I was happy with Canadian Appliance Source Hamilton from a previous purchase from start to finish, so went to them again when shopping for a new range. This time i worked with Jeremy Eysseric. I had several questions about a range I was considering and he was able to answer the ones where the info was available. And he stayed past closing time to further inform me on the appliance I was considering. There was no high pressure sales tactics used, just providing me info so that I could make an informed decision.the approach i like. Thanks Jeremy for your patience and calm demeanor. And thanks to Brandon in helping finalize the purchase with payment the next day. Delivery service was top notch all the way through. All that AND a good price on my appliance of choice. I just buy 4 appliance in Stoney creek and I put extended warranpeople ecareful what you get from there! The same people are useless there and bt and all ok the a mark on the stove and we phone the store and they told us that they well send someone over and look at it but know show so the sale people there are useless all they care is get commsion what people buy! So if hopefully the owner looks at this and do something about it What No Comment out of the owner! So we contacted the manufacturer about it they told us call you guys as I read the reviews and people having problem and that exact words you tell them

We ordered a BOSCH dishwasher in stock on sale online paid by card and set up the pick up date coming week. On the way to pick up the dishwasher we just called to confirm about the pickup which is 30 kms away, the customer service says the dishwasher is discontinued and we can come and pick up the dishwasher accessories. They never sent a mail or no contact but the order update showed discontinued. The customer service is probably worst than talking to a computer they just make you so mad they talk like it is your fault and we tried calling the sales few times to order other dishwasher but seeing the order number they just transferred us to the customer service care.
This is my second worst experience, only reason why i went to CAS is because of the price the outcome was we WASTED a week and we have to make more calls to refund the money.
We have ordered 5 appliances in 2022 the customer service was good but the delivery was horrible they said they wouldn’t deliver to the main floor because of the stairs and put the appliances in the garage i had to pay another 120 dollars some guys from kiji
The warehouse doesn’t carry display items so even if you check online for stock when you reach there they won’t have stock and will let you order something that you regret buying.
Be vigilant when you shop from there.

Excellent, polite and prompt service, the ordered appliances were in perfect condition, the Canadian Appliance Source Sales representative Mr. Scott Rogers was very helpful and offered a significant discount compared to online price. All this from the comfort of my home, while chatting online. Overall very pleased and would recommend CAS wholeheartedly.

Best, most knowledgeable customer service/sales reps among all of the 'big' appliance suppliers. Always trying to find ways to beat competitor pricing. I switched to CAS years ago, and will never go back to the big box for appliances.

Our recent dealings with the bigboxers in St Catharines has been less than satisfactory, so when we needed a new range, we decided to give CAS a chance. We are awfully glad we did. The sales agent was knowledgeable, helpful and personable, and he went out of his way to accommodate us. CAS' in-store inventory was extensive, their prices competitive, and they were able to deliver the stove two days after purchase. Having already determined the model we wanted, we were able to complete the transaction by phone. Altogether a smooth and satisfying transaction. Oh, yeah - we really like our stove, too.

Me and my husband have recently visited this store to see washers/dryers.

As we entered the store, there was a young salesman was talking to another customer. We started looking to washers ourselves till he get free to attend us.

I the customer he was talking to, told him if he want to talk to us till she make us her mind. The young salesman reaction was to move his hand in the air a very impolite and disrespectful way showing that not interested in talking to us at the moment without a word!
Unfortunately I witnessed that disgusting behaviour and Fortunately my husband didn't see such rude reaction of him.

I shocked! We had come far away just after my husband initial emergency treatment of his eyes and on the way back we dropped by at this store to divert our mind from that stress we had and relax a bit by focusing to our shopping list we need urgently for our house, so I really didn't want to tell him what happened that moment.

I just stayed away and tried to convince my husband to leave the shop ASAP by and excuse, but the rude young salesman came to us in a while and my husband started to talk to him without knowing what happened.

His conversation with us also was not good, impatient replies to our questions, and several times he simply said " I don't know! " with a rude gesture.

I felt so uncomfortable and was just thinking about my husband health and his condition to move that store without any more stress. As a result I forgot that young handsome salesman name with nice curly black hair.

After few days now I decided to write it here and express my disappointment and horrible experience I had at your shop. I hope this review can help you to improve your customerservice quality.

I spent $30K+ on appliances 6 months in advance, so you would think the customer service would be responsive and stick to promised dates but its been the complete opposite.

I ordered a washing machine and told it would.be delivered on Monday and I would recieve a call/email with a timeframe the day before. I waited until 30 min before they were closing to and adull hasn't received anything so I called to ask about the time frame for the next day. And I was told that they would call me at 6pm. Even though they closed at 530pm? So they then gave me a time frame of 11-2pm and then the day of the delivery I recieved another email at 130pm saying they weren't coming until 2-6pm now. So my husband called to ask what was going on and we were told they are having truck troubles and it may not be delivered that day anymore. So he asked to speak to a manager and was told that there are no managers and does he want the washer or not? We then said we didn't want the washer anymore and were coming in to get a refund because the customer service was BRUTAL. And then magically on my way to the store I got a phone call saying the washer would be there within 10 min. I would HIGHLY not recommended coming here if you want open communication/good customer service. The customer service reps are seriously some of the worst I have ever encountered.

STAY AWAY! Wish I had the option of giving 0 Star. The whole experience has been beyond pathetic and we feel like we have been taken advantage of in every interaction and I am shocked how this company even exists and is running their business.
We have been waiting for our Fridge since MAY 2020! Everyone from the delivery company to the staff have been the worst people to deal with with their false promises. From sales people (Alex) who was always reactive than being pro active, delivery people who had to be called 3 TIMES to do a job which should have been done in the first attempt, no escalation process at this store.list goes on and on. CAS take ownership and stop blaming Covid for all your failures and our fridge was IN STOCK last year in Oct but you decided to give it to someone else.

We had the worst delivery service ever. In our new townhouse, they scratched walls, did not wear any shoes protectors walking on brand new carpet. Their attitude was horrible, I had to call my husband to come home, because I was scared of them.
Also one of them just walk around my little living room. And we had to pay them extra because they did not want to bring washing machine to the third floor.
I was crying after they left. It’s our first home, brand new and now we have to paint the walls and live with dirty carpet

The initial sale was great. The sales rep (Wenli - Stoney Creek) was great. Friendly, kind, and attentive. The problem arose when I wanted to cancel my order and receive a refund. I called on a Friday to cancel and was informed I HAD to cancel with the sales rep who sold me my washer and dryer, but she wasn’t in today. I asked if I just come into the store to cancel with her tomorrow and get my refund. I was then informed that if you pay cash or debit that they cannot issue a refund in store it MUST be issued by cheque in 7-10 business. I was not impressed at all. It took 3 seconds to take my $3200 and now I have to wait nearly 2 weeks for MY money. The rep said he could transfer me to customer care. BIG MISTAKE. Customer care was not helpful what so ever. I explained how I was not okay with waiting 7-10 business days for a cheque to be issued. Customer care continued as if reading from a rebuttal page to say your order can be canceled and a refund will be issued by cheque. I asked how long they told me 10-14 days. Now I am annoyed because they are telling me even longer. I asked to be directed to the manager or someone in charge and he said there was no one else I could be directed to. They have no knowledge of anyone above them. This is truly very poor customer service. After spending more time on the phone with customer care than should ever be allowed I got off the phone and began my research.

I had already decided I would go to the Stoney Creek location the next morning. I went through the entire website and under refund/exchange policy it does not say anything about issuing a cheque for a refund. I went through ALL my paper work that was given to me and no where on that paperwork does it say a cheque will be issued for a refund. Nor did the sales rep inform me of that when making the purchase. The next morning as I am about to drive from Niagara Falls to Stoney Creek I receive a call from my sales rep. She is aware of the want to cancel my order and says that it will be done. No mention of how to get a refund. I asked her. She said “oh yes it will be issued by cheque. ” I explained my frustration to her and it seemed to go nowhere. I asked her how long it would take as I have heard two different things. She was unsure, but stated nothing would be started until Monday. I asked to be speak with someone above her and customer care. She said the only place she could direct me to was customer care. After the day prior I was not going to be doing that again. I asked to have her send me an email in writing that a refund would be issued by cheque as the situation in its entirety is suspicious. A vague email was sent. I also asked if she could do some research and find me someone I can speak with above her level. This email went unanswered.

Here we are now in business day #2. I have still not received a follow up email. I am waiting for a refund that I have no written information or confirmation about. It is a very uneasy feeling. I think overall this has been the worst experience that I’ve had in my adult life purchasing major appliances. I could totally understand not giving a refund in the store for cash as many places would not like to have that much cash on hand. My transaction was simply a swipe of a debit card which should be a swipe of a debit card to return it. No other business that I have ever encountered in all of my years has conducted business this way. If that’s a store policy that should be something that’s disclosed to someone who is about to pay in that form. It’s not as if we’re talking about $30 we’re talking about $3200. What makes the situation even worse is after going online and reading reviews a lot customers complaints are regarding refunds. Not happy at all. I would not recommend CAS to anyone.

Found them to be pressure oriented sales, hard to tie down to a price. Wouldn't give a print out summary of the order play their cards close to the chest.
They did have a good selection of appliances.

I am so satisfied with my transaction with Canadian Appliance Source. They were amazing from the start to the finish of my order. I was in need of a washer/dryer and all the other big retailers didn't have anything available for weeks, but CAS had it in stock and delivered my laundry pair in 3 days! The customer service was great and the delivery was timely and professional. I will only be buying my appliances from them going forward.

Still waiting for my bosch microwave speed oven to be fix about the 6th time. Bought it 3.5 years ago. Control panel issues several times. After they fixed the panel they return with a dent on the door they took it away again got that replaced. Now all the wheels on the metal turntable tray broken. Got that replaced now the motor not spinning the turntable. Waiting now for that to be replaced a second time - the first time when the guys tried to fix the motor the new part out of the box was broken. So I am still waiting to use the microwave. For the 3.5 years I owned it You could say I only used it for 3 years. Think I need an award 'patience. '

Extended warranties matter - and this one is terrible. We’ve called the service provider twice now for a dishwasher (3 years old) and they won’t even come out to inspect. This time, our washer has grime and they’ve deemed it a maintenance issue without even inspecting it to see if it could be a faulty part.

We had issues with our Samsung dryer from Best Buy and they came out whenever there was an issue, and even replaced the appliance…. No problem - no fine print with a list of 1627848 things they don’t cover.

To not even get a technician to look at what could be causing the problem is outrageous - it’s worth going to a company that has a great extended warranty & great customer service.

All CAS can do is blame the service provider that they deal with? !

I ordered some new appliances from Canadian Appliance Source, and after many delays, the items were finally delivered using their own contractor 'LTi Logistics'. However, this terrible delivery company did not perform a proper leak test of my new washing machine and it caused water damage to my home. The delivery company would not take any responsibility, so I called Canadian Appliance Source and explained what had happened. To my surprise, they also did not take any responsibility and blamed the delivery company. I explained that Canadian Appliance Source are still the ones who decided to use them as their delivery contractor. As such, they should take some sort of corrective action. However, they said there is nothing they can do. Now I am left with damage to my home and no help from either company. I feel scammed and will never recommend Canadian Appliance Source to anybody in the future.

Appalling customer service, take your money and go else where.

On March 25th I reached out to you Peter Graham to add a rang hood to my existing order. He responded letting me know the item was available and came with the "flue extension", we proceeded to order that item and it was included on our final invoice which we paid for.

Delivery of our items was scheduled for Friday June 11th and arrived as scheduled. When we opened the range hood, there was no "flue extension" included. In his email before we purchased the range hood, Peter mentioned he was quite certain it came with the item.

I immediately called and left him a voicemail to return my call, he called me back that evening and was not able to provide an explanation or resolution for the missing part. He promised to call back the next day after speaking to his manager.

Since June 11th up until today I have made several attempts to call Peter as well as email him, he does not reply emails, answer the phone or respond to voicemails .

I made an attempt to return the item based on false information provided by a salesperson, but that was not successful. It is highly disappointing that this is how customers are treated and unfortunate that no one has taken the time to contact us to reach a resolution.

If you are considering spending you hard earned money on appliances, take it somewhere else where people care and are accountable

I was served by Peter Graham, very nice, kind, and helpful person. Delivery was fast and guys did well.

I bought the electric range (Frigidaire) online. From the first day of usage, the review of the item is next:
- Design is cool.
- Indeed, it warms up very fast.
- When warming the oven the top front side is getting hot.
- The light inside is not bright enough on my mind.
- the oven is a bit noisy with the working fan.
- I don't know why they made narrow drawer when there is a room to make it wider.

Its just mine observations after the first day. The product is good while new and we are enjoying.

I bought a washer and dryer during covid times, a lot of stores had limited stock and but CAS was well stocked. I bought the appliances over the phone and it took minutes to do, very simple. The sales guy was great. 2 days later I received my delivery, the delivery guys were right on time. I was happy with the delivery service right from the accuracy of time of delivery to how fast the delivery guys were. CAS is now my new appliance store.
Very highly recommended.

I order online they don't say order is out of stock I drive to Hamilton 3 hours or so away and I find out they don't have I call customer support they switched me to in stock unit I stay extra two days to wait for it to get to the show room and pay for room and the price they give me on the phone is different from what they actually said and every time you ask for management they don't transfer your o anyone and I had the one girl gang up on me and now I wasted money and time and to top it off to get refund is jumping through hoops I will change review if they resolve this before I leave if not I'd say buyer beware and p.s they girl tells me they don't price match items on sale they price match regular price only not happy with this service

I bought a washer and dryer set Kelli was our sales representative, she was great she took her time and answered all of our questions. Upon delivery we had a little mixup and got two washing machines, I called Kelli and she quickly rushed and delivery on the dryer for only a few days after. So even with a slight error the company and Kelli took care of everything and I am happy with the service I would buy from them again.

I went with my grandfather to the Stoney creek location to purchase 2 dishwashers. One for himself and one for my mum. It’s an industrial area, so be prepared for that. The salesmen who helped us with the purchase, Nick, was super cool. He respected that we knew what we wanted, didn’t try to upsell needlessly, and even gave my grandad a bit of a discount for buying 2 of the same dishwasher. He offered a extended warranty, we declined, and unlike any other big purchase experiences I’ve had, he didn’t doom and gloom us into it. He respected us totally. Any appliance I need from now on, will be with these guys.

CAS offered me great service during this difficult Pandemic. Kelly helped me choose a freezer over the phone. Their online order management service was great for keeping track of the progress of my order. Kelly helped any time I had questions. When it came time for delivery their online tracking was a great way to keep on top of my delivery. The delivery guys were very polite and friendly. And they were amazing at getting my freezer down into the basement with such little clearance on the stairs. I will definitely use them again!

My dishwasher stopped working on a Sunday evening. On Monday morning, I visited CAS and dealt with Peter Graham. He was very knowledgeable and within 20 minutes I had bought and paid for a new dishwasher. Peter told me he would contact me when the processing was finished. At 6: 30 pm, Peter phoned me to say that the dishwasher I had ordered had been delivered to the store in a damaged state. He had spent all day locating a replacement which was comparable and the same price. I was extremely impressed that he would go out of his way in this manner. The dishwasher was installed on the Thursday and I am very pleased with it.

Went there for my new stove. Peter was really super and helpful. There had been a price change on the unit I wanted that put it at a higher price than what I had come prepared to pay, but he took the time to get everything sorted and I was able to get the exact item I had come for at the price I could afford. The unit was available for pick up on the day they had promised and it was quick to get in and out.

Best part is that I love the range, too, so it just tops off an over all great experience.

Easy ordering (by phone) ; knowledgeable people, friendly, helpful associate; they kept me up-to-date with the entire ordering, processing and delivery - received a FOUR hour window for delivery, GREAT, and for once in our lifetime, they came at the beginning of the window; they phoned to say that they would be about 20 minutes, and then texted me. The delivery guys were so amazing in their friendliness (no-one was overly friendly though, which is a good thing) and the amazing way they measured our entrance door width (and therefor had to remove the fridge from the box), a fairly tight fit but they didn't touch either side of the door frame, got the fridge in place and left. I REALLY DO WISH TO STRESS THAT THIS PROCESS WAS HOW THINGS USED TO BE DONE (eons ago). We seriously could not have had a better experience with Canadian Appliance Source. And to top if off, we are so chuffed with our new fridge.

Stuart Liddell was great - very helpful and informative. The store has a good selection and stock. It was disappointing that CAS advertises that the salespeople in the store have the ability to do better package pricing online, but they don't. It was extremely disappointing that the manager on the phone giving approval to Stuart for my multi-appliance discount commented loudly over speakerphone "we are going to make a lot of money off of this one! ". We have purchased 6 appliances in total from CAS and would have hoped for better pricing and to be made to feel like valued customers this 2nd time buying. We signed up for the VIP Program online but definitely not given VIP pricing and treatment.
