Not sure if the young lady is new in training, but she doesn’t seem to know the basics. She told me that small packet is 40 dollars, after I asked her to double check she said she was mistaken and that the tracked package is 40, but small packet 12. How can you work in the post office and know even less than your customer?

The clerk was very helpful and friendly, it was nice to have a staff that goes out of her way to serve you.
