We bought a mattress and box, the quality is great and it was delivery when they promised. However, I tried to return the box and it is very high for my bed (9”) but they don’t take anything back, no exchanges or refunds, honestly I had no idea that exists different highs on box’s (5 & 9”) so be careful …and I just pay attention to the price and not sure why they charged more that if I would buy the items separated and also they charged me $49.99 when their web site says free local delivery on orders over $299 (my order was more than $1,000), definitely it was a learning experience and we won’t buy anything again there

I purchased a full sized bed frame and mattress from Nick. He was very helful and walked my elderly mother through selecting a mattress. He was very thorough in his explainations of the different features and compositions of the mattresses. My mother made her choice based on Nick's guidance. The mattress was delivered in-store faster than expected and I was notified via a phone call from Nick. Upon pick-up, Nick even included a sheet set free of charge. I am a small business owner operator in Ajax I like to give my business to local retailers this is the second time I bought a couch from them one in the summer for my daughter who is moving out and one for me now
As the sales person was counting out my payment he saw that I overpaid by $100 and gave it back to me he could’ve easily kept it because I wasn’t counting nor did I see him count it out that’s a pretty darn nice guy if you ask me I will be back good job guys

I arrived at this place and the door was locked, but people were inside. There were one couple looking at items and the employee came to the front door and said that I would have to call to arrange to come in. I said that I really do not mind waiting outside until the customer was finished. I had my mask on and was ready. He insisted that I still call, I told him that I do not have my phone with me and he said that I would have to go home and phone. I said to him that he has just lost my business! I left, and went to another place to purchase a mattress and bedding. October 28,2020.
