They take way too long to fill prescriptions. They don’t call you when they are ready. I’ve waited a week and a half for meds. Very unacceptable. If you can, go elsewhere!

This apothecary went above and beyond for me with a hard to find veterinarian prescription. They made the process easy, and communicated effectively.

Service has diminished over the last two years. A order used to take about 3 days. That has now gone to approximately two weeks.
In the past a phone call was made to you to confirm order was ready now there is no follow up. You need to chase them down on your order.
This business was very efficient two years ago until one of the owners past it has gone down hill ever since.
Time to find another supplier.
