Why is the drive thru closed on a nice day? So I went inside to collect the item that the mailman left a card for the very next business day. Guy took forever to retrieve it. I really thought he went for a smoke break or something. Not impressed!

I have never experienced such bad customer service. The staff are rude, reckless and handle your packages with absolutely no care.

One of the employees was getting training and his customer obviously was giving him difficulty. So it was a bit slower than normal.

Use to be great until they took out 24/7 also the self serve machines are not in service half the time

Wow It’s an amazing idea to have a 24/7 post office however what’s even more amazing is that, it’s out of service 24/7!

Location's lighted signage says Self-Serve is 24/7, but the main doors are actually locked and the Self-Serve drop off is inaccessible at night.

I am running business and planned to mail a few important parcels over the weekend but I was not sure whether they opened this Easter weekend or not. I called on April 6th (Thursday) around 2 PM. A lady answered the phone and told me they will close on Friday Sunday and Monday but open on Saturday from 10AM to 5: 30PM. Unfortunately when I showed up on Saturday noon with a full trunk of parcels, this post office was closed! It did NOT even open on this Saturday! What a joke

Terrible and rude customer service. The customer care might as well be replaced by a robot. I think this would solve their poor and misleading service. They gave me false information about a package delivery and were going to deny me my package if I hadn't stepped in. Very poor and unprofessional service.

Lazy staff and worse service honestly. Ur better off using a carrier pigeon more intelligent and might get it there on time if ur gonna use the 24 hours bins and self service good luck they probably closed it a half hour early with the rest of the store. IF U OWN THIS LOCATION CONSIDER INDEED FOR NEW HIRES.

5 stars for their self-serve machine when it is not down! Some of the staff at this Canada Post office are actually nice and polite!

Disappointing location for automation. They changed their hours and are no longer 24 hours for self-service. Probably a good idea to change you signage on your building then too. Not convenient for such a large location and a wasted opportunity. Drive thru scanner is broken and the self serve option inside is often broken the times I have come. Canada Post, do better here.
