Awful scammers. These people installed faulty equipment for us and then ghosted us when we needed repairs. We were left to freeze in -7 degree temperatures with no response from them. They promised a rebate but have yet to provide us with any documentation that a rebate request was sent to the Ontario government. Bunch of crooks!

Most despicable underhanded 2 faced people with the most deceptive lie directly to your face tactics these people should be locked up. They owe me pay and will not pick up there phone. Had to get a paralegal don't ever use this company. They made me homeless just before Christmas!

I have done subcontracts installs from them 5 months ago and they never paid me for my work, they owe me money over $14,000 and never answer for my calls, DO NOT FALL FOR THE TRAP. This company is a fraud

These guys are the biggist frauds. They owe me mondy froming paying the electricion out of my own pocket and wont pay me back Left me a hole in the wall and have not been back to fix that. Going on for monthy now. I am going to get my lawyer involed. They are telling me that they are going to but a lean on my home. I have now idea if they even applyed for our $10,000 grant. Probably not. Run dont walk from this company.

I recently has a High Efficiency Tankless Water Heater and a whole home Carbon Water Purification system and a thermostat. The installation was completed with no problems. Thanks

Horrible company. Misrepresented what they sold to my elderly mother. Made her think she was getting a deal while they stole from her. The item they installed is not detailed on the contract or invoice but the price sure looks like it is there. Customer service is non responsive at best and dismissive at worse. Horrible company should not be in business.

We have been trying to get in touch with service for over a week now. It says mailbox full. The website also doesn't work. Our hotwater tank is leaking. We need a response ASAP. Horrible service.

They were supposed to pay the balance of my rented hot water tank in February. Promises promises promises with yes we are taking care and nothing has been done. I would never recommend this company.

I feel sorry for all you people who think this company is good. Wait till your equipment goes down. Then that insurance and piece of mind that someone will be there to fix it. Good luck with that. They won't be there for you. Hope your equipment doesn't break down.

Greenhome solutions replaced my old furnace & installed a tankless water heater in January. They were on time & the customer service was very professional. They took away my stress by being able to answer all my questions and the furnace & the water tank are still working great. I’m glad I won’t have to worry about it for years!
