Having all in the information regarding the sizing, and type of tires beforehand, it was really simple to match everything up on the site and purchase rims that fit my type of care and tires that I had from a previous car. There is also a great search, where you put the details of your car and it tells you what suits your car and needs.

The wheels I ordered came in a timely fashion, were exactly what I had ordered and reasonably priced. The TPMS were also calibrated exactly right for the 2024 Lexus NX350H

Easy to find the right tires for my vehicle. Cost is on point and delivery was fast. The delivery driver helped me load the tires into my car. Won't order wheels or tires anywhere else.

Was very unhappy. Items purchased were shipped with a company that does not deliver to my address. I had to take a day off of work, because they closed at 1: 00pm and drive 211 Km to pick up my order. When I questioned Canada wheels about it they created a ticket but never responded to me.

My car is a Toyota venza 2009. I added the wheels to the cart and all that was needed to fit my car was automatically added to the cart. In my case hub rings where added. The only small problem is that I have purchase black nuts also and they sent me chrome nuts. Because they fit on my car and that the nuts are covered by a plate and don't show I decided to keep them. I've put 17 inch wheels and 245/65R17 tires on my Venza 2009. The 17 inch gives a totally better and smoother ride than the 20 inch that was on the car. The venza is not the same and it's really a better car with the 17 inch wheels and tires. Never again will there be 20 inch wheels on my Venza. Bye-Bye 20 inch wheels.

Wheels arrived as expected in perfect condition. Just installed them last week. No issues so far.

I just want to take a moment to appreciate when an employee and company goes the extra mile for their customers. This review would have been all negative if it wasn't for their customer representative, Chantelle.

Back story: I went through their tire warranty process with an associate/returns manager who doesn't work there anymore and it was just awful. It was tedious and all through email, because I previously couldn't get in touch with their warranty dept by phone. I just wanted all of the instructions laid out at once so I could get things ready and have a set expectation for the process. I was so frustrated that I just sent the whole tire with the rim to CanadaWheels. I also didn't receive the proper refund I was owed!

But, I finally got in touch with their lovely associate Chantelle who quickly sorted s*** out and made me have hope for humanity. I would definitely do more business with CanadaWheels if I knew there was someone such as Chantelle helping out.

I am so very happy with my order and the entire process! Site was easy to use and I felt 100% confident I was getting the right size for my car when I placed my order. From the emails and paperwork included it looks like returns would have been easy to process but I didn’t need to use this as they were perfect fit! Purchased 17" black wheels and Mazzinni Snow Leopard tires for a 2018 Jeep Cherokee. They arrived cross-country in 12 days, including a Loomis holiday. Most amazingly, the mounting/balancing/install went smoothly and used only 3 oz.of weights on all 4 wheels! Canada Wheels provided prompt email and chat service on any questions I had. Totally satisfied.

The rims look great. For Rav4prime, i used my vehicle manual for the rim size. 19x7.5 fitted well.

Hi, wheels were shipped and delivered very quickly. Excellent service and support, as I did asked a few questions before ordering. It is nice that they specify which wheels are a direct fit, with no need for a centering adapter.

The wheels arrived in the expected time-frame (within a week). Although some of the boxes had minor puncture holes, the wheels themselves were intact. The outside wheel rims were properly protected for transport. The wheels are now installed on my car and I am pleased with the result.

Update: It has been over TWO MONTHS. When I ordered them, the website listed them as "In Stock" After another email enquiring about my missing tires, I was given another date that I would receive them, which has come and gone. I was also told that they are "having problems with inventory because of Covid". So they never had them in stock in the first place. I was also told a month ago by a rep on the phone that I would receive a discount for the delay. No discount, no tires. Just a bunch of missing money and lack of communication.

Ordered tires just short of a month ago. They promptly took my money but have provided no shipping information and my order continues to say "processed" on their website. I emailed asking for tracking information and it took a week to receive a response basically saying "we'll look into it". Several more days have passed with no further updates. At this point I'm very doubtful I'll see my tires or my money back. In a few days I will hopefully be able to start the process of reversing my payment through the credit car company. This place is a headache, I was duped by all the fake positive reviews.

Despite waiting a week to receive an email, I received a call back within an hour of posting a bad review on here. I'm being told they are short staffed due to covid. Staff is unavailable to provide tracking or backorder updates but instantly come out of the woodwork when they are called
out on their lack of commutation. If more energy was used to communicate with customers in the first place rather than attempt damage control after the fact, they wouldn't have to scour the internet all day trying to save face.

The first set ordered were suppose to fit but they did no clear the front calipers. Prompt processing of return and second order perfect. Fast shipping.
