Two lady of the so rude and respectful, and acceptable behavior I recommend every body don't coming any more, very bad place

Good and polite staff! Special thanks to the manager Laura, she helped solve the problem, was patient and tried to explain, seeing my poor English

I have been more than 5 years deal with this branch, the staff always worked under pressure, but I would like to thank Miss Sonq for her helping all the time.

Usually 5 - 10 people in line, but wait time is not too long. Oriented to this post office for many years, having very good experience.

Laura has an awful and unpleasant attitude for no reason. I know I’m not the only one who thinks this because there’s other negative reviews about her. I don’t understand why people don’t leave their jobs if they’re so miserable.

The attendant Laura was being rather rude and rather dismissive when I had come in to get shipping rates for a parcel to send out.

Was supposed to receive a package from Italy, assuming that this is the location that my package was last seen and was damaged.was not notified about the damaged package at all and apparently it was disposed and/or thrown away. The sender and I would've been greatly appreciative if we were notified by Canada Post about this problem. I'm not sure if this is the right Mississauga address but when I was tracking the order I have checked that this area is close enough on the map that was shown. I am not a happy customer nor am I even satisfied. Do better and be more responsible with people's items, I don't understand why there were no communication involved on their part but this is absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time. Be more respectful with delivering items, most of them have a lot of value behind them.

Small location so it tends to have longer lines than other locations but I have never experienced any issues from the staff here.

All interactions have been courteous and prompt once you get to the counter.

Some of the internal logistics could be better to speed up the process or cut down on the confusion but seems to be doing their best with what they have for the most part.

The Guy on the counter was chewing and talking to customers even not bother to say thanks back. Canada Post need to maintain the customer service standard.

Useless place, always lineups because one person attending people, should close down, stupid canada post always sending me to this place to pick up stuff

Customer service has been okay, usually long wait times but it is a small place. Haven't had any major issue with the staff there.

I had the worst Canada post experience here. Slowest one ever. I was standing there for like 10mins and the girl just said the people before me would be her last customer. I said you should have told me earlier before I waited here for so long! And she just rolled her eyes and said no I just checked and the people before you will be my last customer. Geez! Is it that hard to have a close sign or tell me before the wait? ! No sorry no explanation. She just raised her arm and tapped her watch.

People in long lineup were not obeying Covid protocol but post office workers were too busy to notice and respond.

Was quick and easy to ship would reccomend to anyone looking for a little line and nice employes

Worst service ever! I’m currently waiting for them to open! It says 12pm cause it’s a holiday but it’s currently 12: 47pm! Hurry up part timer

I'm surprised this location has bad reviews, I've been here many many times to post packages - they've always been friendly, and make sure I know my cheapest options. They also tell me if something will probably take more or less time that you would expect, and they're usually accurate which I appreciate.

The lady work here is so rude, I didn’t do anything wrong but she just throw my id to me.if I can I will give minus point to this service.

Quite long wait times every single time at this location! Haven't had any issues personally but the service could be more efficient that's for sure.

Worst experience ever.very slow and unprofessional.
They takes 15mins for each person. Staying in here over 1 hour to ship one box. Worst

Such a terrible place, employee closed earlier than scheduled, and say he won’t turn computer back on because he has to go home, and it was not closing time on schedule.

Terrible experience, not just because of their delivery, but also their customer service attitude. The only lady with glasses are very judgmental, and she gives you no trust.

I dont usually write reviews but this was a really bad experience. Horrible manager this is the second time she gave me a hard time. I have been served at many other Canada post offices and never experienced such rude and unaccomodating service. Manager tells me I cannot ship anything registered mail unless its a document. I explain that I have shipped other things in the past as long as it fits through the registered mail slot. She proceeds to fit it through the "slot" which it fits easily and she says it doesnt fit. I have to send it express mail. To which I disagreed and showed her that it fit through the slot. She proceeds to tell me to go to a different Canada post following the exchange in rude manner. Will never go here again.

Dreadful service. Ill-mannered, unprofessional, expensive. Go to Stallion Express or Chit Chats Express instead. They don't gouge you on the cost supplies and postage and have very pleasant staff. Canada Post is heading the way of the Dodo.

Friendly associates, however it doesn’t matter, because service is the same as in Canada Post generally and it is awful, long waits, independent mailmen that deliver notice instead of packages (and it is impossible to get it the same day), not reliable delivery in other countries (but it’s more about Canada post). So if you have money better use ups or fedex.

Longer wait times during rush hour. Impatient people here making passive aggressive comments to themselves but out loud hoping you will join the pity party.

It doesn't help that the service reps are useless. Just give generic responses that don't apply to your situation in hopes that you'll walk away.

Canada Post is absolutely terrible. It is a dying business model and they have 0 customer service whatsoever. All employees feel they are untouchable and do not care about putting in any effort. I will rejoice once they are finally out of business and standard mail will all go through DHL, Puralator, FedEx, etc. Any time possible I will ship through these companies.
