Absolutely disappointed with Canada Post! Attempted to send a surprise Christmas gift to my partner's workplace, only to have them completely botch the delivery. Now, they're telling me I need an ID or a paystub to retrieve the package. Excuse me, there's a name on it, and it's her workplace! Never had such issues before. What a joke of a corporation, ruining the holiday spirit. #CanadaPostFail #ChristmasRuined

I have ordered stamps a few times to save my time from going to the post office…. You literally cannot select “no signature required”
Wait at home all day for them to arrive, only to peek my head outside and see a “delivery attempt” was made.
Now I have to go to the post office… again…. And wait in line… to receive my stamps that I should have just bought at the post office in the first place.

Also… I couldn’t submit this review unless I chose a start rating…. To be clear…

Zero stars.

Le site WEB de Poste Canada est un des pires que j'ai vu de ma vie.
Impossible de trouver une boîte postale (rouge) pour déposer une lettre. On nous donne seulement les bureaux de poste (même s'il sont fermés comme aujourd'hui dimache). En plus, c'est une simple liste qui semble être TOUS les bureaux de la province (279 résultats), pas de carte (bienvenue en 1990). Et de surcrois, impossible de passer à une autre page que la première, les options "suivant" ou 2,3,4.ne fonctionne tout simplement.

Et par-dessus tout, extrêmement difficille de trouver des choses très simple (exemple: expédier un colis). L'interface d'utilisateur est tellement compliqué pour aucune raison, AUCUN lien rapide pour l'expédition? !? Ça n'encourage vraiment personne à utiliser ce service avec toute la compétition présente. Par le temps d'avoir trouver la bonne option sur Poste Canada, l'étiquette est déjà imprimée et collée sur un autre site transporteur.
Les désigneurs du sites devraient être mis à la porte.

C'est vraiment n'avrant que ce soit encore nos taxes qui finance cette opération qui manque de sérieux années après années.

Seul point positif, les lettres et les colis semblent bien se rendre à destination à temps et sans être perdus (même si laisse une carte pour aller chercher le colis au bureau sans sonner alors qu'on est présent). C'est mieux que le service des postes américaines, ça fait ça au moins je supose.

Canadian disraceful service. Best slackers ever! Highly unprofessional!
Anyone who potetally can use thus service - please, avoid. Practicaly no tracking, because it is poor. DRIVERS DONT EVEN MAKE ATTEMPT TO CONTACT THE RECEIVER, especially if the package is too big or too heavy in THEIR OPINION, instead they will drip it off athe nearest location that can be in the center of shopping mall (duh) not offering help or any equippment to take it to the vehicle. I am not sure what to for people who dont have a tranportation. So, Imagine that 9 month pregnant woman received a stroller and she doesnt know how to take the box to take it where she need it to? That is right - nothing! The CPS worker, with the most idiotic smile, replies "There is nothing we can do". Right!
I let this organizadion to represent themselves as truly and proudly Canadian and to represent it with their signature imitation of service.

Just Canada Post in general- my supplier in London Ontario sent me an item for my business in Ottawa. It’s been 2 weeks for an envelope to get here. I’ve tracked my package and it is in Winnipeg. This is a most inefficient way of doing mail. I really hope UPS or some other company take more business away from you and you suffer. Terrible terrible business model. Canada Post should be a case study of how not to operate as a company. So dissatisfied!

I have an online company and my biggest nightmare is when i sell something in Canada and have to ship by Canada Post, probably the worst shipping company in the world by far. Hopefully i have 60% discount for DHL for my international shipping, for example i shipped an item to Texas last Tuesday and it was delivered on the Wednesday morning, i had another shipping to Ontario the same day and it was delivered this Monday and i paid more to Canada Post than DHL! They lost my items 2 times and getting a refund for any problem is impossible, their costumer service is not good and their website has lots of issues, and you have to lose 20 minutes waiting in the line every time you go to Canada Shost, their boxes and bobble wraps are times more expensive than enywhere else, they don’t give you a tape if you forget to bring one, and if you have an online company you sell less because shipping in The US, Europe Asia is less expensive than Canda Shost.

Somehow Canada Post is the less reliable shipping option between them vs just putting your message in a bottle and putting it out to float.

Got a phone call from Canada Post this morning. In the whole conversation the agent was using a condescending tone. Haven't talked to such a rude person for years! Very disappointed.

I am so frustrated and disappointed with the Canada Post Office service. I regret that I used their services. It was supposed to be fast, reliable with tracking number next day delivery. It takes them now one whole week and my letter was not delivered yet. It took one day to get to Ottawa. Then It was processed in Ottawa on October 03,2022. They are supposed to deliver it to Gattineau/near Ottawa. So far it takes them 3 days! I am writing my review on October 06,2022. I called the Post Office, they issued a service ticket, they are supposed to investigate and then nothing happens. I hope they did not lost my important letter. Otherwise I am going to sue them big time. Enough is enough. RIDICULOUS! I will never use their services again. I hope the Post Office CEO will read the review. He is not worth his 500K/year salary anyway. What a mess. Addendum. They finally delivered the letter. Should have a better methods to scan and track anyway. Thanks

This postal service is almost as embarrassing as our prime minister. Canada is turning into a joke through and through, glad to see our mail delivery isn't any different.

Horrible company honestly they messed up my package delivery and then I had to contact them to confirm the address afterwards because of their mistake be better.

Maybe they can try actually delivering packages? What a novel idea. Instead of leaving fake failed delivery slips in the mailbox and never actually making the attempt.

Has got to be hands down the worst service offered by a mailing company. I got the classic response from one of their agents: “service delays and there’s nothing we can do if you need it sooner reach out to the seller. ” The good old pass the buck instead of figuring out the why and when.
