students who don't understand how canadian postage works.
