Caution: Avoid This Company - Questionable Business Practices
I feel compelled to share my recent experience with this company, and I must say it's been far from satisfactory. To begin with, there appears to be a significant communication gap, as the owner/manager seems reluctant to engage with customers directly.
Allow me to provide some context: I was considering a substantial order 1 oz silver coins from this company. However, before proceeding, I decided to contact them to confirm the availability of the desired inventory, given the scale of the order. To my initial relief, they assured me that the items were in stock and readily accessible.
With this assurance, I proceeded to place the order. Unfortunately, this is where my ordeal began. A total of 20 business days have elapsed since the company received full payment for the order. During this time, I have been unable to obtain any meaningful updates regarding the status or location of my order. Moreover, attempts to secure a callback from a manager or the owner have been fruitless.
Regrettably, I am beginning to suspect that the company may be retaining customers' funds for an extended period, potentially profiting from this financial delay while customers patiently await their orders.
In light of these circumstances, I strongly advise against engaging with this company. There are more dependable alternatives available. My engagement with Canadian Bullion has regrettably proven to be a source of considerable stress and frustration.

I'm giving them 3 stars because it took forever (well over 6 weeks) to get my product and I had to bother them several times. On the flip side their ordering process and payment is easy.

I have purchased from this dealer multiple times for a couple of years. Every time I have to wait a month or so for "In Stock, ready to ship" item. In April 2023, I placed an order for a large order (again "In Stock" items). Today marks a whole 8-weeks / 40 business days without any sign of shipment. I called 5 times and each time the lady who answered the phone said she would talk to the manger
I WILL NOT buy from this dealer in the future. They are not a scam, but the communication and turn around time is just not there. And since you already paid upfront for the coins, they are not losing anything, you are.
BTW, I have purchased from other dealers and most of them ship within a month. For the difference of a couple of dollars per coin (gold), I would rather have the precious metals in my hands a month earlier than keep calling Canadian Bullion.

I've now been ordering from this company for over two years. My first order arrived within 30 days. My second order was over 30 days and more recent orders are taking three months or longer.
My inquiries receive a response that my order will be shipped out soon (?) but still a June 2023 has not been received (it's now mid October) and my requested refund has not been received.
I am now considering requesting a refund for my September order also. If I have to do this, I will not be ordering from them again in the future.

Purchased my coins from Canadian Bullion and after a week of seeing that my order was still being processed I got concerned. When i emailed company they told me they were still working on it. I began hearing about how dealers all over north america were being swamped and behind in orders. It took Canadian Bullion a full month to deliver my coins, but with what is going on in the market a month was actually fast. So grateful.looking forward to buying more in the future. Thank you Canadian Bullion.

It took a couple weeks to get our order however the service of the staff and the pricing was fantastic, Iwould recommend to anyone and everyone!

This is an honest company. If you keep in mind that they may take a while you will be fine. They made up for a mistake of mine even though I was clearly at fault, and they came up with answers and rushed things to make up for a mistake on their end. They could have tried milking me for more because of both instances, but kept it fair.

'where do I even begin? Working with them was a dream! The customer service was impeccable, and my gold arrived so much earlier then excpected! I have been reaserching different places to buy from and this one has the best prices by far!

Web site states 5-20 days shipping. I'm here waiting over 6 weeks and still nothing. The competition (silver gold bull) is faster. Much faster. Ordered from them and my precious metals were in my hand 7 days from order.
