I had a great experience dealing with Tony at the Train Yards location. I had a fridge in mind and he went above and beyond in ensuring that it was in my home that evening.

EDIT TO ADD: we had a salesperson from a different location confirm that they do not hold items for you even if paid in full. If you’re delivery date is a little ways out, they will give your item to someone else which is exactly why I am now left without a fridge until April despite having confirmation that is was ready for delivery back in September. Horrible, horrible customer service.

Worst company - buyer beware. They've lied to us numerous times and now we are stuck waiting for a fridge until April 2022 which is the same time as we would have had to wait if we had ordered the fridge today (we ordered on March 6th, 2022). Impossible to get any kind of customer service, no follow through. I will be cancelling my entire order and going with another company. I can only imagine the treatment a customer would get if they had issues with the appliances they had ordered.

They (shoutout to Derek Helmer) were Fantastic. I'd been researching and decided on a specific LG stove. It was on sale for Black Friday everywhere but No one in Ottawa (Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowes.) had it in stock. I happen to be at the TrainYards, saw this store and thought I'd see if they also had it on sale. I was hesitant because I had read some of their reviews online. Well the reviews were wrong or should I say absolutely Not the experience I had. Derek showed me the stove I wanted, it was also on sale because they price match competitors daily and they had it in stock in their warehouse in Laval! He said it could be delivered in a week. That was Dec1st, today is Dec 8th and they just delivered my stove as promised! I couldn't be happier! Great service from beginning to end including the 2 delivery guys!

Louie is very helpful and reactive.we are repeat customers.this time we needed an undercounter/over stove microwave same day fast.he was so fast that the computer system messages picked up from the warehouse had a disconnect.but with great professionalism both ends sorted it out on the spot and we were able to be on our way.

We recently ordered LG washer and dryer pair (4500 series) from CAS store at Trainyard in Ottawa. We were attended to by Louis who was very courteous, knowledgable and patient. He answered our questions with patience, explained the differences in the features of various models we looked at. He did not recommend us to buy the most expensive machines but the ones that met our needs. Overall, we were very satisfied with his services.

Purchased a matching GE washer and dryer from these guys for my new house June 2021
48h after moving in to the house I went to pick up the appliances. The person in the backroom showed me the boxes which were undamaged and got me to sign a waiver. As I had to replace some valves and pipes to get the new machines in, it took me 9 days to open the boxes at home. I noticed the washer paint was damaged, probably by the manufacturer. I contacted them for a replacement and they said I was out of luck as I took more than 7 days. They offered me a touch up pen. They said they couldn't take then back or send anyone. Horrible service and very dishonest. I do not recommend

Great service and prices. Was able to get updates from our rep while waiting (months) for our appliances, and were able to easily change models.

They don't deliver or install your appliance. You have to get everything arranged (coordinate) through a third party yourself.
Took them weeks to get our appliance. Once it was confirmed that it was in store (I had to call to confirm), they somehow decided to ship it to another store (for no apparent reason!) making it to so the third party could not come and pick it up. This delay means I'm not getting my appliance for another week. Total wait time for my appliance will be over 1 month.
Prices and selection are the same as any other appliance store, except for the fact that they mark up the price in store to make it look like it's on sale.

Total nightmare to deal with, I do not recomend and will never ever shop here again. Lesson learned.

We had a good experience at CAS. We had done some shopping already and the sales person did not try to upsell just reviewed and made some good suggestions. They gave us the best price - delivery was not included. Delivery was on time and the two gentlemen we in good spirits and really accommodating.

It is all just new - but good experience so far.

I needed to replace a laundry centre in a hurry. Everywhere in town was 3 weeks plus for the machine I wanted. A quick call to Aman got me the machine I wanted in two days time, delivered and installed. They even took the old one away.

Bought all 5 appliances for a new home on black Friday. Great price and delivered in perfect shape. Can't think of anything bad.

Fast and friendly service. I did order the wrong dishwasher (totally my fault) but the sales rep called me back quickly and was willing to exchange. Decided to keep it anyway. I gave 4 stars because I ended up ordering over the phone and the rep told me I could get an extra $100 off but then I was charged for delivery (which was listed as free online) so it basically cost the same anyway.

We were pleased with the service. The delivery was done in an orderly way and the gentlemen were professional.

The prices are unbeatable and nice delivery. With covid, there are man delays that are out of CAS control. However, we purchased our appliances in June 2020 for our new house in December 2020 & we just received our range now. It was available at the time of purchase, but CAS can only hold the appliance for you when you book delivery. Delivery can only be booked 2 weeks before delivery date. I kept asking them to book our date, so the appliances could be held for us. They could not and as a result, we spent 2 months in our home without a range. They should have a warehouse somewhere to store the appliances.

Previously purchased a dishwasher and fridge from Jamie Malamud and the Ottawa location. Due to the positive experience I received I purchased a complete Kitchen and Laundry set for our new house ready in June 2021. The sales staff and delivery team so far have been fantastic and since I have no issues with the current purchased appliances I cannot comment on after sales service levels. Just that I was comfortable with the interaction with Jamie and the advice and attention he gave to our needs. If I have issues that are not resolved in a timely manner once I receive my appliances I will update my rating but as it stands right now fantastic customer service and shopping atmosphere.

Jeffrey was very helpful, enthusiastic and made the whole sales process enjoyable, I didn't feel pressured at all! He got us the right fridge at a great price, he was very upfront about the ETA and told us we will likely be waiting around 6 weeks to get the fridge given the pandemic. We ended up getting the fridge in 1 week! We got the fridge (Samsung, we love it, delivery went very well and the after sales service was awesome! Jeffrey and the whole team at CAS gave us excellent customer service and I highly recommend them. Now I know where to go for all my future appliances!

He was friendly, helpful, never pushy, well informed about his products and very helpful in assisting us to choose the products that best fit our needs. We never felt rushed. Since we purchased I have received emails containing all the information I need regarding the products we purchased, the payment process & the shipping info. A day after purchase (Sunday) I had a question which I emailed to Mr Payer. I received an answer within the hour. We were very satisfied with the entire process from start to finish.

As far as I remember, it is our third piece of appliances bought from CAS, and every time it is completely worryless and smooth, even in this difficult time of pandemic.

Very good product selection and pricing. Most products available for quick delivery but one was back-ordered with manufacturer. Ultimately everything was delivered as expected. Would return to CAS for future appliance needs.

Easy online order with pickup at the store. Negotiated a good deal for a hard to get item. Delivery was quick. Was kept well informed of the progress of the order.

Worst store ever. I picked up an OTR microwave and due to CoVid installation was delayed. When we installed sides are dented in and they refuse to replace it. Said I had 48 hours to return from time of purchase. I mean seriously they were delayed in delivering which meant I was delayed in installing and they were quite rude about it as well. Don’t recommend anyone shop there.
