**ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE EITHER FAKE OR A RELATIVE THEY ASKED TO PUT A FAKE REVIEW FOR THEM -I had a horrible experience with a female middle aged staff! She treated me like trash over something that could be explained or solved easily and she didn't even listened to me that why I don't have any other ID since my license was stolen as an international my only other ID is my passport and my passport was in the parcel! But she decided to scream at me without even listening to me and had an extreme condescending tone! All she had to do was to ask me to come back with a guarantor or a proof from Ontario service but instead she yelled and said your OHIP is not accepted I WONT GIVE YOU ANYTHING WITH THIS AND GET OUT OF HERE OTHERWISE I CALL THE SECURITY. She then called and even security guy knew how rude she is to people and apparently it wasn't the first time so he instead tried to calm me down because I was crying, and tried to ask if there is anything he can sign for me and be my guarantor she said I won't give her anything and I want her out of here! She yelled at me, and she wanted me out of there! She is definitely not for customer service I am curious how people like this get hired! I wish her peace cause she really needs it so no human being would get treated like that over a parcel.

Appalling customer service! I'm incredibly frustrated and deeply disappointed by the complete lack of attention and assistance provided to customers. My experience was centered around a straightforward order of flyers that I dropped off, but I was met with refusal by a person named Santosh. He claimed to have no knowledge of what the system indicated and directed me to contact customer service for resolution. After calling customer service, I spent 20 minutes conversing with the helpful individual named Joe, who confirmed that everything was in order and instructed me to return to the store.

I drove back, spending an additional 10 minutes, only to receive no apology and a dismissive explanation that the "system sometimes acts up. " What baffles me the most is that no one made any effort to assist me during my initial visit; they simply ignored me and focused on their phones. It's unclear why I had to resort to calling customer service for a matter that could have been resolved in-store.

I arrived at 5: 25 pm. But the old female lady refused service. The guy santosh told her we need to help customers before 5: 30 and not close but she didn’t listen. He came over and helped me and helped me pick up my passport. They need to hire more professionals for this prime location.

Totally bad guys are there to handle the canada post office i was there today and they both are laughing on me to get arrives there 5 minutes before to close for get my parcel and they ignore me and reject to give me my own parcel and abuse me very bad please do something

The clerks who work here are extremely incompetent. It took three different employees to figure out how to process and send out my very basic international package this morning. You'd think this would be straightforward but I was here for at least 35 mins trying to send out one package to California. At first I was given the wrong customs form to fill out, they couldn't locate the address I was sending to, they couldn't answer basic questions pertaining to duty fees and I specifically asked for my package to be sent without a signature required but they added one anyway. This is extremely inconvenient to my client. I understand there will be backlogs due to the holidays and pandemic so my complaints are not about delivery standards but severely inadequate staff.

Went in there and no staff helping at all. I waited for a while and then had to ask “excuse me anyone could help” and a lady showed up accused me being rude. And she said “ u got what you deserved. “ i don’t particularly understand what that means. What i deserved? Being bullied by staff who were not working at the counter? And another male staff who was walking around carrying nothing and didn’t help me commented that “ u only waited for 60 seconds. “ how rude and how unhelpful. Not everyone is being paid to wander around okay? It’s a bad weather (snowing) and ppl actually got things to do rather than being held at a post office waiting for the service they paid for.

What a terrible experience. The clerk was condescending and rude. I was in a serious car accident and he made a comment because I was unable to lift the box I had wheeled in. But then when he lifted it he said "oh it actually isn't that heavy". The guy weighed and took my Amazon return, not once did he mention he would not be able to send it out. Instead he had it returned to sender (me) because he didn't do his job and provide me with appropriate sending options. He wasted the delivery persons time, my time and the gas for the legit 500metre distance the guy had to drive it back to me. I will now be putting my packages in my vehicle and going to a location that treats their customers like people, not $ signs. Do better Canada Post

Avoid this location. There's plenty of other Canada Post locations in the area, it's best to not come here. The staff are rude and not helpful. There was a long line up of customers waiting but one of the staff was too busy flirting with a young lady, no care for the folks waiting. They won't even give you a piece of tape to help you with packaging. Zero customer service skills!

I like female employees here, they are very nice and friendly
There are two male employees are very rude, and make your feel that "why you come here? " "Why not go to another location" kind of feeling.just Terrible

William from this location (or at least that’s the name on my receipt) was extremely helpful and went above the call of duty. He really helped me through a stressful situation with professionalism and never losing his cool. I don’t normally like to review places but the service he gave me was truly memorable and I had to make sure the universe knew about. Thanks for the granola bar William!

Very helpful staff. I went their for a return off and asked for help to pack my item. The staff went beyond my expectation and made it so easy for me.

I beg to differ w/ the previous commentor (. One J. C.). Just 'cause the two overburdened clerks won 't simply 'drop everything' + ask other clients to 'stand aside' - whereby they can instead accord ALL their time & effort (. To J. C.) -. DOES 'NT mean they 're (somehow) 'passive-aggressive';. As said-J. C. 'arbitrarily' likes to 'categorize' them;. + simply for having to wait-in-line (apparently)! Moreover, the fact said clerks expound (in detail) to ALL 'appreciative' clients just what their 'best options' entail ('price'-wise; else 'speed'-wise) DOES 'NT imply that they 're (somehow) 'chatty'! Indeed, I 've even noticed - on one of J. C. 's OTHER on-line reviews (appertaining to a 'Penguin Pick-Up') - wherein said-J. C. 'arbitrarily' alleges the following: ". I also notice 'preferential' treatment here towards white people", whereupon it 's patently clear how said-J. C.will even resort to outright 'aspersions' whenever she, or he, (apparently) CAN 'T have their way!

You can't avoid this beautiful place. It's more than museum. It's history of Canada. The employees are very nice too people and they are matched with the place and history. The lady has a British accent and she is speaking very nice and smooth. She's accent is interesting to me because I like British accent.

No concept of queue management and waiting time management. If anyone is in front of you then bring a sleeping bag, a thermos and a copy of war and peace.

This is probably the last Canada Post office that's full service and staffed by Canada Post staff in Toronto.

I wish all the postal offices in Toronto were as good as this one. The full service Canada Post station at Yonge / St Clair was closed and replaced by places like Shoppers Drug etc who are not 'full service'. Canada Post's model is now a private sector courier service and not a Crown Corporation IMO.

Okay postal station with mostly helpful staff. Location sells envelopes, boxes, tape and other such shipping supplies. Plus they sell collectable coins. Has a small number of PO Boxes available.
