We recently used Canada Waterproofers for 3 seperate, complicated basement water, drainage, and flooding issues. Carl and his team consistently provided outstanding customer service with quick responses, willingness to answer questions and explain issues clearly, giving us high degrees of confidence in their work. They made these stressful situations more manageable than we expected or imagined. We highly recommend their services. One of the best experiences we ever had with a house-related specialist.

I am always skeptical of companies in these types of industries receiving so many 5-star reviews but with this one, I get it. Similar to others, we had a fantastic experience with Canada Waterproofers. They did interior waterproofing (with sump pump installation), camera inspection and service pipe replacement (from outside the house), as well as a main water valve change for us. Andrew/Andrii (the client rep) was a joy to deal with; responsive, friendly, detail-oriented, and gave the most competitive quotes (balancing experience and price) out of the many places I reached out to. Andrew the technician and the rest of his team were also great; they were on time, worked efficiently but carefully, and were communicative and professional throughout. We had a complicated service pipe issue that required detailed inspection and some analysis on how best to tackle it and Carl (the owner, I believe) came to do the inspection himself, who was extremely knowledgeable and clearly very experienced. We received detailed quotes before accepting the jobs as well as professional looking packages with warranty certificates, etc.following completion. The way this company presented itself - which it then backed up with its work - made us feel confident and comfortable throughout the process and brought my anxiety way down (which is not an easy thing to do, as I'm sure Andrii, who patiently answered my many, many calls and questions, can attest to). I have yet to find any reason not to go back to them for all plumbing/waterproofing related work in the future.

You don’t need to call around for a waterproofing company. We’ve done it, and we won’t go anywhere else. Carl is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and timely. I would highly recommend, Canada Waterproofers Basement Waterproofing. High quality workmanship and very experienced! Provided us guidance/advice and also fixed our leak. We initially thought it was the main water line leak, but provided and recommended services to identify the root cause of the leak without digging and then fixed the issues, which was a leaky shut off valve!

We had an emergency Friday evening and Valentin not only came to my house on Saturday (his day off) and stuck around the whole day until not only the job was completed but also once everything was cleaned up and put back into place

I must say, Andrii was extremely professional and invested a lot of time in diagnosing the root cause of the problem.

This company is amazing! I used them twice, once to repair crack in my basement foundation and another time to repair pipe leak underneath my basement floor. I had no issues with them. Slava and his team are highly knowledgeable professionals who did couple exceptional jobs on my house. The first one was basement waterproofing, outside and inside the house where was necessary because of the high water table. That job included sum pump installation too. The second job was my house extension with the new bathroom and new sewer connection. Again the team did excellent and clean job in only one day of work.

So after looking online for a reputable company I came across Canada Waterproofers. I gave them a call and got surprised on how quick they were able to come and take a look and give me the best solution to our situation.
