Canada Post

This post office has been relocated inside of the York University book store. Only opens Mon ～ Friday till 5 only.

Its location is convenient and easy to get by, but that's all there is to it. The man who works there provide the worse service out of all the locations I have been to. He is rude, unfriendly and incompetent at his job. He didn't know how to do the postal form scan system when every other locations does - making the process time longer and slower. (He knows it now but he still prefer to do it manually)

There are other staffs that work there some days, but I think they were only there to cover him, which is unfortunately because they are a lot more helpful and nicer (knows how to do their jobs) than this guy does.

There was only one person working inside which made the line kind of slow but the staff was very kind. It’s located inside the York University Bookstore in York-lanes Mall.

The man who works in this branch doesn’t have a good manner. He is not helpful at all and make the process of receiving or sending any package cumbersome.

WORST CANADA POST i've ever been to! Overweight old white man employee with white hair is both rude and unhelpful- he refused to print my Amazon shipping label and told me to walk across campus to get it printed at Scott. When I asked if there was another option he offered me Canada Post's phone number.which obviously wouldn't help the situation whatsoever.so I got it printed and when I came back he then refused to tape it on the package and literally told me i need to "BRING TAPE next time". U WORK IN A POST OFFICE SIR. SINCE WHEN DO U NOT PRINT NOR ATTACH SHIPPING LABELS? Way better experiences at The UPS Store and even other Canada Post locations.

Bad hours, I can't even find a phone number to call them, and why are they not a fully equipped location?
