Buying a fridge off paper is not always easy. You know what you need, the space it will fit, the general idea of what you are looking for. When I went into CAS and spoke with Elizabeth and said that I found the right fridge online she didn’t question my decision, we ordered it in minutes and purchased a dishwasher at the same time. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and took less than 1 hour. Delivery sent text notifications and showed promptly as promised and were very professional and hauled away my old appliances.
This is my second purchase from CAS and I’m happy to say -I will stick with the retailers that provide this level of comfort.

Terrific 24hr service. Our old fridge quit on us at our vacation rental property, & we needed a quick replacement. Ordered one day delivered 24hrs later, what else can you ask for? Great service. Reasonable pricing too!

We are VERY happy with our experience with this company! We chatted online with Nelson, who was very patient in answering all our questions, and providing all the options available in order to get our new fridge as conveniently as possible. He was super friendly and helpful. The fridge we wanted was on back order everywhere else we looked but readily available at CAS. When we went into the store, Nick helped us with the financing application and was very friendly and helpful as well. In the future, when we need another new appliance we will definitely look here first, and be sure to recommend to all our family and friends!

Bought stove, and make big noice when turning on oven. I didn't use for once. Called customer service, a lady told me that I only can contact manufacture to repair and exchange. She asked me if I opened box and plug in. I said yes. She said that it was used. I cannot return. I was been told by sales that I can return it in 2 days if no satisfaction. If I did plug power, how do I know the stove having problem!? Very dirty trick, and Very angry about the service and very regreted with this purchase. Don't buy apps here.

DO NOT USE RAHUL AS YOUR SALES REP!

He is a liar. I paid for 5 appliances in the first week of February, and Rahul guaranteed me that they would be delivered in mid April.

Mid April comes around, and the cooktop and wall oven were not available for delivery. We managed to get a cooktop a few weeks later, however it’s now November and we STILL don’t have an oven. Now we’re in a position where we have to host Christmas dinner in a month, and we don’t have an oven.

The worst part is that he told me had a very similar unit (same appearance and price) that fit our custom cabinet cutout perfectly. Rather than call me and let me know he has it as an option, he sold it to someone else who walked in that day.

His customer service is absolutely awful. He does not communicate what options are available to the customer.

Avoid Rahul at all costs!

Roger Malcolm, salesman from Oakville Store, has not returned my calls for over 2 weeks. CS created internal tickets for him to contact me back, and he still has not. He has not responded to my 3 emails, and will not return my calls after leaving him 2 voicemails. I will be cancelling my order, CAS has not shown that they want my business, so I will be purchasing elsewhere.

Absolutely biggest nightmare ever! Purchased a new dryer, it arrived damaged so report it right away.
So customer service offer 10 percent off and tried to force me to accept it with a big dent in door.
Total ignorant responses and wouldn't give me my money back or replace.
After 2 months of arguments i finally got my mony back.
A complete disrespect and zero integrity!
Bought a dryer at Home depot great service and completely satisfied!

Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever received. My sales rep Scott Rogers was good UNTIL the order was official and then he was extremely unprofessional. He never returned a call or email for months. I ended up refunding my order after waiting 9 months for my appliances. A policies of this company is that you can not switch sales reps even after being treated poorly, nor can you get a refund without your sales reps approval. This company is way to focused on winning your business but not caring for the client at all once you are a customer. I would definitely take your business elsewhere.

It was a delight dealing with this company! We ordered two items and needed them at different times. They were very accommodating getting these items to us exactly when we needed them. Along the way one of the items went on sale and the difference was refunded to us. The sales person Nick was informative and helpful in sales and with all of our other requests. This will be our first go-to store when next time we need to purchase an appliance.

We were able to find the washer and dryer we were happy with. Derek was knowledgeable on the features of the machines we were comparing, the arrival of stacking kit caused a couple days delay in delivery, but the delivery was super efficient with a timed tracker, and text message 10 min away. Right on time and dropped as we had asked.

Ben was super attentive and helpful. A lot of the fridges we wanted or considered coming in were either out of stock or had no foreseeable delivery date due to manufacture back orders. He took the time to really understand our needs and was super patient. He ultimately recommended a fridge that we hadn’t even considered but was perfect for our growing family’s needs (and then some)! Highly recommend Ben from CAS Oakville. We’ll definitely be coming back for future appliance needs.

Appliance was ordered over the phone and delivered on promised date. Roger from the Oakville store was great to deal with. Web portal is awesome with information and pricing. The only slight compliant is that the delivery window was missed. They adjusted the delivery time but did not message us. Had to go into the portal to find out that it was going to be late.

Nick Benson is an excellent, knowledgeable and very personable sales person. We had an idea of the type of dishwasher we wanted and after doing a bit of our own research, had a number of questions for him. Purchased fully and Installation guy waiting yet extremely late and eventually found out they're not coming.
They missed a 4 hour window. I called at 7 and they said they're not sure but will pass a note along. Noone called to let me know they were not showing.
8pm, 5 hours I've been waiting, they send a text within 30 minuits arrival. I had someone waiting by the door while I ran a "now late" errand. Noone buzzed just single missed call and they never showed.
Ben was apathetic and passed a note but indifferent and their customer service was reduced to just doing a job.

Customer service experience so far has been great. Vinay at Oakville facility was extremely helpful and professional in helping us choose the right refrigerator for our home. I would definitely recommend.

Review is based on the Sales Representative that processed the order (Roger Malcolm). Thank you for being efficient and friendly in our experience.
Haven't received the product yet so cannot comment on that.

However, the young Sales Representative that greeted us initially deserves less than a 1 star rating and shouldn't work in customer service. Found him to be arrogant and dismissive; was assisting us with our product inquiry and picked up a phone call mid conversation and continued speaking to whomever on the phone for approx. 5-10 minutes while we stood their waiting. Also told us that our product we were going to purchase was "low end" as if to insult us of our choice or call us cheap. Luckily, Roger jumped in and took over.

Our experience at Canadian Appliance Source was exceptional. We have purchased our washer/dryer pair, over the range microwave and most recently a refrigerator and we received excellent service every single time. Rebecca Canata was our sales consultant. She was personable, knowledgeable and worked hard to get us the best product for the the best price. This place definitely beats your Big Box store. Had a great experience working with Nick - buying all major appliances for a new home. Knew what I wanted going in, and he was able to get a competitive price on everything. Even helped swap models that had higher likelihood of being in stock.

Our stove was backordered, and wouldn't be ready on time, so Nick helped to swap it out and eventually remove it from our order so that the remaining appliances wouldn't be delayed.

Wouldn't hesitate to work with the team at CAS again next time we're buying appliances.

Our CSR was Roger; he did a great job. Very knowledgeable and honest. Wasn't just telling us what he needed to to make the sale. He definitely guided us to the products that were right for our needs. Will be back!

Let me tell you how excited I am today! My day started off by finding out my stove had met its demise. Ensue panic, given that we are only two weeks away from Christmas, and I NEED to be able to cook a turkey! After calling multiple stores for a specific stove, I was given the same answer by all: No its not in stock, no we won't be able to get you it before the new year.
I asked about equivalents and not a single place had any advice to give, and no options to suggest.
I thought I was out of luck, but decided to give Oakville CAS a call, and I am so glad that I did.
I spoke to a wonderful lady on the phone, her name is Rebecca. She advised me they would not be able to get me the stove I wanted before Christmas. HOWEVER, she went above and beyond giving me comparable products, listing features, and extras, she gave me product codes so that I could look them up and see if any were right for me.
After deciding on a model, we went through pricing, and delivery, and had it all processed in under ten minutes. My new stove will be here a week before Christmas!
Let me tell you, she has to be the friendliest, most knowledgeable person I've spoken to in a sales position for a very long time. She wasn't pushy, she listened to all of my concerns and wants, and gave me valid choices.
Go see Rebecca. She actually makes spending your hard earned money easy and enjoyable!

We had help from Sheresh who was very helpful and assisted us with range hood options. We had some idea but with his help and showing us few options we selected one that matched our expectations. Sheresh was very pleasant to deal he shows us many options and spent time with us until we found what we were looking. Sheresh showed great knowledge and very professional. Stay away from CAS they don’t care about customers once you make a purchase employees are not allowed to inform customers about no cancellation policy. They are not honest and lie to clients about making you think you are getting the best deal when every other store has the same price even better. After they give you quote go home think about it and do your research ask about cancelation policies and price match. Read reviews Better Business Bureau has ALERT against CAS.

First I would have to say Nick Benson was a pleasure to deal with and this review is not a reflection on him or the store in Oakville.

I ordered my appliances - stove, refrigerator and dishwasher on recommendation from my sister she had ordered the Café series appliances this summer through CAS. The ordering went smoothly but after that it was a disaster and I would say take note of my experience.

My delivery was slotted to arrive between 4-8pm the delivery arrived at 2pm. I was not prepared for the appliances to arrive so early and I met the men at the door and said I was not prepared, my fridge still needed to be emptied and moved, they responded with well we are here and leave the fridge in your kitchen and you can move it in after. What I should have said is no come back later, lesson 1. The first thing they asked is if they could heat their lunch in the microwave as they were moving in the dishwasher - which was placed boxed in the living room. They moved in the stove - luckily the spot was clear. The last item was the fridge after placing it in my kitchen (which is small) we could barely move around, they grabbed their lunch and said to sign that they delivered the appliance. I did not have the ability to see the fridge or stove for that matter. They were in a major hurry I asked what I was signing and they said it was just the delivery of three appliances - lesson 2 read the fine print! Once I was able to move in the kitchen, got the old fridge out I went to push the new fridge in and it did not fit under the cabinet. The top of the fridge is not flat like my other one it has a dome shape slightly which made it impossible to fit. I then took the tape off the stove to find the drawer slides out and there are no guides for it to run on and it drops out. At this point I am disappointed and exhausted so I phone customer care and the lady I spoke to was extremely nice and helpful, she sent me a link to complete the return slip. As I am completing the return information with pictures as requested I note a restock fee needed to be acknowledged before I could submit. It is now that I look at the paper I signed (this time with glasses on) to see that in the small print (literally) it said "do not sign if product is damaged regardless if the delivery staff instruct you to sign" lesson 3 always review and not trust people. I now receive a response to my request to return items and CAS has declined my request citing I should have known and it was my responsibility. If presented again I should have not accepted delivery until after 4pm, what was allotted, so I would have been prepared but I was thinking I was doing a favour so as not to have them come out and avoiding the delivery men state "I refused delivery" and most likely be charged again. Lesson 4 I will not trust anyone and will not sign anything. I should have had the men wait until I was ready - they could have had their lunch here. I will never buy from CAS or refer them, my sister as well. I have never dealt with a company that you cannot return items that weren’t suitable. Buyer beware.

Very efficient - compact refrigerator/freezer we wanted was not available here but they had it for us the next day. Personal phone call to advise us it had arrived. Carlos was very helpful in helping us to understand exactly what size freezer and fridge we were ordering, even though we were unable to actually see one. It was exactly what we expected. We were very pleased with it and would highly recommend this company.

We recently purchased a new washer and dryer set with the help of Muzamel Sharif! He was fantastic to deal with. We had just had a bad purchase attempt with another big name store, so we came to him a little jaded. We knew which units we wanted and Muzamel got us the lowest price available, and it was delivered at the scheduled time! The delivery guys were great as well! They were quick and clean and careful!
