Great experience from walking into the sale centre to delivery! Our sales rep helped us save hundreds of dollars by telling us about various models of washers and dryers. The delivery was super quick and helpful.

I went to four stores couldn't find stock and anything even though some of the stuff even said it was in stock. This store I walked in the door and within 10 minutes I was sitting at the salesman's desk and I bought exactly the model that I wanted in the color that I wanted cuz my wife wanted a white one he then informed me I could have delivery the next day between 8: 30 to 12: 30 and the guy showed up at like 10: 00 courteous efficient no my snow fuzz dropped it exactly where I wanted it off the kitchen so I can unpocket it to install it definitely five stars.

We ordered a fridge from CAS which was delivered today. There was an issue with the original shipment and the delivery guys discovered that it was damaged before they unloaded it from the truck. I was dealing with Som who was quick to get a new delivery date set up and made sure things went smoothly. I really liked the online tracking system for their delivery truck as well.

Brandan was a very knowledgeable sales rep, he first answer all my questions on the chat function and was even thinking ahead by sending me the owner manual for the door reversal of the fridge that I was interested in. Showroom very well laid out, Chris, our sales associate was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions and gave us time to discuss our eventual decision to purchase, no pressure sales. Masks and social distancing observed by all in showroom. Will put CAS on our list of appliance stores to shop in the future.

We reached out to Jamie by email for help replacing our old fridge during the lockdown. He asked a few questions and from there was able to make a couple of suggestions that would be a fit for us. The whole process was very easy and he was even able to get us an earlier delivery date than originally. The delivery team was very quick and professional. Overall a great experience.

Warning, do not purchase appliances from this company. You will be disappointed.

We purchased a full house appliance package from CAS in January 2021. We were moving into our new house end of February 2021. We watched closely the delivery dates as they changed weekly, pushing further each time. The salesman calls to say the washer and dryer delivery date have been pushed till after our move in date. His solution was to have us upgrade the washer and dryer, at our cost of course, to ensure a delivery prior to move in. Delivery happened on Feb 26/21. Great! Not! The dryer did not even turn on. We called our salesman and we were immediately redirected to the warranty company home appliance care (not sure why we are needing to use a warranty claim for something we purchased new and never worked from the get go). We call the warranty company and after 4 hang ups we finally got through. A week later the technician showed up and said the control board is defective and said a part has to be ordered. Heard nothing for another week. This time we said we want a new appliance that we paid for and not a refurbished unit. They said call electrolux directly. They were out of the US and very rude. They denied our request by email and said to talk to CAS. Call CAS and same thing again. This has gone back and forth with no one doing anything but pointing the finger elsewhere. Escalation department is a joke. There is no customer service at all. We are 5 weeks with no dryer and have a family. After reading the comments on their Facebook page it is full of claims that match ours or much worse. Some people are into many months of waiting with no answers. We are seeking legal advice now.

After getting subpar service from the place across the street with a very similar name, I came here and received outstanding service from Ahmed. Fantastic prices on a whole host of LG appliances (microwave, fridge, stove, etc). Delivery was seamless. Would definitely return and I have told several friends to shop here for their appliances!

Shopping at CAS was a pleasant experience. Alex was friendly and knowledgeable in all facets of the products we were interested in. We would recommend CAS to anyone looking for kitchen appliances.

Be wary. Terrible service, extended warranty a farce.
We had no problem buying our fridge and stove or getting it delivered. We did buy the optional extra extended warranty. About 3 years into ownership the fridge stops working. That was three weeks ago we still don't have a working fridge.two servicemen have come out, a week apart sent by warranty.the first one says I don't work on that model, next one week later says I don't have that part. Says i'll have to order it.no way to track the situation. When into the store they opened a ticket heard nothing going on 3 weeks now ridiculous time do not have a fridge that you paid for an paid for an extended warranty

Store staff/sales staff were good. We knew it would take a while to receive product and they kept in contact with us regularly. The delivery staff! Can't say enough great things about them. Awesome.
