I would never buy from here again. I wanted to exchange a refrigerator because it was not large enough on the inside. And I couldn’t do to the reason “I plugged it in” No food was ever put in it. If you have any issues with your appliances they take responsibility. Especially if you are more than 48 hours. I called the next morning after a very late delivery the night before. They suck. Purchasing from CAS was easy and painless. Our salesperson Ruby Singodia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Her patience allowed us to consider all options. We purchased our LG Dishwasher in February and have just now received delivery of our Electrolux Washer and Dryer. Thank you Ruby and CAS

Purchased a new KitchenAid dishwasher from CAS. The salesperson was friendly and extremely helpful during our purchasing experience. I would highly recommend this company for all of your appliance needs.

I've bought three (now four) appliances here now and every time it's been a great experience. Would recommend dealing with CAS.

We ordered a dryer and it was delivered a couple of days later. The two delivery people were great! They moved it for us, they gave us time to sweep up once the old dryer was moved, and then set up our new dryer.

Fast and easy. Came in on time. Really appreciate how the delivery workers handled everything

We have bought multiple appliances from the Canadian Appliance Store in Kitchener, Ontario. GE cafe stove, Huebsch washer and dryer, Broan double motor vent hood fan for the stove, and dishwasher. We've done this over 3 years. Each time service was great. Even when we had an issue with the extended warranty for the GE Cafe CAS stepped in and resolved the issue very quickly.

Of course, you would be wise to do your homework on the products you buy. It took us several months to decide to buy the more expense Huebsch washer and dryer (which include a 5 years parts and labour warranty from Heubsch).

Our last salesperson Glenn is a straight shooter who told us the facts about what we were getting with the washer and dryer.

Currently we wouldn't buy from anyone else. I would suggest seriously considering extended warranties for any appliances.

Was in and out very quickly from the store. The sales person was extremely helpful and quick to get us info on what we came into buy, as well as so us a few options we had not considered. Overall, very pleasant and regarding warranties, made us aware but wasn't pushy and respected our decision to decline warranty.

As for delivery, very pleased with it. The people who came were very careful removing and loading in our new fridge. No scratches on the wall, doors etc despite the hallways and doors giving very little clearance.

Definitely recommend them since compared to Home Depot, delivery dates were at minimum 1 week out or even as far out as September. We went in Sunday afternoon to purchase the fridge and it was delivered in exactly 24 hrs.wow!

Went with family around 6pm today with the intent of purchasing multiple appliances, spent around 15 mins in the shop and no staff came out to help us. Very disappointed, will never visit again.

Items were instock where their competitors won't have for weeks and were $1k cheaper for the three items I bought. Kind of a big deal in my opinion

Absolutely horrific experience with both CAS appliances and LTi logistics (their delivery service). After denting my fridge, dinging my brand new quartz countertops twice and denting my brand new custom kitchen cabinets they are refusing the damage claim. Their customer service has been terrible and instead of helping to rectify the situation they accused me of lying. Would never ever ever recommend.

Absolutely horrible and frankly unacceptable experience with the delivery service (LTI Logistics) that CAS uses.

Extremely disappointed with the service CAS has! I bought 5 major appliances from them and the range oven doesn’t work at all! I contacted them, they said I can fill the return form for return or exchange because it was delivered within 24 hours. Then I filled the form and had back and forth emails with them. They eventually said they can only repair not exchange! Why is that? I paid full amount for a new, functioning range not a range that needs repair! I can’t accept it to be fixed even before I started using it! It totally is the store’s responsibility to sell me products that works. It has nothing to do with my warranty of this product because it was delivered as it is! I can’t totally accept it! I hope you fix that issue for me and show respect to customers!

CAS is a great place to get appliances and always have amazing deals going on, everything down to delivery was such an easy experience! Our delivery guys were quick professional and took extra appliances we didn’t need anymore!

Found this location as very unwelcoming towards customer. Felt awkward about my interactions there. I hope it gets improved. Didn't have similar experiences in Lowes or other appliances stores. Just went to Home Depot which was 5 mins away from there, had a much better interaction, received recommendations according to my need, and purchased the appliances with good price.

The sales team made it really easy to make my purchase and the correspondence with the delivery guys was top notch.

Second major purchase from this store in about 3 years because of the helpful staff and excellent delivery very happy again so why go elsewhere?
