My go-to place for Document pictures and Canada Post. Lovely Couple, I like them very much.

They are so accommodating and very nice! I was shipping my appliances and they helped a lot to even pack it. It was such a nice experience

No waiting when I went. They patiently helped me select the right option for international shipping.

Too disappointing experience, an old woman working there that she don't know anything about costumer services.

Consistently disappointed with service here. Went to mail two pkgs abroad. I wrote the address on the box itself. Received a lecture about how this was wrong and caused issues with how/where she can apply the label. After asking why she could not paste it to the other blank side, I received more lecture (but still do not understand why). At this point I was getting irritated.of course she pointed it out that I am upset, and that she was lecturing me because didn't want to make mistakes. Finally she gave me my options for shipping when I asked and I could pay and mail my pkgs. Do not understand why the service isn't straightforward when I came to just mail my pkgs. Recommend just taking the extra time and going to a different postal outlet.

Very friendly and kind people. I've been going there for years and they provide a great service.

I've never had issues with this post office - I've lived in the area for over 2 years and pick up/send packages here all the time. Sometimes there's a little bit of a wait, but that's expected with post offices. The three people I've seen working there are always very cordial and nice.

Extremely nice people. Very polite and extremely helpful. This has been my neighborhood post office since we moved here 14 years ago.

I have been coming to this post office for 10 years. The owners know me by name and are always friendly and chatty and say hello. I do not understand the negative reviews on here talking about their lack of customer service. There may be a bit of a language or cultural barrier, but they have never been rude or unprofessional that I have seen. It’s a huge convenience to have this post office so close, right in the heart of junction. I signed their petition years ago to stay open, and I’m glad I did. These people work extremely hard and are here every day, I have never been there and they weren’t there. I think some of these complaints would be better directed at Canada Post’s faults, rather than at these hardworking business owners.

Incredibly rude staff. The owner said, "I can't keep helping you, I need to eat my lunch". This is ridiculous; you are a business and should behave like so. Your customers come first and your lunch comes last!

The other reviews here are shocking, I went to this post office for the first time last week and found the older couple running this Canada Post to be very sweet and kind.

Passport Photos - Stay away.
Went there to have citizenship photos.
I had to show the requirements. After the photos paid and taken, I asked to stamp the back of both as per government requirements online.
Refused to do so! Said that the Stamp is only required on one photo! Refused a stamp!
I had to go to another place and spend another $15.00 for 2 photos. Complete scammer. Refused a stamp and charges before the photo is taken.

These people are crooks, they charge at the end for scrap boxes, something Ive never experienced. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Will not come back. Poor service treat customers with no respect. Should not be allowed to host a post office here.

I wish I could give the owners 0 stars. I have been to this location a few times.and aside from the rudeness, have noticed the rates for mailing letters and packages seemed always to be more than other post office locations. I thought it must be my packages. I recently went to mail a standard birthday card and the owner claimed it was oversized.wanted me to purchase more stamps. He refused to take my card. Later another post office person took the card.saying it was perfectly regular. No extra stamps needed. Won't be going there ever again.

MOST AWFUL, TRULY PAINFUL EXPERIENCE! (now updated at the end)
I live in the neighbourhood have used this PO for years. I am a VERY regular customer and they know me there. I even supported their petition many years ago against being closed down. The service has been adequate over the years BUT TODAY! I went in to have mail forwarded from my mom's address because she just passed away. I followed legal instructions as well as online Canada Post instructions and filled out and paid for everything online ($100), printed out a barcode document & brought all necessary legal docs with the barcode into the PO to finalize the service as per instructions. I was extremely organized and efficient. The woman owner actually CHASTISED me for doing this online rather than at the counter. She said its way more work and more complicated this way and everything will have to be repeated yada yada yada. She was INCREDIBLY RUDE and INSENSITIVE given the situation. Yes, that's right - my mother just passed away ma'am! And as a matter of fact, when she finally just shut up and did what she needed to do, it took her less than ONE MINUTE to complete everything. I spent way more time filling out forms online and she spent WAY MORE TIME ADMONISHING ME than it took her to simply complete the transaction. And when she printed out my receipt, she tossed it at me and barked "you're done. " HEY! How about a little compassion? I suspect she was annoyed at having to do one minute of work without collecting any revenue from the transaction. Seriously? I am completely flabbergasted by her rudeness and total lack of compassion and empathy. I will NEVER do business in this shop ever again. NEVER. Not the post office, not the convenience store. UPDATE: As of March 1,2019, this mail is still not being forwarded despite 6 different phone calls to Canada Post customer service.

Terrible service, not knowledgeable about Canada Post or Fed Ex. The man working there let me send a Fed Ex Express package to a PO box which is not allowed- he should have told me. Also he guaranteed my package would arrive on a Monday, I later found out that there is no weekend delivery so that promise was false. The nightmare that ensued between myself and canada post customer service was indescribable. Do not trust the people at this post office with anything of value or that has a deadline.

I've always had a good experience at this CP. The owners are friendly and quick in processing my outgoing packages.

Owner/operator here claim no space to accept my canada post return item, after they saw the large box. Made me take it back. All other corporate offices closed due to rotating strikes.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STORE OWNER CALLED ME CHEAP FOR ASKING FOR TAPE TO USE ON MY PACKAGE. I LIVE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND WILL NEVER RETURN DESPITE THE CONVENIENCE.

I just recently went to this Canada Post to send some stuff to Germany, the girl who worked there didn't speak English very well but she was nice. However, upon cashing out my mom and I were short 80 cents so we told the girl that my mom would go home (we live about 5 mins away from there) and grab the change and she said it was okay. I stayed and waited for my mom to come back while she did whatever else she had to do in the meantime. The man came over and asked me in a very rude tone, "ugh, whats taking her so long? ! " I told him that my mom had to walk all the way home and he then cut me off and said, " well don't you have any cards or anything? Debit? " And I told him that we only brought cash and he rolled his eyes and walked away, it was not busy at all and I wasn't causing any trouble so I did not understand why he thought it was necessary to give me attitude over 80 cents.
