Fast ordering via the phone. Took may 15 mins in total. Scheduling for delivery was easy. Ordered on Thursday and delivered on Saturday.

The delivery schedule was 3-7pm and with our luck, we were the last one) it was all said and done by 7: 30 pm. The delivery team was very professional and careful. Kudos to them!

Purchased over the phone. It was quick and easy. Delivery was also quick and easy. Purchased LG Studio washer/dryer tower. It takes some getting used to the settings. Only thing I really don't like, is that it will not dry my t-shirts - and I can't seem to override the sensor. It fully dries my towels though.

Competitive prices. The refrigerator I chose was in stock and delivered the day after I placed my order. Other stores said it might take weeks or months to get the model I wanted.

Great Sales Experience. Was given a good deal. Washer Dryer were delivered the next day. Delivery guys were top drawer. Polite fast efficient. Install was fast. No damage done. Machines being removed were very heavy but they managed. Haven’t tried LG products yet but Sales and delivery couldn’t have been better

What a terrible experience we’ve had with CAS. If we had known that we would get such terrible service, we would never have purchased from them. Our initial sales experience was great but since our sales rep left the company it’s been downhill. We’ve been told for months that a new sales rep would be assigned to try and help us but it still hasn’t happened.

We purchased three Jennair appliances in Dec 2019. It’s currently Nov 2021 which makes it almost two years ago that we placed our order. We paid everything in full. This past summer we were told two of the appliances were in the warehouse and a week later they were no longer there. They were likely delivered to another customer. Reading some of the other complaints on the BBB website, it seems to be common practice. Now we’ve being given an ETA of March 2022! How is waiting nearly 2.5 years acceptable? We have no appliances in our kitchen since our renovation. For months we’ve resorted to using a portable cooktop and toaster oven to make our family meals. It’s getting ridiculous.

While we are sympathetic to delays due to supply chain issues, there is no way that the backlog is over two years long. We’ve been told to get a refund or get different appliances. Unfortunately, our cabinetry was designed and sized for these appliances so it’s not so easy to swap. Besides, these were the appliances we wanted and paid for so why should we settle for something else?

We’ve had numerous calls with Customer Care - generally their staff are understanding and courteous, although we’ve had downright rude and condescending as well. Nevertheless, it’s always the same lip service. They keep blaming the manufacturer. We spoke to the manufacturer and they state it is up to CAS to fulfill orders for customers suggesting that they are making deliveries to CAS, but it’s up to the retailer to manage allocation and customer delivery.

At the end of the day, we don’t need apologies and explanations about COVID delays and supply chain issues. We’ve been more than patient so we just want some action by CAS to fulfill their end of our contract. We’ve paid them in full so we’ve done our part. Depending on how CAS handles things, our views could change. While we are hopeful, given our treatment thus far, we are not confident. CAS you need to step up your game. This is not the way to treat your customers.

Great prices and selection. Only issue is when it comes to delivery times are not very flexible. If you need to book an elevator for a set time it’s very difficult to coordinate. I had to cancel my delivery twice because they would always deliver outside my window for the elevator. If I said it needs to be morning the day before I’m told they are coming in the afternoon. I book afternoon and the book morning. Got lucky that I was able to secure n elevator last minute.

But sales team very helpful and selection is great. You also won’t find a better price anywhere. 3 of my appliances were purchased through CAS.

I ordered a fridge on the phone without any issues. George answered all my questions, discussed the extended warranty program, delivery fee, availability of my fridge and arranged next day delivery.
I received a text message and was able to check on the drivers whereabouts relating to my delivery number. The driver called and a text message received advising me the driver was 30 minutes away. The delivery men were responsible, knowledgeable and very friendly. My fridge was delivered without issue. I’ll only shop at Canadian Appliance Source from now on!

If I could rate the service less than 1 star, I would. My sales rep was super friendly, got me what I wanted immeditaly and provided me with my invoice showing the item I purchased was paid in full. Somehow when it came time to scheduling the delivery I was told I had an outstanding balance (despite evidence to the contrary) and that they were unable to deliver until it was paid in full. Even after sending the original email from my sales rep to the delivery department the only response I got was "we're not delivering". Then they cancelled my delivery date and now no one will respond to my calls or emails. "0" stars in my books - I will never again shop at CAS nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone.

An excellent experience! I ordered my fridge over the phone and the representative was patient and helpful. There was never any pressure to buy or upgrade. Since it was in stock, the delivery took only a week, with regular communication throughout. I especially appreciated the 10 minute delivery warning which allowed me to quickly unpack my fridge prior to its arrival. The delivery service was impeccable; on-time and extremely professional.

Very easy to deal with! Gave me the best prices on all my appliances on the first visit! Even after shopping around, no other store could even match their price. Shipping was on time and I was kept upto date by text msg. Only downside was 1 appliance being on backorder. Overall great experience!

This has been a great experience. We really appreciate the assistance over the telephone when purchasing our dishwasher. Ravi answered our questions and helped us make a decision. Like many people, we experienced significant delays on 3 of the 8 items we ordered from CAS. I spoke to several customer service reps during the delay. All were attentive. One agent, Akshika, provided exceptional service and follow-up. The supply chain issues are a global problem, not a CAS issue. That said, I felt like she was invested in helping us. We really appreciated her effort. Everything is now installed and we love our Bosch Benchmark appliances!

I appreciate being able to communicate and negotiate with a "live" salesperson who not only handles the purchase but also arranges for delivery and take away. My transaction was conducted in a transparent manner so that I knew exactly what I would be paying for. The delivery of the popular Whirlpool dishwasher that I ordered was made within three days, as promised.

Terrible customer services. Impatient and rude. Contact customer services try to find a way to deal with my defective fridge. The lady who answered the phone spoke in a language I didn't understand, since I told her I can only understand English, which gave me a sense of whether I was making an international call. Finally, after I told her many times that I could only speak English, she began to speak English. She asked me few question related to the product like what the original purchase date, what is the model number, do you have the original invoice, such question like that. Maybe I asked too many question? Maybe I took so long time to find my paper work? The lady start losing patient and she hang up! Let me check how many HOURS I spend with her, NOT EVEN 3 MINUTES. I never thought a customer service officer would treat customer like this. I really lost faith in you guys, I would save the money buy from Home Depot, at least they treat me like a customer.

CAS had good inventory and prices, customer service helped make a better suggestion for our vent hood, and delivered on time even during the pandemic. The website was very user friendly and included all necessary installation specs and measurements very conveniently. I would certainly use them again.

If I could rate this business with negative stars I would. We purchased a fridge that was delivered and does not work. It beeps every thirty seconds and does not get cold. CAS refuses to replace the fridge. They want to point the finger at the manufacturer but CAS’ entire business is selling appliances (ie providing customer service) and selling warranties. We should have known not to purchase a fridge from CAS when the first thing the sales person said to us was that fridges are all unreliable and fail within the first few years. Their customer service department has actually hung up the phone on us. We don’t want a repaired fridge. We want one that works on day one. If we wanted to repair a fridge, we would have repaired the one we had before.

Read a lot of negative reviews about them, but my personal experience has been great. I do wish my appliances came sooner, but due to COVID and an appliance shortage it's beyond their control. The delivery guys they have are good and careful with everything. I had to get a replacement unit, which was defective and it was dealt with in a timely manner, so I'm happy for that. All in all, their prices are good and the services from their sales to delivery side are good, so what more can I really ask for.

I had an absolutely horrible sales person, who dealted my order an hour after I made the order and sent my deposit back to the wrong person, but neglected telling me about it! So why am I giving four stars? Because, when I called customer care, *Ben Hudson* was *incredible* in the quality and efficiency of service he provided! Ben Hudson's service was outstanding and the range I was waiting for, for three months arrived within two days thanks to his help!

We recently downsized and thought it to be a good time to replace our old and aesthetically lacking appliances specifically our fridge. CAS made our experience so so much easier. We found a great deal on a fridge-freezer that matched the dimensions we were looking for. It works so well and matches the interior of the new kitchen perfectly. Fantastic job by CAS!

Purchased a convection, airfry Range and a built in dishwasher. There agent gave me some good pricing on both items. Delivered yesterday and paid to have old ones taken away. The 2 gentlemen that delivered them were following covid-19 protocols and they were polite and awesomely fast. Only took them 5-10 minutes and they were gone. Great prices, knowledgeable sales agents and reliable and fast delivery service. What more could you ask for. Great job Canadian Appliance Source.

I brought a fridge and stove online on November 13th as I work nights I asked for a Delivery in the am. The delivery company tried to deliver 3 times in the afternoon and refused to deliver in the am. I tried to resolve the delivery issue with Canadian appliance but they too said that they couldn't deliver in the am. When I went to cancel the order, Canadian appliance told me I had to pay 25% cancelation fee and I had to fill out a form and send it back to them to cancel. Canadian appliance made it hard for me to cancel and get my money back. I finally was given a refund on December 11th but they kept $70. I am still trying to get that money back! Stay away bad customer service people.

Dave has been really great to work with over the past 2 years - as I slowly replaced all my appliances (that were 20-30 years old!). He let me know when great sales were coming and what appliances he would not recommend and which ones he would. This is the go to place for appliances in Toronto.

A repeat customer to CAS. I had bought a bottom mount fridge for my mother when her 3 year old fridge stopped working. This time I bought a top mount fridge to replace my old fridge of 10+ years. Dave Thomas was a great sales rep.he answered my questions, showed me the model in the showroom and gave me a great deal on the fridge during 2018's boxing week sale. I recommend CAS for your appliances.

Never buy anything from this store. I purchased 6 appliances and paid around 13K. 3 of them failed on the first month of usage and needed to change the mother board. They refused the exchange and do nothing and telling me they only sell not service or any costumer care. I need to repair a brand new appliances.awful experience.once you pay the money and buy the appliance, you are on your own.

I have purchased my dishwasher and oven range from CAS and have been very happy with the service and competitive pricing. In both cases Dave Thomas helped with the purchase. He is very courteous and responsive. I never needed to visit the store and have done all my purchasing via email and phone.

Shopped around for a Samsung fridge including COSTCO, the Bay, etc.at least 2 other retailers and CAS by far had the best price. I planned to buy on line then at the last minute called the North York store and spoke with Ravi. Ended up buying the fridge with Ravi, he was great, explained the the whole process and provided purchase options. He arranged the delivery as well, and responded quickly to any calls.

The delivery went smoothly, provided window of the afternoon, and had a web site with a truck locator enabling me to determine the delivery time better.

I'm real happy with the fridge and Ravi's super work. I recommend CAS.
