I would highly recommend Canada Lend for home equity loan options. Matthew Breuls is very helpful and patient. He provides great customer service, and goes out of his to way to explain things thoroughly to lead to an informed decision.

Took broker Matthew 2 months for a heloc and still hasn’t completed the task. Contacting once a week and always asking for something new. Has on many occasions delay delay delay with dead end promises.
He is not good at this job and Deffinitally not professional.
Gives brokers a bad name.
For this me gives Canadalend as a business a bad name and a 1 star review.

I would not recommend or use this company. Seems shady.
And honestly what legit business emails at 10pm.

Harsh was amazing during the whole process. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to how slow the lawyers etc.were. It took a couple of months to complete. Also the fees are very high we paid about $15000 in fees.
