Mall opens everyday at 10am. Not 9: 30am, false advertisement. Please fix your times.

This is the second time that has happened to me at Canada post.
Today, Oct 10,2020. It is 4: 55 pm (as per Google, closing time is 5: 30 pm), still 5 mins before the closing time of 5 pm as per revised closing hours of operation.
This person Ms. Nikki, the customer service desk operator for Canada Post in Shoppers Drug in Scarborough Town Center was so Discourteous and rude that she didn't accept my request as I had to pickup my shipment and instead told me that we are closed. I still showed my mobile phone that it is not yet 5 pm and instead wasted my precious time there and was arguing that it's already 5 pm and Nikki was also not at all apologetic.
I even went to Agnes, the owner to help me and she tried but mentioned that the systems couldn't be opened and was closed.
There was one more customer (couple) after me who also requested to Nikki but she didn't even bother to respond.
We even requested that it is COVID-19 where people need support but people like Nikki servicing customers totally didn't care.
This isn't fair and I need justice and fair treatment.
If people like Nikki doesn't want to serve us, then she is most welcome to rather stay at home.
I am waiting for Canada post this branch to respond.

I went on a Saturday 15th of August and I arrived at 5: 09 p.m, there was a lady waiting in the line, the cartier who was a lady told me that it is already closed, I said but you are supposed to be closed at 5: 30pm it's written on the website of your canada post branch, she gave me no other explanation.
Please don't let people come to finally tell them It's closed, update your site Internet.

Always a very long line with one person working. Impossible to reach by phone. Possibly one of the worst-staffed Canada Post outlets I've ever encountered.

There’s always a long line up with one person working slowly at the front. The wait must be average of 20 mins during peak. Please utilize the second cash and put somebody there

Cannot image it took me so long to get my package! I live in a condo, and the security could receive my package, but the postman only left with a notice for the package. The first time I went to CP, the lady there said my package should be here next day, okay I understand, I came there the time before the notice said. And the second day I was not free, so I come on the third day. The white hair woman there said my license’s address is different with the package so she cannot give me the package. EXCUSE ME? My name is there! Are you blind? I just move to a new place, and I’m busy af to change all the address, she cannot understand? ALSO! The white hair woman there is super slow! Which waste me more time! CANADA POST SHOULD REALLY HIRE SOMEONE EFFICIENT!
