Third time at this location where I come to pick up a parcel that says its ready for pickup only to come in, wait up at the long line, and be told without any reason that my parcel is not ready today and to come back another day.fix your system. People have lives and errands to run.

Absurdly long line ups. Despite people waiting a long time, only one SUPER SLOW staff member oblivious to people waiting. This post office is infuriating. Hie more staff. Hire better staff.

There should be more mail drop boxes in my neighborhood! I live at Dundas and Mabelle. There's no box for putting my mail to send out in at all around here. Unless I walk 1000 feet, which I can't due to being disabled.

There is a very disrespectful so called women there name Armela if you get her as a cashier she is so unprofessional she treats customers like her dog she disowns. Please hire better staff thank you. For one she does not even say hello. She comes with attitude chewing her gum. Then when you are handing her money she barely budges out her hand to receive the money. Last time I was there about a week ago I got her as a cashier and same situation. That’s why this time I had to speak up. She laughed as I told her to she said I was “waiting” that’s her excuse as to why she didn’t put her hand out she literally held her hand close to her stomach. So I have to lean over the counter to hand her the money? That’s what she was “waiting” for? Really terrible excuse what are u waiting for I first held the money out and when I noticed she wasn’t budging I had to lean forward to put it in her hand. This is not customer service this is beyond unprofessional. She has to go she doesn’t say hello or how are you just super rude.

This is actually the worst Canada Post in the area. Service is horrible. Never enough cashiers. Rude service

Tume and time again we get parcel slips when i am home.i wish i got paid to not bother doing my job!
my package is due to be delivered today, i was home all day every day yesterday and today, nobody rang out buzzer or knocked but there is a parcel slip.for a package that could be left in the mail room or at my door.so now i will have to walk 25mins each way to retrieve a giant parcel of hay i paid delivery for in °3c on slippery sidewalks.nobody tried to deliver it, it doesn't require a signature.your job is to deliver mail - SO DELIVER IT!

Expect long waiting times. One single person doing absolutely everything, receiving and shipping packages, citizenship photos, etc

When I went in yesterday (Sunday morning), there was a line of clients spanning across 4 aisles in Shopper's. Typical of the Post Office, there was one employee working. If you like under-staffed with long line ups this is the post office location for you. I simply walked out. Lining up for over an hour to send one letter by ExpressPost is just absurd.

In despite of handing over the shipment to clerk at this post office, my shipment has never been scanned for the update and potentially got lost in transit. Scanning Barcode of the shipment is simple task and only take less than 10 second of their time to before put in the Bin. It was a mid aged white lady who worked on Sept 15th 2021 7: 55pm, I know exact time of drop since I was rushing in to make it before office being closed.

Furthermore, I followed up with CP customer service, they will investigate and resolve this case by Oct 12th which is 1 month away from now.

People should make sure to see if clerk is scanning your item. Don't get comfortable and trust this people doing their job right.

I send out multiple shipments for business so using this office frequently, and I am satisfied with Asian men and women works during the day time they are helpful. But this happen for the first time when I drop off my package at the evening and other clerk was there.

Would be a great post office if it weren’t for the fact that they have really long line-ups and they are located inside of shoppers.

I resent the fact that we have to enter Shoppers Drug Mart to access Canadá Post. Shoppers has done nothing to encourage physical distancing and been employees bump into you.

They never deliver to my door leave note that we miss you. Always have to go to store to pick up.
Terrible service

Jesus christ I’ve never witnessed slower service, Allen is the only acceptable worker here. I looked behind me and there was over 15 people in line, meanwhile one of the workers were taking their sweet sweet time with a customer who was in fact her friend.

Only one staff that is really helpful. Others are unfortunately not as helpful; rude, slow, miserable, unfriendly. Had to go back several time just to see this particular staff because we were being told that only him who know how to assist with our need.

Allen is the nicest, most helpful, employee at this location. Always greet with a smile, always tries to help solve issues. Never moody or rude deserves a medal!

With the exception of one staff, Allen, the customer service is abysmal. The other staff are rude, miserable, slow, and completely incompetent. Allen seems to be the only one who is knowledgeable and on top of that, extremely kind and helpful. There is absolutely no cross training between the staff. Had to go in multiple times because the other staff members didn't know what they were doing and told us to come back for Allen. Why are you in a customer facing role but are completely useless and unhelpful? !? !

I received excellent service from the two staff members, Rose and Allan, who were on duty when I came in. They were very helpful and accommodating, as I had a rather large, irregularly shaped parcel to send. Thank you for your great service!

I find the staff to be extremely helpful here despite the challenges the post office faces. I shop online more than in person and I've always appreciated the customer service at this location. Thank you!

Always big queues, the post office has shortage of working staff or the employees are really slow.
