We wanted to buy all 6 appliances for out first home and we met Rosie there. She was so helpful and kind, she got us the best deal around boxing day and made sure all appliances are delivered timely. We really appreciate Rosie’s help. We highly recommend working with her!

Don't go here. I bought all my appliances from one vendor to get a discount at Canada Appliance. They sold me a faulty unit and will not issue a return authorization so that I can be refunded in full. I am being forced to buy a second fridge now and I am out of the $700 I saved by buying all in one place (the only reason I bought them). My rep's name is Ray. They had the power to make good on this and refused likely so he could save his 20-dollar commission. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Also, you can see many 5-star fake reviews online.

Dealt with Francis for the second time for appliance purchase and he was very helpful and able to match a lower price for the appliance I purchased.

The sales rep Shridhar was great. The installer of our washing machine was really nice.

However on an earlier purchase of our dryer, family member said the installer had an attitude problem. Unsure if my family member rated that purchase. But I won’t let it affect the washing machine review.

The delivery persons were professional. Delivered on time and took all the packaging material.
However, they didn’t wear mask and they didn’t wear boot protector so my floor is left very dirty. I had to mop and clean after them.

The salesman had sent a text message and we drove down to Brampton from Mississauga initially to Best Buy Scratch & Dent, Airport road, Brampton. Since we did not get something within our range we went to CAS. Initially he showed us high end products but when we gave him our budget he targeted a product that resembled our Samsung Fridge and the price was reasonable within our budget. After some discussion when I showed him the text message from Shridhar Kumar he introduced himself as Shridhar Kumar. I was impressed with his proactive work. We decided & paid for the fridge and was delivered within 2 days. Thanks Shridhar hope to see you many more times in the future.

Had been to trinity mall location yesterday. Sales person in not taken any interest to show or explain about product.

It has been the best experience we've ever had purchasing a major appliance. The sales staff are very professional and bend over backward to accomidate you. The delivery plan woked out perfectly. They phoned twice to let us know how close they were, took out our back-up fridge and moved our kitchen fridge to the garage, then moved in our new fridge into the kitchen. All this in less than half an half an hour.

This place has the worst customer service ever if I could give it a 0 star I would! A phone call could go a long way or an email as I waited all day for my order they didn't have the decency to even reach out and let me know that it was not coming and also it wouldn't be shipped for another 8 days! Sorry but the kids can't wait 8 days for food to be cooked! I understand things happen but you could at least reach out and let someone know that what they waited for all day will not be there and then I have to wait almost a month to get my money back so that I can go purchase another oven.

I have been dealing with CAS for years buying multiple appliances, specifically with a single sales person: Imran Ahmed. I have always had a good experience with him. He has always taken a good care of me and ensured that I am happy.

I just wished that the prices would not go up the way they have lately.

Prior to that, I used to purchased my appliance from another store, which will remain nameless, and I felt that they didn't care about me after they got their money.

The team at CAS was excellent. They worked very well together. We went in looking for a new fridge unsure of exactly what we wanted and what was available. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to go through the models they had on display. They also had a large selection to look through. They were not pushy and gave us time to walk around and make our final decision.
The delivery team removed our old fridge and delivered the new one in about 5 minutes. They gave us plenty of notice as to when they would be at our home. Very friendly and easy going.

The customer service is very good. Thanks Ali Hafeez for guiding us with the products. All the appliances were delivered on time except the dishwasher which took over 6 months but I guess this is due to stressed supply chain all over North America and unprecedented times we are dealing with but altogether it was a nice experience. Would definitely recommend!

My expectations were exceeded. The online sales person was knowledgeable and quickly gave me links to the information I asked for. No muss.no fuss! Delivery was as promised at the time promised. Definitely I will shop this way again.

Ordered the appliances on Monday afternoon, and had them delivered next day morning. Very helpful customer service agents, and a very capable two-man delivery team manager to get our appliances ready to go before noon.

As long as pick items that they have in stock, you can have the same pleasant experience, no doubt.

Francis was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Add to that the delivery guys were super nice and efficient. I'll certainly recommend this store.

The customer sales experience was amazing at the store where the sales person Francis was not pushy or wanting to get stuff done quickly. He was very patient with me and listened to all I needed. The final pricing was negotiated well and I am happy with the purchase.
The people who can to deliver the stuff were also very quick in their work and made sure the stuff was delivered very carefully and to the customer’s satisfaction.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
The Sales person messed up my order for a Dual Fuel range and processed the order with a Gas Range instead. I noticed the discrepancy only a few days after they delivered the appliance. Tried resolving it through their Customer Service, and it seemed like they were going to approve the exchange. Now, they sent me an email and they want to charge me a re-stocking fee to replace it with the correct order.
I wouldn't ever recommend going to them.

Upgrading my review to 3 stars. CAS contacted me and exchanged for the right range. Although they waived off the re-stocking fee, I still had to pay for the delivery. However, I appreciate the efforts of their Resolutions team to address my concerns and make this right.

When I first walked in there was only two representatives that were busy with separate customers. So I looked around neither of the representatives acknowledged my presence or even said to me please give us a moment or they will be right with me. I stayed in the store for 10 minutes strolling around with nobody coming to me it looked like after a while someone returned from their lunch break by this time another customer walked through the door even though I was in the store of the longest the representative serve the customer that just walked in the door rather than serving me. It took me in on a total of 15 minutes before one of the representatives actually came to me and acknowledged to help me. My wait time in the store was longer than my actual time spent with the representative

Great customer service. I was able to find a great appliance. Delivery date occurred as per the schedule.

CAS representative Shridar (Shri) made my purchase run nice and smooth. He confirmed immediately that my purchase was in stock. Within 2 days my fridge was delivered, right on scheduled time, by two very professional delivery men who took meticulous care. What more can a customer want?

Did our selection online. Contacted sales by phone. Picked the.washer & dryer we wanted. Sales person was very helpful. Delivery was efficient and the guys were very careful coming into the house. CAS highly recommended.

If I could give zero stars, As I write my feedback from the parking outside the store. Not one salesman got up to ask us if any help is required. We got quote and were here to give them business. I feel sorry for the owners to hire such lazy sales people.

Quick and efficient delivery. Movers took my vintage 40” oven and were very cautious while doing so. Greatly appreciated!

Firstly they dont carry all models instore and if I am buying something looking at the website I don't need to go to the website. Secondly the employees are very unpleasant their tone immediately changes if they see you to be shopping around for prices. They expect you to walk into store and buy. I had dealing with Francis and it wasn't a very pleasant one seems like he was deciding the make the model and also to some extent my needs. They are a commission based environment and it is evident.

Most pathetic service provided by these ppl. I ordered 4000 dollars fridge and delivery ppl refused to remove the old fridge from kitchen. Salesman said everything was included. Don't waste ur money. Never ever I will buy from this store. Delivery ppl were so rude they just left fridge in front of other fridge.

My washing machine broke on Sunday and we are in total lockdown in Quebec, CAS has qualified workers who guided me, gave me a great price and delivery was super fast, the washing machine was delivered this morning, 3 days! It was a perfect experience for me

First class experience/service! I spoke to a sales representative (Sangeet) who was very honest and transparent as there has been a delay due to the pandemic in receiving appliances. I showed around and CAS prices couldn't be beat!
There delivery drivers were totally amazing, Gary and Kelvin went above and beyond when they delivered my appliances, even the other pair of drivers who delivered my stove, unfortunately I didn't get there names were very pleasant and helpful.
No need to shop around, when it comes to there service they truly are Number 1

Purchased a Whirlpool stove with EXTENDED WARRANTY. The stovetop elements and oven are not working since Dec 23,2020. I have been calling and messaging on their live chat EVERY DAY. We are now at day 7 (seven) and I continue to be told the following from the company's customer service team: "This is an internal issue and we are working on getting fixed for you, I know that it might be taking longer than you expected but this is not a regular thing that happens. Our IT team will find the extended warranty plan number, my supervisor are already aware of this situation also and you have 3 different customer service agent working on it too. We are keep up to date with your order and as soon as we have the plan number, you will receive it too. "

Sam Gunarathnam was the sales agent who handled my order for a Whirlpool Laundry Centre appliance. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did an excellent job. We also appreciate that Canadian Appliance Source arranged for a white-glove delivery and installation even during the COVID pandemic.

All I can say is WOW, oven died Saturday, replacement arrived Thursday and we live in a remote area. Francis you were great at assisting me to find exactly what I needed and delivered on your promise to have it here! Delivery service was excellent and let us know every step of the way when they would arrive. I would highly recommend you to any one buying appliances, especially during this current situation when shopping in person is an issue

Great showroom and great customer service. My item was on back order and my sales associate Imran was considerate to call and updated me regarding the extended delay. He was aware I wanted the item sooner and he offered me an even better alternative which was able to meet my needs. The online delivery booking option is great too.very convenient. My delivery was on time and I received real time notification of when the item would arrive. The delivery associates were very professional, efficient and courteous.

The sales rep we dealt with Naved was excellent. He answered all our questions and got us our new barbecue in a decent time. The first delivery, I was not impressed, the delivery truck didn't have a lift gate and this bbq is heavy. The drivers damaged it and we were sent a replacement. The second set of drivers were absolutely fantastic. They handled the bbq with care and they waited while we checked it over and took all the cardboard with them. Also the return and exchange was not bad, I had to keep onto of the company but they did replace it and sent it out quickly. Overall I would recommend Canadian appliance source and I would purchase again from them.
