Poor choice on my part. Purchased items with back order of 2 weeks as stated when inquired over the phone and on 4 weeks back-order stated on website. Eight weeks later sent numerous emails looking for an order update with no response, I gave up trying to communicate by email, I called them, they didn't know when they would receive stock the CS then explained it would take 2 business days for a refund, the order cancellation email said 8 to 10 business days for a refund. If you don't have the product to sell don't make it available on your website, don't waste the customers time, then hold their money/refund for ransom, its bad business. I spend my time looking for small/local businesses to support rather then giving my money to JBezos/@mazon only to get burned. I would have given a better review but the inconsistency between information given to you over the phone and by email (when they reply) is inaccurate and untrustworthy.

This shop deserves all the praise in the world.

Canada Robotix is a local business that provides Raspberry Pi and other related items to the robotic.
First, you have to sign up on their website, then you can order on their website and pay online. When they send you an email you can go for picking up.
They are open only 3-6 pm
A parking lot is available

Incredibly slow choice of shipping/transport.
Ordered a Hack RF One, shipping from Toronto area to Montreal.
They use Canada Post so 4 days later, still not delivered and not even coming today so it will end up around 7-8 days total for shipping from Toronto to Montreal.
And they charged around 30$ for the shipping on top of that.
Will not order from them again as long as they use Canada Post.

Utterly amazing. Ordered Wednesday evening. Arrived Friday morning. Nothing better than a local shop with proper service.

I have purchased several items over the years from them. My last purchase of a Pi 3B+ and keyboard remote control both did not function correctly. The Pi would freeze and the keyboard cursor would not go up. I know the Pi was bad because I tried the exact same SD card and hardware set up and it has been running flawlessly. I brought home the Pi after they said it worked fine and it did the exact same thing and locked up. They refuse to acknowledge that there is a problem with the board. They also indicated that the keyboard functioned fine. I picked it back up and plugged it in at home and again the up arrow did not function.

I do not trust their exchange policy and think that I will be taking my purchases to Amazon. It is not worth saving $2 and then ending up with such headaches and bad products too.

I travelled to the store to buy some electronic parts for a project I'm working on. I wanted some basic advice, but was turned away by the person who came to the counter.
She merely turned around a sign, (originally facing the wall), saying that you have to pre-book a personal session; and that charges may apply.
This was a totally wasted trip; and I am so angry with them.
I'll find another supplier for my Arduino / Raspberry Pi project (s).

Excellent selection of prototyping material, friendly staff and quality product. Definitely recommend this place for shopping for your DIY projects.
