I've been to this location several times. The staff has always been very knowledgeable, very efficient, helpful, and very polite. They also have the best prices around. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Second time in a row was given wrong. Parts argued with that they were right what a waste of hundreds of dollars and my time had to go back and switch out only 2 a smug laughing person who said. Well, it's labeled wrong the computer. Sorry, it's not my fault. The prices are cheap because they're parts are junk and they're all Incompetent. Oh and the only other customer in there was returning a wrong part. I've never been so mad. They just laughed oh its wrong in the computer. Secure a shop pay someone to do the work. Put everything back together. Who's going to compensate me. Just laugh not your fault. I hope you go out of business.

Although they didn't have the parts I needed in stock they were able to order them and have them available for the following day. I decided to get them elsewhere.otherwise I found the service to be friendly and courteous and prices competitive,

Very cheap parts. Buy from anywhere but here! Grabbed 2 wheel barrings and had to use the second one for the same side as there was play in my tire after the job was completed by a a certified mechanic who has many different areas of skills and this being a easy task for him. He redid it just in case it was a mistake on his part as he takes pride in his work and again same issue. Bought different ones from another part shop and they are golden now. First time ever going here for parts and last. When I told some other ppl in the mechanical field about where I got the parts they all said thats the worst place unless ur trying to cheap out the cheapest way possible and not get the job done that will last. Its for half butt mechanics who just want cheap parts and a huge bill. Lesson learned. Wasted money and both parts in trash within 2 days of purchasing and cost me more in labor when I should have gone elsewhere and I would have only had to pay for one time. It was the closest part place omw to mechanics and figured Id save him the trip or hassle of getting parts. Never again.ill ask first where to go or let him do the ordering.

I came into get a caliper for my car on a Sunday when no one else was open. Sherri was a great help at the front desk she got me the part I needed right away with no issues. Great place and even better service!

They are very expensive compared Other part stores. They are double in price. I bought A PCV valve for $35 everywhere else had it for $17. But I needed it right away and othere stores were closed. So l paid $35 for it.still very expensive. I would shop around if you have time.

A bit disorganized, but if looking for something unusual for your vehicle as in paint, helpful hints, etc. The staff are friendly and helpful. Even unusual tools you'll likely find it.
