Very helpful benefits when I could apply for more benefits but for the previous benefits these guys are completely awesome and I look forward to reapplying for benefits and thanking everybody involved in the help they assisted me with. Just have zero negative thoughts and thank you so intensively for being awesome.

Canada tax reviews called my wife and said to my wife that she's getting $3,000 qnd something but what yhey did to my wife was very wrong, they wanted my dead wife money back which she was on welfare and has 2 kids. My wife paid back the money and there still wanted. Ore money back. Plus they kept calling my wife phone none stop, and now there still calling all my family members house for no reason at all even calling from different numbers which I have every number there calling from. If you Scammers keep calling me or calling my family members and my friends I will take legal action. Because you're threatening me everyday until the evening.

I tried to refuse there tiny refund and wouldn't let me, then I paid there fee once then harassed for another payment when they found the over payment said I had to wait 30 to 90 days I want 33%percent interest while I wait for the refund.

We had our taxes reviewed for last 10 years and we both received a big refund! And quickly!

A great firm for tax filing and review services. All the agents are super professional and the process is very smooth. Definitely recommended.

This is the 2nd year I have dealt with the Canada Tax Reviews and they have done an exceptionally excellent job and the personnel are great.

Great for getting my refunds that I didn't know I was owed. However very pushing when trying to collect their fees. Told them that as soon as the refund arrived the invoice what be paid. Even after paying the invoices they still called and emailed several times. They don't send any paperwork for your records was told I have to call CRA myself to get paperwork. They also lie about reporting your payments to the credit bureau. Paid my last payment on February 10th still none of the 3 payments have been reported to the credit bureau. Was told by the credit bureau transunion credit agency they don't deal with this company another lie. Received 2 more email and phones calls regarding outstanding invoices they were paid in February. THEY DON'T REPORT YOUR PAYMENTS TO CREDIT BUREAU ONLY WHEN YOU DONT PAY THE INVOICES IS IT REPORTED SO THAT IT GOSE AS A BAD DEBT

Very quick and fast. Got me a refund that is taking care of a student loan. Even with using tax software on my own, they have found money I would never have seen. Thank you. Now it's In the hands of the government to finish, if only they were as effient as you all are

They won't stop calling and email me even when I have said no. This company needs to be shut down for harassment. It won't let me post a zero start so unfortunately I have to pick 1 star but really it should be a negative star rating

I have been receiving email notices for over 4 months saying I've been approved and it will take 6-8weeks for my refund.
If you know how to add 6-8weeks is 1.5 months not 4-? Months and they still want 1/3 of my refund.
Don't get these crooks to help you unless you don't need the extra money

Tax refunds are bogus.if the greedy goverment dident steal half our pay checks ppl wouldent have as many finacial issues.we pay them 30 to 60 k a year in taxes for what.what do we get in return for paying thag amount.we get nothing.then u do taxes up u get 5 percent back if that.i made 90k last year goverment took 45k of it did uo taxes and they tried say i still owed 8k.after takeing 45k i owe 8k still wow can u say theft.cash grab.i guess we have buy the 94 million doller jet planes for goverment.or there 300k a year salerys

I don't know where to start with this company I don't know if it's the employee they have there or if they're all just a scam Justin employee of Canada tax reviews. Gave me misleading information. Not mentioning my credit will ever get affected. Didn't explain properly and made me sign papers and give my banking details he was very pushy. I called the company ask for my money back they said Justin would call back but still has not called me back. Stay away from this place

I wouldn't recommend this company. Its been a month since i contacted them, and weeks ago they asked for some info. I gave them the info and they keep sending me the same email asking for the info I already sent them they asked me to call them so I did, and they said yes we got that and will be in touch. Haven't heard back from them. Popr communication. And by the looks of it, if you are in need of money and can't pay the $150 fee, they will take 30% of your refund. Always read the fine print!

They tell you the billing policy is when you receive a cheque yet they send you emails daily, sometimes twice a day, call and hassle you for payment, when you have not received the funds. Overall rude and annoying

Tried to get credit rating fixed. But my current situation just got worse when I gave them a bunch of money. Lost my money. Canceled contract. They didn't help me at all. Gave me bad information. Just wouldn't recommend these people or company.

They dig deep and find anything you may have missed or any unknown loopholes loopholes definitely try their hardest!

I had an amazing experience with the staff. They cleared up a crazy tax situation that was a mistake and I spoke with another agent named Hadar today who literally not only helped me as well but also had the best laugh and customer service I’ve ever had!

It was good, but their questions must be more practical, they gave asked me few questions about software compatibility and how long will i take to file a tax return if all information has given, actually they need to test rather than just asking the time.

Be aware that this, and similar agencies, are preying on generally vulnerable low income and ill informed individuals through promises of things like "finding" tax refunds. In return, they will TAKE a portion of the money you receive. Basically, they will file your tax return (s) and take a cut of the usually small amount of money you would receive.

WHY YOU SHOULD AVOID COMPANIES LIKE THIS?
Filing taxes is EASY. You can do so online, yourself, using various pieces of free software. If you find that too complicated there are a host of free tax preparation clinics (e.g, Salvation Army) and other volunteers who will help you complete the forms or do it for you.and they DON'T charge a fee to do so.

This scam company doesn't do anything with these guys. The next day, I spent half a day contacting Canada Revenue and asking a secure question for his account! His attempt to file a tax return. They said we can help with this. Well, I said that we did everything ourselves, without their help, in 3 minutes we filled out all the forms! They are sending threatening letters right now, we owe them 160 dollars, f**k the scammers!

It is a scam! Do not give them your personal and financial information! THEY ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION RIGHT NOW.

Scam Scam Scam cold calling people and tricking them into letting them apply for CERB on your behalf. And then charging you ridiculous fees. People applying for CERB don't have money to be paying shady business like this. AND WHY ARE ALL REVIEWS HERE 3 MONTHS OLD? AND WHERE ARE ALL THE RECENT REVIEWS?

Told me I need to do nothing after forms filled out and would be done in 5 days. 9 days later I have spent hours on hold and they refuse to answer emails. No idea what is going on. Seems like a scam

Tried calling all morning I've gone 5 weeks with no money no food for me my husband and unborn child. We're so close to being homeless cause of it. They say I'm approved but get no $$$$ thanks for nothing

I can't get a hold of any of your "representative" AKA your scammers. DO NOT FALL for these people or these reviews. As soon as they get what they want from you, THEY'LL GHOST YOU, LIKE YOU DONT EXIST.

They helped me and were very helpful any questions I had they answered and I continue to have a great experience with them

I filled out the application and received the email to sign and the email saying I was gonna get 900$ it’s been 2 weeks and NOTHING.too good to be true

SCAM SCAM SCAM! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. THEY CHARGE A RIDICULOUS FEE FOR SOMETHING THE CRA WOULD DO FOR FREE!

This company charges you 180 dollars for something that takes you 2 mins to do. They claim they protect you if the CRA comes after you but they don't. Honestly take the few mins and apply yourself

This is the worst place ever. They charge 33% when liberty or H&R would charge 150. So you have to pay 1400 of your money you earn and only get 4000 have to pay them 1400 that’s just not cool. When people are having hard time already as it is.

I have been calling and calling about my application form for September but it's been 3 days since I have been calling but no one seems to answer. I always end up to their automated voice after ringing. I understand that they have a huge volume of calls but at least pick up the damn call. I really need to speak with one of their representatives.

While I was originally rating this service a 5 star for good service, that seems to no longer be the case. After paying back an invoice one day early, I got several emails from them with some saying I paid and some saying I didn't, one with a receipt and another threatening to go to collections and damage my credit score, both recieved after I pointed out to them that my bank showed they deposited my payment. It should also be mentioned that although their service was originally fairly good, they did offer $10 as a reward for giving a good review. This was almost certainly offered to other customers as well, so I would not trust the huge amount of good reviews here.

They have a very serious internal communication issue, I do not recommend touching this business with a ten foot pole.

CTR helped me alot. I had a refund within a month of contacting them. It was really quick and they did all the work. I'm very thankful for their help in getting me a refund. Great company providing a beneficial service.

At first there were doubt that all this is nonsense and nothing will come back to me since the income tax were filled with professional staff. What was my surprise and joy to receive the check with nice refund. Thank you for your work and promise! It’s really working!
