I was going to buy my upright freezer at Home Depot or another big box store because Costco was sold out but when I called various locations no one in the appliance dept picked up the phone. I called CAS and made the purchase in 10 minutes and the delivery gentlemen were great. Very happy thus far!

I wish I read the reviews from this store before purchasing. Customer service is horrendous! $3000 order constantly delayed “last minute” and took over a month to get a refund after many unreturned phone calls. Was lied to regarding refund being “processed”. Save yourself the headache!

Helpful staff at the end. When I first walked in the store all the reps just looked at me and no one volunteerING to see what I wanted to buy until I said I was looking for a washing machine.

The sales person we dealt with is a liar and that is what angers me the most and then the delivery of our washer well let's just say things didn't go well anyways I will never buy or step into any of these stores again do not buy anything from this location believe me you'll thank me later.

I visited this place on the Black Friday week, and once they found out that they could not beat Costco's price, their customer service turned sour.

Delivery came on time, how I wish they can also install my gas dryer. However I understand they need to have license gas technician for safety and assurance.

Prices are in line with everyone else and if not they are will to match. They also give bundle discounts.

Bought a Fridge and Dishwasher from Nageem at CAS in Scarborough. He let us browse at our pace in the showroom for quite a while. We asked him for some info on the appliances we were interested in and we left. We returned and bought both appliances. Nageem is very good to deal with. We did not feel pressured to purchase. The appliances were delivered on the agreed date in good condition. This is our second purchase from CAS and we will always go to them for any future purchases.

Ordered the stove range on Nov 11, and CAS had it delivered on Nov 12 on time.
Very professional sales communication, smoothly delivery arrangement, clear and easy email and text follow up. CAS did what they promised.
Highly recommend.

BTW, I actually ordered the same stove from another store (Homedepox) on Sep 28, it was a nightmare. 2 Months passed I do not have anything. The phone/text agents are useless, whole management procedures are mess at Homedepot.

CAS offers great pricing for the Bosch oven that I bought. Although delivery was delayed due to the pandemic, Akshika B ensured that I was happy and went out of her way to get me my appliance ahead of the second planned delivery. Outstanding service, 5 stars.

Kelvin and his moving partner came within the delivery window. I was given notice before they arrived. They were professional and efficient.

Excellent customer service from Najeem. Helped us find the dishwasher that met our needs and was within our price range. Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Great service and wide selection of products. Have already recommended to others.

Beware- Terrible return policy. Refused to take back a microwave the same day. I plugged it in it was DOA and they called it used. They told me I had to wait for a manufacturer technician. 10 days later I called the manufacturer and they told me that CAS had never setup a technician appointment and that if they had told the manufacturer within 48 hours of the purchase they would have authorized the return. Basically they did not want to take the return. Cash grab. The product had all its packaging its been 3 weeks and my new microwave is just sitting in my living room in a box.

The sales person at the store was very helpful and addressed our needs. Really like the delivery tracking system. The two gentlemen doing the delivery were very courteous and friendly. They took great care in getting the 36"w fridges through the door.

They kept us informed of the status of our delivery every step of the way. Delivery men were very polite and did a great job. I would use this service again

Extremely horrible experience. Everything is in stock and available for pick up before you place the order. Totally different story once they take your money. Everything suddenly becomes “backordered” or “delayed”.

Reached out to online agent “Kajal K. ” He told me I have to pick up from the Brampton warehouse although I picked Scarborough as my location. Agents online are only there to give you random and irrelevant answers just to push you away. Kajal K also disconnected the chat after giving me false information.

Competitive pricing, but none of that matters when the company does not care about their customers. I will never order for my clients from this place again.

High pressure commission sales. Reminds me of Future Shop in the 90s. Be 100% sure if you order from here. Canceling an order I made same day was very difficult and required hard to complete paper work, not to mention Sales person refusing to cancel order because they would lose commission. They also have a disjointed sales process between in store and online sales. I'll be sticking with Costco or BestBuy in the future.

The prices are competitive. The service of our sales rep was not good as soon as he got our money. There were issues. He said he booked the delivery and I called to reconfirm a week before and emailed to reconfirm a few days before and he said it was all good. Well. 1-2 days before someone at head quarters called to choose my delivery date. I had booked the day off work, however they did not have it in the system. They said the sales rep did not confirm. So I had to take a second day off work in order to be there upon delivery. I emailed Amit just to tell him that he failed to confirm and that it definitely inconvenienced me and caused problems, but I just wanted him to know that whatever he did did not confirm the delivery date, so hopefully he can figure it out so it doesn't happen to somebody else. I got zero response from him. I would expect when you make such a mistake you would apologize for the inconvenience.
The only reason this even got two stars, is because the delivery guys were fantastic. They were pleasant, they were helpful and did a great and careful job moving the appliances in and taking the old ones out.

The delivery guys were super fast and actually early. My only complaint was the sales guy convinced me to pay the full bill upfront in order for my order to go front of the line. My order actually came in a month and a half later then I was told it would come. I felt a bit scammed there. Other than that they do have nice higher end appliances.

The service in store was pretty good but the delivery guys made the experience top notch! Would absolutely recommend.

We needed to replace our 17 year old compact washer-dryer pair. The salesperson was excellent - helped us narrow down to 2 brands with vented dryers, Samsung and GE. Very helpful in further decision to go with the Samsung, based on features, ratings and availability. The pair were delivered and installed, and so far, are working great. Though small dryers are a challenge for bigger items (e.g. Queen size sheets and duvet covers), I am following the salesperson's advice to check every half hour or so to unravel if needed. So far, so good. And I am looking forward to trying out the various washing programs, e.g. Sanitize, steam and allergens. Will also follow the advice to wipe out the rubber ring in the front-loading washer after each use, and to keep the door open for a half hour or so to prevent odors (a problem with our previous front-loader).
My only small complaint would be that the delivery guys were kind of bad-tempered, but the removal and installation were well-done.

If you buy anything from this place do yourself a favor and don't pay for delivery and installation. Terrible experience. The drivers refused to wear masks and boot covers. My washer and dryer are both scratched from hitting the wslls. When I asked them to leave they both refused. I called the company and no one eve called me back. Do yourselves a favor pls don't go through this terrible experience it's simply just not worth it.

We bought a fridge and we got an excellent service, in the store as well as in the delivery, the gentlemen who delivered it went out of their way to help us, seeing that, with my husband, are seniors not very healthy, they even put the front door back for us. The delivery was also done in the day promised. I would recommend this store to everyone.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We checked out their website first, then went to the store to confirm that we wanted the appliances we chose. Non-pressure sales when we arrived and we were in and out within 20 minutes. Delivery was scheduled within 3 business days. Appliances arrived on time and were tracked via text message and email notification. Very smooth experience.

Only 2 sales was there and No one came to welcomed me when I was there, I’ve waited more than 15mins and went to the sales who’s sitting there. He helped me got price matched for the washer and dryer I’m looking for, but didn’t explain the functions and details of the dishwasher when I asked for recommendations. He’s attitude was cold, I didn’t feel welcomed and warm, he even not stand up and say goodbye when I leave. I won’t recommend this store, they should improve their customer service and employees product knowledge before doing business.

We had a really good experience. We called and got great/fast service while ordering, and within 48 hours our new washer was delivered and installed. It was extra tricky with a small laundry area and not much room to move, but the delivery guys were friendly, quick and very helpful.

Our stove broke on Friday. I called Canadian Appliances on Saturday morning and received excellent service from Najeem, thorough follow up, a personal thank you email and prompt delivery on Monday at 930 am.

I purchase 8 appliances at Canadian Appliance Source with salesperson Tom Tahmasebi just before the pandemic hit. It was a great experience. Some of my appliance were delayed through no fault of CAS (only due to the pandemic). Tom phoned me and kept me in the loop through the whole delay and kept me calm through the wait. They also have a fantastic delivery system that allows you to live track your delivery that day. You know exactly when your items will arrive.

We recently bought a new washer-dryer pair. Hamandeep at CAS was great to deal with - professional, courteous, and helpful.
The delivery arrived exactly as promised and they (Downtown Truck) were also a pleasure to deal with

Excellent service - from start to finish. The CSR I spoke to helped me pick and order my oven. I placed my order on Sunday and had the oven delivered Tuesday. Delivery was wonderful. I will always use Canada Appliance for all my appliance needs!

I replaced a GE Laundry unit in a rental condo. The process of purchasing by phone and installation was seamless. I deducted one star as the delivery person and text messages were directed at me instead of the tenant.

Stay away if you don’t want headache! Worst customer service and irresponsible company!
I am very disappointed with the kind of customer service your company provides! I recently placed an order with your 20 Lebovic Ave. Scarborough location. The sales representative (Tom) who placed the order for me chose the wrong height for the fridge I wanted to purchase, and it was delivered. The fridge was not taken out of the packaging or plugged in so it was still in a resale able condition. I was waiting on the fridge to list my property for sale and this exchange process took two weeks of my time and money. This had to be done through email and it took 24-48 hours for your customer service to reply to each email. After several emails trying to change the fridge, he then again gave me the wrong model number for the second fridge he recommended.
At last when I decided to return this fridge and purchase another one from another company, and customer service DID NOT even respond to my last email asking to remove this fridge from my property! It has cost me extra money and time to have the cabinet above the fridge removed and a new one placed so this wrong fridge ordered by Tom could fit and so I can finally list my property for sale during this difficult time of covid with all the restrictions that buildings don’t allow workers on site to do any kind of work.
Apparently, Tom is not suitable for this job because he has gotten no training for this job and he made several mistakes throughout this order like putting the wrong phone number on the order, I had to get him to correct it 3 times because delivery couldn’t reach me and the rest of the mistakes.
This is completely unacceptable for a big company to treat customers with this kind of attitude and being so unprofessional.
This was not my first time shopping from Canadian Appliances but it will definitely be my last because everyone want to spend their money where they receive appropriate service and attitude with sales representatives who know what they are doing instead of causing endless trouble and headache for customers and ignoring them.
