Absolute garbage customer service. Ignorant attitude filled employees Canada Post has gone down the drain

The service here is painfully slow. There is always a line and it takes forever for even a simple transaction to take place, it will drive you crazy.

How do your delivery drivers get away with not even attempting to make a delivery, and not even leaving a notice on when and where to pick up my package? Says notice left, but I don't have anything anywhere.

MISERABLE PEOPLE WORK AT THIS LOCATION! It does not matter the time of day or who’s working. Anyone behind this desk is miserable! It’s like they have been trained to be not in a good mood. No hello, no smile, no have a good day, no thank you, just an ugly face and RUDE! I honestly dislike going to this location as it so uncomfortable. I will not be back. I’d rather drive to hamilton then go back here. Awful awful experience every time!

I asked why I received a final notice to pick an item up within 1 day when I never received the first notice. Reply was "sometimes they don't leave a slip, doesn't matter anyway". Doesn't matter cause if it gets shipped back, are the going to pay to have it sent again? NOPE! Canada Post as a whole, is a horribly run business.

I use Shoppers's Canada Post service frequently and have never had any issues with the staff or the service itself. Always friendly and willing to help, and my packages have always been safely delivered. I just wish they were able to have 2 operating computer systems to avoid long lines at times.

Since last summer when a female post worker was having a bad day and wouldn't give me my package of seeds I ordered and I've done just that for few years straight till the one day she flipped on me because I asked for my package and she took it as a demand and went to the truck I thought she was going to give me my package I asked for nicely and instead almost was mased by a postal worker
