Both staff inside were helpful even with the phone ringing throughout.

This was the only place I could rent a P. O box without a big struggle.

The guy in front is so rude. I called here twice to confirm the stuff I need before I could visit the store and this guy is asking me to be on hold in arrogance, keeping the phone on side and not answering my call afterwards. Eventually I end hanging up the call after 10 mins. I can hear everything, even when there was a long silence (no customer) he dint answer my call. Why are you picking up the call if you don’t wanna assist? So rude and unprofessional

Not the friendliest service - always seems like customers are a bother to the employees. Also, difficult to turn into the lot. Try to avoid this location if possible. Thank goodness there are post offices in most Shoppers' in the area

Been coming to this location quite often for 4 years for the needs of a small business. Also had PO box there for couple of years. Never had a single bad experience - every single interaction with any employee has always been a blast. Never had problems with service or times.

Worst experience, man answered the phone and said please hold, went to put me on hold but forgot to press hold and heard him take customers for the next 45 minutes… waste of time “sorry for the wait” was said to customers as if he forgot he had a phone call waiting. Disgusting

The older lady there has been rude every time I go in! She has zero respect for any customers who walk in! I’m disgusted by how she still has a job.
