Quick and straightforward service, usually no lines like with Shoppers. Great people.
Looks like most negative reviews are either lost shipments with Canada Post itself, or some guy that doesn't understand how credit card fees work for small businesses

This greedy guy charges 25 cents for every 10 dollars spent on a credit card, even for Canada Post items like stamps. Go to Shoppers Drug Mart Canada Post instead. I'm not sure why Canada Post allows this.

Very irresponsible behavior.lost my package. I order an important prescription medicine, to be delivered same day. Since i am at work, i chose the PO box, so i collect it at my own convenience. When i saw that the package was delivered, with photo evidence. I went to collect it. I did not expect this kind of reponse.
They said, the package was received not through canada post, and some other postal. So, they collected it and then returned it to Canada post, and hour later. I came 2 hrs after. When i asked them the status, the guy not only was rude, and unhelpful, but he said he cannot take responsibility for my package, so he returned it to Canada post vehicle.he said canada post might send it back to my home.few days are passed, and i have no clue of where my pakcage is ; also i cannot followup with Canada post, as the tracking is not from "Canada Post"
