Worst company ever. Would 100% give yall 0 stars, and anyone that gives anything more than 1 star is lying or a bot.
"Lost" my package with my phone in it. Customer service opened a ticket for it, kept lying about the date and time that they would be able to give an update by.
Been dismissed, given attitude, and overall had a frustrating time with all of their agents. A bunch of liars.
Your delivery men? Even worse. No attempts made EVEN IF people were home and on the front lawn. The notice wasn't even on the door, just straight into the mailbox.
Stop lying and just do your jobs, maybe you wouldn't get so many complaints and such negative comments. The audacity to have a social media commenting policy and automated message about us consumers giving any feedback or having any negative commentary. We're allowed to be frustrated with how incompetent you are, Canada Post.
Cough up the package or pay me the amount you owe me (based on the item (s) in the package that you lost), PLUS interest (for every day that you lost the package for).

Try being competent, Canada Post.

I couldn’t understand how can Canada post took so long to deliver my package which is supposed to be delivered in January but here we are half way through April. And after I applied two service tickets, they finally told me my package was either stolen or lost, End of story.

Would avoid working here unless you have a contact that can assist you with issues.

1st day I was waiting as the shift started before asking the supervisor about the clocking in process. He told me he'd just enter my hours manually the following day, never happened.

2nd day the clocking in system wasn't working (apparently common issue for seasonals). Supervisor at time told me to speak with security, security directed me back to supervisor. Supervisor said they couldn't help me because they weren't "my" supervisor and offered no sources to assist me. No emails, no numbers, no general direction on how to make sure my hours were getting clocked. So didn't get hours clocked for said day.

Had to check with my training instructor for emails to contact. Send emails, still no response weeks later. Checked online to see the days I worked were marked as unpaid sick.

Stopped answering phonecalls from the automated canada post system afterwards.

You guys even don’t deserve 1 star. My package address was missing with just no unit number & you guys even can’t call the receiver about unit number. Even receiver is calling you from weeks & telling you the unit number, but your service representative even refuse to listen, making excuses. Just a unit number missing on the address, you guys put it as incomplete address & sent back to another continent. The worst courrier service in life. Even i had worked for dhl, fedex. We use to call the receiver if something is missing on the label instead sending back to another continent. You guys scrapped my very expensinve & precious package. Even asked i can pick it up from your facility but you guys are great. GARBAGE COURRIER

I have been waiting for my passport delivery and they keep saying it’s stuck at processing place and have to keep waiting and nothing else I can do. Unprofessional customer service. Never choose Canada post it’s one of the worst service I have experienced.

Amazing service by far beats any other postal service. Regular mail always, and I mean always makes it to destination. I have found problems with Amazon or FedEx tracking but never ever with Canada Post. May be sometimes little longer to deliver but if you considered unavoidable factors, compared to other companies or couriers, Mail always gets to the destination. 5 stars all the way.
Where else can you find mail to Yukon reaching in three days flat?

This is our national postal service and they barely can communicate with us. Much easier to hand people off to automated services. People have mail in limbo for weeks, both domestic and international; the tracking system has limited details to indicate what's ACTUALLY going on. The sorting facilities (at least in mississauga) will process the same item 3 times in one day. The company as a whole does nothing to help serve the community, seems like its a 'you need us so take us how we come' attitude. No options for customers to come to sorting locations of the final destination and pick it up.not even a human person to speak to on any level of telecommunications.

I now have completely lost any sympathy or empathy for this company. Keep your complaints, protests, strikes and general whining about government forced return to work mandates to yourselves. I'm sick of defending a company that contradicts my defense and quite frankly, seems like they have the people and the mail on low priority.thus is capitalism.

We the canadian people deserve better from a company that bares our countries name sake.

Really poor service. Why are they giving Amazon the same tracking numbers to use over and over again?
All we keep getting is "Multiplt Pin" result when we ship something back to Amazon, using the Canada Post label from Amazon.
CPC tracking won't show it's delivered, just "Mutiple Pin".

This is actually the sorting facility for Canada Post. If you are applying for a maintenance position, WATCH OUT!

The upper management actually allow the middle management to abuse the maintenance workers. (Postal worker, and maintenance worker are 2 different union) According to people who worked inside for a longer period of time, they reported this many times, and management still allowing this.

Recently one of the sorting machine caught on fire due to poor maintenance, 1/3 of the factory got shut down because of this, but the upper management still pretend this is a normal.

Canada Post delivery is always a hot mess and I avoid sending anything with them if I can, But I had no choice when ordering from a small business online this holiday season. Yet despite the address I provided being correct and selecting the best delivery instructions for my building they still managed to deliver it somewhere else. To top it all off they can't tell me what went wrong and encouraged me to demand a refund from the business instead. This experience has just solidified my distrust of Canada post and I will continue to avoid it at all costs

I am sadly comforted that I am not alone in shipping issues. However there is a silver lining in that most often duties and taxes are dead on. So while they may be as slow as my 90 year old great aunt going up the stairs they are at least very accurate. I think it’s more like slow and steady wins the race. Like it or not we are in the middle of the end of a WORLD WIDE pandemic and they are doing the best they can with what they have.

I would give them minus 5 Stars if that were possible. The slowest, most unprofessional service I can imagine for postal "service".
The "service" is non existent! Mail ordered some medical stuff that was unavailable in Canada from India, Hyderabad. It arrived within 4 weeks. It was turned over to Aramex for customs payment and then turned over to post Canada for delivering. Which somehow worked.
Indian tracking was meticulous over Dubai and Paris to Canada.
Another parcel from Germany is lost in transit somewhere. It left Germany and hasn't arrived in Canada in the past 6 weeks apparently. Was never scanned in in Mississauga.
And of course àll due to Covid that they cannot process the mail. If they are overwhelmed, why not hire more staff?
I now filed a service ticket number to find the parcel. It's an automated robot that now communicates with you. At least you are not 5 hours on the waiting line at some call center. But the result is the same. Nothing. I asked to be notified within 24 hours. (I could choose that option?)
Now I am going to change the mailing address for another parcel coming from England to Germany or I will never see my special order shoes if they get send to Canada!
3 years ago I needed a passport renewed. I gave the embassy in Vancouver a prepaid express delivery envelope to be sent to Northern BC. They lost the passport! It took me two month to track it down. They then send it back to the embassy!
Stupid, stupid, stupid. Sorry but I cannot find other words for this sorry entity called Canada Post!
Panama has a better mailing service than Canada!

Ordered a package from a store in Toronto Ontario to be shipped to my home in Midland Ontario. It went to the Mississauga hub only to be shipped to Calgary Alberta, and delayed one week to make its way back to Ontario. Way to go, geniuses. Thanks for ruining a birthday present for my relative.

They can't seem to keep up with the demand of internet shopping. Canadapost is blaming Covid, but no other carrier has had issues keeping up with demand. Maybe if they weren't a crown corporation and had private shareholders to answer to they would start caring about their clients

Watch out for you mail, so often mailman drop off you mail to someone else. I complain about it already 8 times and still happens. Is ridiculous! You private mail in hands someone else only because mailman is to lazy to double check address!

Why do all packages go to the Mississauga Canada Post to die? Everytime a package goes there it is lost or sits there for weeks. Or even better it gets sent to the wrong place? Like why do you need to send my package to the United States when it is already in Canada and it needs to be delivered in Canada? I don't know who runs this facility but maybe some changes need to be made.

I had 8 boxes. 7 boxes arrived on time but 1 box missing. I waited for 2 months to arrive and after that they said deem to be lost. I called customer care and talk to supervisor named mike so far I remember, sounds like a old man, he was very very rude. His voice raised on me and don’t want to listen to me why I got frustrated. I have my important medicine in there and I can’t be frustrated for that. He was saying I should have get insurance. Every package should I get insurance? Is it extra business? And also I have better stuff and expensive cloths and household stuff was there. It seems like they kept it and don’t even bother to find. Normal stuff they delivered but not the expensive better one.

My package arrived here on June 15th 2020, it still has yet to reach my place (June is almost over). The live plants I ordered will most likely be die by the time they arrive, I am very dissatisfied with the delivery delay!

Safety is the number one priority at Canada Post. Yet all employees work really hard to fast and best serve the public. People do not know what they are actually dealing with everyday. These guys deserve better appreciations from the company as well as from the general public.

I come to Canada Post to deliver mail and they are very slow, big line ups to get to the duck to get off loaded. If you guys ever wonder where is your package this is probably Why the are extremely slow.

Every time I order a prime item on amazon it always comes on the gaurenteed delivery date except this time when I tried canada post, I just gave up on it and canceled the order completely. What a joke.

It is a corporate office and sorting facility. Parking is for employees only.

Unless you have an appointment, it's no place fir tourists or visitors.

You should be making your complains by placing calls to appropriate numbers. They will listen to you more than here.

Besides, I personally prefer Canada Post over Fedex or UPS.

Had a package shipped from Kentucky to Canada post still there apparently and it shows in transit with carrier. I ordered on december 27 2018 and now its jan 8 2019 and still no package. I live in niagara falls. Niagara falls is 1HOUR AND 5 MIN AWAY. It probably showed that 3 times from canada post and the other delivery service Pitney bowes that is was in transit. Ship my item now.

Sa va faire une semaine qu'il repousse ma date de livraison à chaque jour! Je comprend qu'ils sont en grève mais ils disent que mon colis à été traité et est en transit. Toujours rien reçu. En plus, j'ai un colis accélérer.
