Our 13-year-old washer died the day before New Year’s Eve. I went to CAS New Year’s Eve got a new one they had a delivered by Wednesday the following week it was amazing. The wash machine did not work from the time it was dropped off and now I am stuck with a stocking washer dryer that is going to be repaired by Electrolux at a time when they can get the parts CAS has abandoned me in this process and has offered no olive branch to resolve the issues. I am out of pocket money to get gas connected and disconnected so that the service tech could work on it I paid to get it stacked. I had to unstack it for the service tech to work on it and now it sits in my foyer awaiting repair. We are family of seven and keeping up on laundry is crucial I am a very frustrated consumer.

It was enjoyable to work with Alexander Cote at CAS on the purchase of an induction oven. We found him to be very knowledgeable and approachable.

Do not trust any company that blantly breaks the law so don't buy from here. They are extremely dishonest. They use illegal practices such as bait and switch and refuse to honour prices they quoted. If they are this dishonest before a transaction you can only imagine how they treat customers afterwards.

I saw a washer advertised for $934 open box. I thought it was good deal so I asked the rep online if it was available. They told me it was but I needed to go into the store, no big deal. I sent my wife to buy it. When she arrived they told her that she needed to buy a dryer at full price in order to get that price. That is not listed anywhere on the site as a policy, because this practice is illegal. I confirmed with staff this is their policy and reported the behaviour to the Competition Bureau.

Just got home from purchasing a washer and dryer. Thought the price seemed higher than what was listed on the website but trusted that everything was ok. Thought we were getting a deal but the same exact products, services and warranties would have been about $150 cheaper if we had purchased from Home Depot. Could have used that money for other things we needed. So make sure you double check everything. Small print on the invoice says no refunds or price reductions after you pay so there was no point in contacting the company and we're stuck with the extra cost. Disappointing.

I bought six major appliances. Five were delivered with zero problems. One more to come. I would recommend CAS anytime and will to my commercial associate's.

CAS has all the appliances available that I wanted and set a very good delivery date. The delivery personnel were very quick in unloading and careful with the appliances.

0 star to this company. Never buy anything from this company. The customer service doesn't bother or take care once your appliances are delivered. You have to manage everything on your own if there is any fault in the appliances or delivery guys screw up things by faulty installation. The delivery guys from this store are really unexperienced. They do not know how to stack a washer and dryer. They actually don't bother. I wish I knew the name of the guy who came to deliever the washer and dryer. After first use washer vibrated so much that dryer got separated and was about to fall from the washer.it all happened because the delivery guy did not aligned the dryer with the washer and did not put the brackets in right way. Moreover, he did not remove the shipping bolts. I have been calling the customer service every day since then, but they just don't bother and say that they can't do anything and trying to be in touch of delivery team, so that they can come and fix it again. But I haven't even hear anything from the delivery team as well. So just forget about this company and go to some other reputable store. Who alteast cares about their customers and provides good after sales services.

I’m not sure who responded to my review? It was signed TB? We are fully aware of your return policy we would ask you to supply us with the middle grate for our Stove … that would resolve part of if this problem for the sales Person Adam giving us the wrong information than letting us believe he would make it right ….

Attention to all senior level staff to resolve this matter!
It’s been a few weeks of trying to resolve this incredibly frustrating experience with this retailer.
My daughter and I went shopping for appliances and ended up at the London Ontario location.
A sales person named Adam helped us with making our selections and through the process we figured to maybe do a package deal because it would be more economical.
Part of the package was a Samsung gas range,
While viewing the one in the showroom Adam informed us that there was one similar to the one on the floor that was a couple of hundred dollars cheaper. Which we thought was awesome because she was 6 months pregnant and needed to buy many things for the new baby,
He informed us the only difference with the cheaper range was the air fryer option and the brass burner other than that it was the same.
We did see the one with the griddle in the middle and she told him that she wouldn’t even consider that range as a option.
He even went to check what we thought was the one he was going to sell us in the back of the store! Hind sight we should have asked to go and veiw it.
When she received it it had a griddle in the middle of the two grates and the controls in the front did not have the continuous glass.
When we called and finally spoke to Adam he said that we should have known that it had the griddle and denied saying any such thing about it being the same as the one on the floor -the air fryer and brass burner option.
As it turns out it was the same as the one on the floor she didn’t like. We informed him we could look past the continuous glass front but she needed the middle
grate!
He said he had a friend that worked in the Toronto location and that he might have a additional middle grate he could give us …only later to find out that they don’t have any after market accessories available.
He then said that we would have to purchase the grate separately, and gave us retail places that we could call for prices.
During this process Adam did however offer us the other range for a additional 250.00 onlyto later to tell us because she installed the range she wasn’t eligible. I have not ordered the middle grate yet!
We sincerely hope that someone on a more senior level can make this right.
We both felt totally taken advantage of buyers beware they are dishonest.
The response that I just received below was not helpful I’m fully aware of your return policy. At the very least you could give us a middle grate for our Samsung stove to make this situation right!

After moving to a new home, this is the second time I have used CAS for appliances. I was very pleased with the quality and prices of what was needed. They were very friendly and prompt in their delivery. I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone who asks for a good place to get appliances.

Our purchase was handled quickly and efficiently by Presley. He showed us the appliances we were purchasing and explained their features. The price was the best I had seen after spending a lot of time shopping around - I recommend going into the store for the best price.

Sales process was easy in store. Then came delivery date and no show and no call. Repeated attempts over multiple days with customer service and the store I bought from lead to no resolution as blame was put on the delivery company. Finally set up a 2nd delivery date a week after the original one, and surprise, no show no call, but somehow marked my items as delivered. I am now scheduled another week later and showing up would be considered an improvement. Seems that any issues are sent through a computer via a ticket. Amazing the lack of ability to problem solve and speak to humans now. Sales team were great but after this experience, I will never buy here again ot recommend my clients to shop here. I am still debating cancelling my entire order as I can get delivery from other stores almost at the exact same time. Wouldn't be a big deal if this wasn't a new home and currently have no appliances to wash clothes or store food.

My recommendation, go somewhere else.

Building a house and in need of EVERYTHING can be very daunting.and very expensive! We chose CAS on Wellington Rd in London as our one-stop shopping store. We were warmly welcomed by several staff. Adam listened to our needs and immediately made us feel LESS anxious about the huge task ahead of us. We planned to just get a good overview of what's available and an hour and a half later, we had bought 5 appliances! Adam suggested how best to start this process, gave a ton of info, highlighted that some naturally go-to, higher end products are not always the best in the long run. He gave us so many options. We put all our trust in Adam. We felt good when we left. Now hopefully in 6 months when we need these delivered to our newly built house, all will work out just as smoothly. Adam said he'll be by our side all the way. Very glad to have found him.

Long story short, they didn't deliver when they said they would. I wasted a day off work. Then they wouldn't give my refund right away, said I had to wait 5 to 10 days. Funny how quick they charged my card but unlike every other business they weren't able to refund me. So they tied up my credit card for days. Worked out for me as I got the same refrigerator at homedepot for $200 less.

I had delightful customer service when I placed my order, however that’s where it came to a screeching halt. I was unable to pickup my order the day it arrived due to scheduling, however I was told it wasn’t going to be an issue I could pick it up a day or two later. BUT the warehouse was closed the following two days, unknown to me I showed up to pick my order up on the Monday (which they were closed). The issue was not with the availability but the condescending nature of the associate I dealt with, actually laughing at my mixup telling me to try again tomorrow. Early Tuesday morning I received a call informing me that I have to pick up my order today no exceptions. So I did. Paid in full. I opened the box only to find my order had been damaged. Back to the warehouse I go to return my order or swap it out for a new one. No dice. I’ve now had to fill out a form requesting a refund and must wait for Email confirmation in 2-3 business days only to drive back to the warehouse to return it if my refund is approved… certainly not very customer focused, specifically at the London Ontario location. I will certainly not be ordering a replacement and will take my business elsewhere. I hope they are able to improve on their customer service both over the phone and most certainly in person.

Adam was amazing. We purchased a range. We shopped around a bunch and we were able to get the absolute best price here. Was even told by other stores to not buy with them if we had a price that good. Adam made everything very easy and quick. We could not be happier. This will be our go to place for appliances in the future

Purchased a fridge and dishwasher. The fridge’s control panel stopped working 1 day after delivery. CAS tells me there is nothing they can do and it’s up to LG. I would expect when my brand new appliance is clearly faulty that they would go out of their way to replace it immediately, especially since I have purchased another appliance from them.

Terrible customer service.

I did like the service when I bought the products here. However, two years later and my Whirlpool Refridgerator stopped working totally. I had purchased the 4 year extended warranty. However that is with W3 Solutions who puts you 'on hold' giving you a claim number only and will not come and fix the fridge for 2 -3 days. You have to wait and watch your food rot. Why did CAS sell me an extended warranty with such a bogus company. When I called CAS about the issue, they could care less! Buyer BEWARE

We have recently bought a washing machine from Canadian Appliance Source website. Their online site plus their customer attention is excellent. The sales agent always answered back in timely manner and with proper information. Their stock on appliances ensured us to have our washing machine very fast. If we are giving only three stars to this review, it's on the disappointment on their white glove-delivery service. Communication with the delivery crew was acceptable until they arrive to the property and didn´t want to follow instructions on how was the best way to unload. With zero attitude for service, we had to ask the crew to leave. We were not telling them how to drive, but how to conduct the truck around the property with special care of our lawn and tulips. We ended up arranging our own pickup. Still, we would recommend Canadian Appliance Source for any appliances, but be aware of the overpriced white glove delivery service, it doesn´t live to the expectations.

I had a very good experience at CAS London Wellington. Mike was helpful and direct in helping make recommendations and provide solutions. He supported my concerns on a specific model which gained my trust. Ordered 3 appliances, all were in stock, and delivered within 2 days. No issues, and the process was seamless. Due to current global supply chain issues, I was happy that what I wanted was in stock, I don't think I would want to play the waiting game right now.

Refrigerator I ordered was delivered on time. The delivery people were excellent and very friendly. I also received a call when they were on their way. You could also track their delivery status online which I found very helpful. It was very easy ordering online by chatting with Alexander, a salesman. He set everything up for me so things would go smoothly. Definitely the best online order system!
