Talking to somewhere who's speaking very low, stackicy phone and serious technical issues. It's a wonder people can't their information in on time.

Same experience as most of the other reviews. Called. Placed on hold. Disconnected. I and many others have jobs, we cannot sit around the phone all day. DO SOMETHING.

I'm appalled by the condescending representatives employed by the CRA. A process needs to be put in place for escalation when a CRA agent is rude and condescending, they forget they work for us.

I have been locked out of my account and have been reaching out for them to unlock it since, seven days now. I haven't had any luck in being able to speak with someone from e-services. It takes them 2 hours to take my initial call only for them to say "let me transfer to e-services for you to unlock your account". Nobody is picking up to help with unlocking it account and even if out of the blue they do pick up, the phone line beeps and gets disconnected. I am done with this. I have never had to deal with such horrible customer service in my entire life. Everyone is complaining about this same thing that I have spoken with on various social media platforms such as twitter, facebook, instagram, etc,

Can't review the service because it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone. Spent over 2 hours of the phone waiting for an agent to then be disconnected. Called back and followed the prompts for identity theft and was told to call back later (their concern for my identity is very encouraging). There is no callback service (like those offered by hundreds of private businesses we don't pay taxes to). This is a joke.

Beaten by sloths from Zootopia.

My online account was suspended and the error page told me to call their toll free number. Waited half an hour only to be told I will be transferred to another department, waited more than 2 HOURS only to be told trivial information I could've figured out on my own - You need to click the register account link to register another account *face palm Couldn't have put it on the error page huh? While the sloths may bring you a chuckle, this is just unadulterated frustration.

I waited tor 40 min, they transferred me to another department to unlock my account. I waited for another 2 hours, nobody answered. Any alternative way to get help?

I waited for 40 mins only to transfer me to another department so I waited for another 30 mins. Glad that the guy who picked up the phone was really helpful in answering my queeries.

Drove to this location to discuss a tax issue. The tax office closed down years ago. Back to talking to the CRA call centre.

Poor customer service. A lady answered and said that she would look into my situation, put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up! Now I'm calling back waiting on hold for another 20 minutes.

I had very good experience with the staff. They answered my general questions with patience and clarity. Also, got connected pretty fast.

Absolutely terrible web site. Cant login and after 1st attempt got message about lock my account because 5 (five!) wrong attempts!
