Go somewhere else. Very unpleasant experience. Woman that works there obviously hates her job. And projects her bitterness and rudnes on to everything she does.

Never any issues. Use this postoffice all the time. A nice family I think run it. And do a great job! Thank you

TERRIBLE customer service at post office, and sometimes have no idea what they are doing. Why so rude and unhelpful? After seeing all these other negative reviews I plan to call Canada Post and file a complaint.

Ghetto looking post-office with extremely unpleasant convenience store operators. Business hours state they're open till 8 as updated 6 days ago, but the store closed at 7. No phone number to call and confirm. Waste of my time.

The business hours are:
Monday-Friday: 8 am - 7 pm
Saturday: 8 am - 5pm! (NOT UNTIL 6PM!)

Great place and really really nice operation. Service is quick and both of the operators are so helpful. Thanks for all your help

They do their best with all the work load. I've never had a problem. No reason not to give them full marks.very nice people and very helpful

Such a nice post office, with an amazing family run business. Both the wife and husband work very hard and super kind, and they are always working hard and trying to provide the best customer service they can. I always get a quick and satisfied experience from them!

My receipt and the website says they are closed at 6pm went there at 5 pm and he said he’s closed which is a lie! He said the computer is shut down and can’t be turn on back which simply means he doesn’t what to help waste my time!

Family-run place the wife is friendly the husband not so much and not very helpful.his son is pretty much the same as him.
Also not wearing masks inside.

Never Helped with anything, they give you false information just to help the next customer unless there is money involved. I've been going for the past 3 months about once a week. Once my package wasn't received, went to them and asked them, they said they can't do anything, after asking so many questions he just wanted me to leave so he gave me more information, which he could have done that, but he just don't give a damn about his customers. You enter and say good morning, he turns his face and talk to his wife in Chinese. No manners is the the term for these owners

Grumpy post office man was here. I was the only person in the store dropping off two boxes and he said it would take 20 minutes if I wanted tracking receipts. Luckily a young man was helpful. While the younger staff member was weighing my package, the other guy picked it up and tossed it on top of a pile of other packages. Then the young guy needed to retrieve it to finish weighing and measuring the box. I was curious how a Canada Post could get such low ratings.not a huge deal but definitely not a pleasant experience.
