The worse CP location I've ever been. Extremely poor customer service and lack of domain knowledge of the work they do. Please try to avoid this location as much as possible.

Disappointing Experience with Customer Service and Photo Processing
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Stone Road Canada Post location. I visited the store to get photos taken for a US visa application. I was informed that the images would be ready in 1-1.5 hours, but unfortunately, I waited the entire day without receiving any call or update. When I inquired in-store, I was told there was a technical issue and had to wait an additional 3-4 hours for the photos to arrive.
To make matters worse, the photos were rejected by the US visa site. When I returned to the store to address the issue, the associates refused to retake the photos, insisting that the images had passed on their end. The manager later called me and, despite acknowledging that the fault was not mine, stated that he could not send me the retaken photos as I hadn't paid for them.
This entire ordeal cost me three days of time, money, and effort. The customer service was, regrettably, among the worst I have experienced, and the manager's handling of the situation was particularly rude and unprofessional. I hope others do not have to go through a similar situation.

Now since new owners they don’t open till 10am, very inconvenient and always lined up because only one staff get with the times!

Great service, very cooperative
I just returned my tv and internet modem and boxes two guys working in the counter very polite they explained everything very well, before I come to this location I went to silver creek and willow rd which is closed to my house, as soon the lady behind the counter found out that I am returning bell Canada service boxes told me our printers are not working I asked her all of the locations she said yes, I still drove to this location wasn’t true, that was my experience, thanks
