Canada Sagh Auto Sales

We bought our first used car from Canada Sagh Auto back in mid-late August. At first everything seemed to go well but that all quickly changed. First off the engine oil was completely dirty so we had to get an oil change, this wasn't too big of a deal so we let it slide. We drove the car to Alberta and then had to get our vehicle inspected in November. Upon inspection the mechanic found the following: Left front axle boot that was broken, the left CV axle shaft seal leaking oil, the inner tire rod needing alignment. I also got a 2nd opinion from another mechanic and they came back with the same issues. Both mechanics also found it strange that a used car recently safetied in Ontario and driven across the country would have these issues come up. They said that we were lucky that nothing happened happen on our long drive across the country! I had to get these repairs done in order to pass the inspection. About a month after that, the car battery also died and conveniently the existing battery in the car had its display sticker scratched off so we didn’t really know how old the battery was when it was sold to us. Now the back passenger seat door on one of the sides doesn’t open at all. Even though this is a used car, these issues seem way too much for its condition.

Back in November I tried to contact Bachir twice about these issues who said to me after the sale, “ The service doesn’t end after the purchase”, but no texts of mine were ever replied to. So in reality they don't care after a sale is made

Be aware if you’re a first-time car buyer as there’ll be things that they leave out purposely and have the vehicle safetied to the bare minimum. I would NOT recommend this dealership!

A true family owned business! I came in to see a 2015 BMW X1, and from the very moment I entered the treatment was absolutely fantastic! It didn’t take me long to make my decision to purchase an excellent vehicle that they also guaranteed to be in top shape when I come to take it. I left with a smile on my face every single time! I just picked up my BMW X3 from them. As far as used car dealers go they are top notch.

I had to edit this review, as an update was required.

The original BMW X3 purchased had a major engine malfunction 10 days after pick up. I was on the phone with Mark the same day. Within 24 hours, the vehicle was towed into their BMW tech next door for review.

Mark offered me two options. Either I could wait a few weeks for a new engine to be installed, or he could cancel the deal and refund my money. I presented them with a third. As they were being very fair, I elected to purchase another X3 they had on the lot.

They were helpful, and more than fair. A rare thing with used car dealers these days.

I can recommend Canada Sagh without hesitation as a used vehicle dealer of choice.

I was looking for a car, I went to Canada Sagh Auto Sales, it was amazing experience, salesman and finance guy easy to deal with. I think you guys are doing a good job by respect the customers. Keep up the good work guys.

They need to change their financing procedures. They conducted 4 harsh credit checks with companies I don’t know when they stated that they will look with the banks which they didn’t. My credit is average but not at a point where I should be paying 15.99% in interest alone. A $17,000 would actually cost $24k-$25k in the end.

RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE: I will not accept the lies. I sent my ID using my MAIDEN NAME + my SIN listed under my MAIDEN NAME to the finance team. Also, I checked my credit report and there was NO bank listed so which bank is it? Which banks do you work with because none of them showed up on my credit report so how did you know it was declined if they never checked me? You went straight to 4 private lenders who did 4 harsh checks in one day. Why not tell me the banks “declined me” before proceeding to go to private lenders? Which were IA auto finance inc, Canada Sagh Auto, Lendcare capital, AXIS auto fina. All private lenders.

Also, when we spoke to you, you said you knew nothing about the financing process and that it was a separate entity? I would like it if you had more integrity and stated the truth because if you guys can lie about something as small as this when I literally have the proof that that states the opposite, of what you’re saying, then I have serious doubts about the condition of the car and I’m happy we cancelled the purchase.

I went to multiple dealerships before this one and I can honestly say that these guys are awesome! Very transparent process and they let me take it to my own mechanic before I make a decision.

The worst dealer I've seen. They are deceitful and liars.after I purchased van. They told me that when there is any malfunction in the car, go to the nearest mechanic or garage, and it has warranty. But what happened was a fraud because the insurance did not recognize this problem with the motor car, nor even by returning the $ 2000 warranty price because I want to cancel it. But now I have to pay $1,500 for fixing.

They worked so hard to make sure the car I looked at really would fit my lifestyle, needs and went beyond to get my finances to fit my budget. Definitely recommend Sagh Auto to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Friend of mine bought himself a used Accord from Canada Saghs Auto not too long ago. Read a few bad comments on here and they're not really doing them justice.

Mark and his fam are genuinely good people with genuinely good prices, but used vehicles can be tricky sometimes and may require the customer to stay in contact with the dealer to sort out the potential issues. They don't just ditch you or hide problems.

Gonna go ahead and try to offset this unnecessary gas because no business deserves to have their average rating slashed due to unnoticed baggage. Especially if it's a place that sells used vehicles. Some people just don't get it.

Originally I was very impressed with them, and I left a great review. I had the impression that all this new work had been on the car, barely driven, extra warranty for free, and all these other great perks. But when I left the lot I noticed the radio didn’t work. Mark said he would fix it and after a few weeks he finally did. I had been worried he was going to somehow get out of it but he ended up Coming through. I noticed some weird things going on with the car and I decided to look up my vin number. Turns out there was a transmission recall that they no longer fix for free and I was not informed of this before purchasing. I took my car into the shop for a diagnostics and they ended up telling me my dual clutch needs to be replaced, my ball joint is about to go, all my tires are bald and no longer road safe, even though before I left the lot he told me he put brand new tires on. I’ve had the car for less then 6 months and I now have over 3,000 in repairs to be done not even including tax.stuff like this should be told to you before you buy the car especially from a dealership.
There were so many negative reviews before hand and I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt. But now I’m learning I shouldn’t have trusted because now I will not be able to put food on the table in order to try and repair my car. I’m super disappointed.

Sadly purchased an Altima 2015, one week after had an engine light problem. Luckily got the warranty but the dealer didn't want to take the car back. 13 Codes identified, at the end maybe they will be fixed but I felt scammed.
It seems to be hit or miss, so bring your ODB scanner when you go there if you insist of going.

I was treated how you would want to be treated. Car was ready for immediate test drive, a hard look at and they gave us personal space to browse in a comfortable way.

The purchase start to finish was 2 days.

Charbel took care of us, with Mark and JP also present, all staffing there and busy. The options, financing, Q&A, references, names and locations the car will see, before we drive away, promises on anything they said or we said and they acknowledged, were done.

I will recommend them, Charbel articulated himself well with the details and answers we would want to hear WITHOUT having to ask.

So we go pick it up Christmas Eve day, the car is ready at the front door and facing the street, cleaned inside out, plated proper clean right in the middle, fueled, alloys in the back wrapped up, winters on, fluids and oil were excellent. If you read my review yes they meet or exceed standard and the warranty is real.

I've assisted several friends and family with the process of buying new and used vehicles. My previous experience elsewhere usually resulted in dissapointment in that price range, usually with vehicles needing a lot of work. This was the complete opposite - I was very pleased with the quality of the vehicle I went to see and the listed price was the best I came across for that particular make/model/mileage. The transaction was smooth, and very timely. Mark was easy to contact and stood behind his products with confidence under scrutiny. Very impressive in this industry. I will definitely give Mark a call next time I am on the hunt for a used vehicle!

I got a Chevrolet Malibu 2011, it was in perfect condition. The Canada Sagh staff are very kind. They are honest people. I was able to get the car inspected and checked for any issues before purchase. They are lenient and Charbel was great at helping me out with everything. Asked about trade in my car but the sales person is unprofessional and a little bit rude. Plus the house is super dirty.

Mark had a 2011 Outback listed for a good price. We spoke by phone and he told me the condition of the car right down to the scratches. I told him I was in if the car matched the conveyed condition.
Took the train up from Toronto and the car was exactly as stated, right down to the last scratch.
He had the car prepared and ready for me, upon my arrival. Did the test drive and then the transfer.
Straight up professional, who is open and transparent. At the end of my experience, I told him I look forward to him finding me my next deal.
