I ordered nearly $17000 over two orders (over $15000 and over $1500). I was assisted by sales support in the order and selection of the items.

I provided my measurements to the associate for the refrigerator. The sales associate confirmed that it would fit but the refrigerator did not fit. Their returns process was such a pain that I reluctantly decided to keep the refrigerator.

After research it is apparent that are known to charge a restocking fee.

I bought all the appliances for a new house. After the items arrived I noticed that the current range hood was also black stainless steel, so I didn’t need a new one. I emailed the associate the same day. I provided photos of the untouched item. The returns team stated that the box was opened. I insisted that it was not touched and offered to bring it into a store for inspection. They declined. I was not informed during the order process that ventilation items were not returnable even after enquiring about the returns process. I am working on a charge back through my credit card company. Advise consumers to stick with known companies like Costco, BestBuy, Home Depot etc.

Received faulty Maytag washer and CAS will not replace it. Have to go through the warranty for a 2 days old appliance. Money and time will be wasted while we wait to see if the manufacture will replace or choose to repair the FAULTY NEW WASHER. Very Disappointed in the service.

We needed a new washer. I went online and then spoke to Manshoor. It arrived the next day, with the old one being taken away. The only glitch was in the hook-up. One of my taps was leaking and needed replacement. So, they got it into working position, I got a plumber in and I got a refund right away - from Yoven - for the installation fee. Oh yeah, our new Maytag top loader works great!

Website and in-store experiences are different. Our initial research into looking for appliances lead us to shop online at this store. The constant opening of the chat window was extremely annoying and would block the pages and prices we were looking at. Eventually, we answered the chat and received limited info with a strong emphasis on coming into the store. Overall, a terrible online experience. Prices on the website varied day to day, which was very annoying and unsual. It may be possible we had a rare experience.

In store, staff allowed an average time to browse and answered your questions. Prices though, were extremely variable. If you're not familiar with shopping around for a general idea of prices or features you might easily be duped into getting or paying for things you don't need.

We were very happy with our entire experience. We were allowed to browse the showroom without being hounded but when we asked for help they were more than professional in their knowledge of the products while keeping our budget in mind. The delivery experience was equally pleasant with a 20 minute acknowledgement prior to the delivery so we were not waiting around all morning for the truck. The gentlemen who delivered the product were courteous and very careful bringing the products into our house. This was our first time dealing with CAS but it won’t be our last.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! If I could give no star I would. We bought a brand new Fridgidare Fridge from this location and it was a dud. It froze everything in our fridge, we had to throw away $800 worth of food from our fridge and freezer. We have been without a fridge for over a month. We have yet to receive a call from the sales associate who sold us the fridge or management. We are not dealing with Fridgidare head office, but Appliance Canada should have had some type of responsibility for the product they're selling. They have horrible customer service skills. BUYER BEWARE!

This feedback is for order# T1756496. Sales Rep made a mistake and forgot to include the correct item code for a 4-Men type of delivery and installation. On the day of delivery, only two contractors came and decided not to deliver our washer and dryer. They said they can't do it since we live in a condo-townhouse with no elevator. We called our Sales Rep for help and was simply transferred to Customer Service Dept. Sales Rep did not admit the invoice was incorrect. It was Customer Service who rectified this and re-scheduled the delivery. So we had to wait several days again and was not compensated. It was our first time to buy appliances from CAS and it was not a good first impression. Sales Rep did not even call us back to check if our issue was resolved. Fortunately, Navisna with Customer Service, quickly found the cause of the delivery issue, rectified it and re-scheduled the delivery and installation. She called us back to make sure all information we need are received and understood by us. On the day of the second delivery, all went well. Vladimir, AJ and Chris did an excellent service. They were quick in bringing up the appliances to my unit and installation was done professionally.

Definitely order your appliance from here. We ordered a washer from Canadian Appliance Source and received it within 4 days including the weekend. Their delivery personnel were efficient and careful with the removal and installation. This washer was ordered in place of the one we ordered from Bad Boy that never arrived and we have still been unable to confirm cancellation and get a refund after 9 weeks.

We purchased a stove from the Canadian Appliance Source in Mississauga on October 6,2021. We worked with a sales associate to find a range with two large and two small top burners – we have a big family that eats in bulk! Decided on a new Samsung. When completing the sale, we confirmed the brand and the photos looked identical to the floor model. Flash forward to October 8,2021 – after signing off with the delivery guy that there was no damage I started unpacking and discovered that the burner layout was way off from what I bought. Over the next two weeks (without being able to use the stove) we worked with many customer service staff who wanted us to pay hundreds of dollars to rectify their mistake. We eventually connected with a sales staff who was able to get us sorted out at no charge. We are very happy with the sales staff and our new stove is working well. We would however advise potential buyers to avoid CAS’s customer service wherever possible.

The installer didnt have the tools and didnt know how to hook up the water line of washing machine. The guy rejected to complete the installation and even left the washing machine outside on my deck! I have no washing machine, the old unit is uninstalled the new one is outside, i have paid for installation and taking out of old unit. No idea what is next! Have a 5yr old kid and dont know what to do. Went to the store asked to talk to the manager and they said they are busy and they can not do anything! Terrible customer service just want the money and no support after. They guy even sold me a 4yr protection plan while I just found that credit card companies cover upto 3yrs! With the rain I dont know what happens to the unit, I dont want it anymore but stocked with it!

We bought a fridge and Mr. Saqib Butt helped us. It was a quick appointment - I showed him what we were looking for, he checked the availability and made the soonest appointment for delivery. It was delivered after 2 days. Their prices are the lowest too in the market for most appliances that I checked online.it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Stay far far away from this company. Got double billed for delivery that never happened. Recieved a broken fridge from day 1 that they wouldn't replace. Fridge was dented and scratched at their wearhouse. But since I was forced to go pick it up I got no compensation for it. Spent countless hours with their custome care department or should I say customer don't care department. Got no replacement, and got blamed for everything including the double billing and the scratch and dent they sold me at full price.

Waited a long time for delivery, and now waiting a month for my fridge to be repaired. Worst company ever! Go to Home Depot, Lowe's, or Costco. Have had far better customer service and compensation from those places in the past. All my customers in the future will be told to stay away from this place, they are nothing but a nightmare to deal with.

Giving 1 star because I can't give 0.

Bought full line of kitchen appliances (bosch) in april. We were told that if we want a confirmed delivery date we need to pay in full right away. Which we did. We are doing renos in our house and contractor needs the appliances now. We told them august 16, we never got told it might be delayed. We even got confirmed that they would get supply on august 6. Now we are told that there is no appliances in stock and that they cant confirm any delivery date from now. Costumer service is so bad, the manager of the store talks to you with a very condescending tone, lies about when they got stock, takes no responsibility and refuse to give you a name or number of higher people that could resolve the issue.

Basically been told " I can refund your order or you wait " I wish ive been told the truth in april so I would of choose a store that could guarantee my delivery date.

Very bad service don't go there if possible.

Great service -was told between 730 and 12 noon, I got notification by phone and text the day before and then also 10 minutes before arrival. The truck arrived promptly at 7: 30! The gentleman were very professional and took her time ensuring everything was delivered properly with no issues.

Bought a new stove after our family +30 year old stove have finally died out on us during the weekend. Elizabeth from CAS was very helpful in person, by email, and by phone despite the pandemic and was able to meet my family's requirements for a new stove. Their purchase and delivery process was clear to follow and their delivery tracking system was pretty much on schedule. Very grateful for their services!

Edit: customer service I greatly appreciate, but now the new stove I just got today is not working properly for me. The entire left side of the stove cools down within two minutes after being hot despite being set at high. Need assistance!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Please don't proceed with Canadian Appliances to purchase anything. The third party movers that they have hired will damage your appliances during time of delivery and take no accountability of it. On top of that, it will take you several days to even figure out who the right point of contact is to resolve your issue. They will offer absolutely no help to resolve the issue either. We regret purchasing our appliances through Canadian Appliances - we've already cancelled one of our orders and will probably cancel the other one as well.

I’ve used Canadian appliance twice now, once I picked up, the other they delivered. Im very happy with both services. Everyone I have spoken to and dealt with (sales, customer service, and delivery) has been great, they all have shown to have personality as opposed to just “doing their job” mediocrely. I very much appreciate when I get the feeling I am dealing with a real person so when they can laugh about things it feels great. Especially this past year with covid. Thanks for being “real people”. I will call again for future needs.

Thanks to the amazing advice from Sujat at CAS we were able pin down appliances that fit our needs, budget and yet get the best deals running in store. We did shop around and found CAS had appliances available much earlier than other stores even in the pandemic times. We were promised deliveries when some other stores gave us 3-4 months of wait times.
Their online systems were a great help in these lockdown times. Every appliance is online, even the deals. Prompt notifications on appliance’s changing availabilities and managing order, deliveries - everything’s quick and easy online. Didn’t miss visiting a store.

Be warned - DO NOT BUY ANY BOSCH APPLIANCES. The rep gave high praise for the microwave and oven combo but these are nothing but trouble. Go for simple appliances which will last longer. Appliance with bright displays look good but nothing but trouble. I also bought warranty for 5 years with w3solutions but this warranty coverage is for the cheapest technician they can find in your area (not from manufacturer). Do not rely on these cheap technicians as they will create further issues and once your warranty is over your appliance needs replacement due to high costs of repairs.

Worst experience! We purchased our appliances from them, the sales person kept telling us I have good deals, so we went back to purchase from them, only to wake up the next day with a revised invoice emailed to us, that we owe$1864! We contacted them, they said oh the discount was a mistake, we won’t deliver until you pay, we went to speak in person with the manager, and OMG! Who put this guy there? Sooo rude! Right off the bat, he wouldn’t let us explain, kept cutting us off while we were explaining the situation and talking loudly! Basically said if you don’t like it just take your money back! If you read the fine print on the invoice, it says Canadian appliance store will not change prices after after purchase! Will they did! And they are not honouring that! Waist of our time.

The salesman who helped us, Mike, was very helpful and enabled us to pick the right items and services that we needed and avoid things we didn’t need, and we felt that we got a good deal on our washer / dryer set dealing with him. We shopped around a number of other stores too before deciding to return and buy from CAS.

The sales guy we had was SO helpful and honest and found us some amazing deals. We ended up getting free removal of one of ur two old machines and free delivery and installation along with our new washer and dryer. And the delivery guys were very nice and super speedy. Highly recommend.

We visited the showroom last week and received a quote from Joanne for a laundry center that would fit perfectly into our kitchen, and a phone call on Monday was all it took to have it delivered on Wednesday. Called on a Sunday. Mike was great. They had the product we found on their website and everything on the site was accurate and incorporated into our quote. Sale was done in 15 minutes. Received prompt emails explaining everything. Same efficiency on the delivery and installation side as well. It is Tuesday, less than 48 hours after speaking with Mike. The old machine is gone and laundry is already in the new one. I like it when someone actually delivers on what they committed to!

This store when it is promotion time the price is very nice. And the sales person is nice too. But when you finish payment everything will be changed. I have ordered my refrigerator on 12/26/2018 and finish the whole payment. The sales person told me the fridge will be on stock on January 2019. I waited my fridge so long time. Until March 2019 I still didn’t get my fridge. On this period I gave the customer care some Calls to follow up my case but they always said need 3 to 10 days. But they always changed the answer. I have waited my fridge almost three months but I didn’t get any answer about what’s exact schedule I can get my fridge. Finally I have no choice only cancel my order to buy other item. They never feel any apology.

I bought a kitchenaid 36 inch gas stove as well as a hood range, built in convection microwave, beverage center and a washer/gas dryer combo. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Tony! He was attentive to my needs and very honest when it came to the reliability and reputation for certain products. He also went above and beyond to try to make what I wanted work within my budget. The showroom itself Is immaculate and well laid out with free specialty coffees and waters for their customers. I also had some brief dealings with Carlo the manager who was very professional and courteous. I will definitely be returning to shop with Tony in the future and will refer all my family and friends to him. Keep up the amazing work Tony! 5 stars across the board from us!

They try to sell you as much as possible and don’t care if they are the right fit for your home. Be aware that the delivery guys remove and take away the packaging, so that when you try to return or exchange, they have an excuse to refuse your request for “missing packaging”. Poor customer service after you buy their products.

Mike was a great sales person. I loved the fact that I could buy all my appliances, almost 3 months before kitchen install. Do Not Buy Anything from these people. I spent over $3000 on a wall oven back in March and it is still not working, i cant get them or Whirlpool to confirm if and when it can be fixed. Brand new oven that does not work and no parts to fix it. Canadian Appliance will just walk away from the issue after they get paid. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I can't remember when I have had such a great shopping experience. I had telephoned your store to ask a few questions before coming to your Store the questions were answered to my satisfaction I then proceeded to visit your beautiful store on March 25 /19 the lovely lady who served me was Vathsy Manobavan she was very pleasant and helpful and gave me all the information I needed to complete my purchase. The following day I received a call from your delivery company advising me that delivery would be between 11.20am and 3.30pm. Today at 1.28pmI received a call telling me that the delivery guys would be at my home within 1 hour. The delivery guys were extremely polite I couldn't fault them. It has been a very positive experience shopping at Canadian Appliance Source and I would recommend your store to all my family and friends Thank you for being such a great company to deal with.

The sales rep. "Mike" was very helpful in placing my order for a new Wine cool. But that was the end of my good experience. My fridge didn't show up to the stores location for over 2 months longer than I was told, I had to call them to find out my fridge had arrived already a day before and to book delivery was a nightmare. Not only did they wait only 24 hrs to tell me when (between 9am and 5pm) I was going to get the delivery, but as I live in a condo and had to take time off of work to receive the fridge. I asked for afternoon delivery to book the elevator. Well I got a delivery time beween 4pm and 8pm? What the? Poor customer service once you buy the product, poor delivery system.stay away from this place!

This was my first time visiting the CAS showroom at the Heartland Mississauga. I was really impressed by the whole experience! The large very well organized space that contained appliances of all brands even European! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are similar to other places.
I had a problem scheduling delivery time, but I went to the showroom and the sales respresentative (Anthony) solved the problem and coordinated with the shippers for another and even more convenient delivery time. I will definitely re-visit if I need any appliances in future.
