It was difficult to explain to staff that I am to be consulted regarding medical and heath information, as I was asked to provide an update to the current custody order which has been in effect for the last 6 years, but the agent I spoke with over the phone offered to call my ex wife and obtain verbal consent to add me to my child's file, and the agent on the website chat did facilitate expedition of the anticipated wait time to process my request, but I was able to get a follow up appointment for March 16th rather than May 27th, to discuss therapeutic levels of CBD in relation to autistic spectrum diagnosis, so at the end of the day, I am satisfied

I have had nothing but excellent service from this clinic in the two years I have been going there.

Discussion regarding yearly Rx renewal recently led me to informing Dr. Lee of desire to switch to another licensed clinic.

Since 3yrs first referred, my Dx has changed significantly; prior to teleconferencing with Dr. Lee, clinic staff took time to fax him recent reports from various specialists to give him an overview to the changes.those reports clearly weren't reviewed as diagnoses was scoffed at.

He adamantly refused to remove the 18% cap of allowable thc claiming that, as he also did in last yr's appt; any higher % could promote addiction.
I tried to explain that releasing that cap would allow for access to strains with terpenes researched to be of benefit to anomalies related to my condition.however was informed that terpenes don't have any medicinal properties. It was also refuted that higher thc content is proven anywhere to be better for appetite stimulation.

The staff here is this clinic's saving grace. On-site counsellor Natalie politely intervened on my way out the door to address the telemedicine call.

I appreciate the time Natalie took to discuss a medical cannabis regimen that would be suitable to my needs.including terpenes that could be efficacious as part of treatment.
Over & above & very clever/thoughtful of Natalie to've mentioned how someone (like myself) with dietary restrictions may not be able to tolerate the oil distillation medium (s) in drops. AND she also recommended an alternative method to oils along with directions to prepare & dose properly.

The clinic staff informed me that Dr. Lee is not their only Dr.available to meet with patients -they promptly booked another appointment within 48hrs to renew medical intake documentation & be switched to another Dr. Dr. Chaudry I believe? He considerately inquired about how my disease has manifested & the impacts of concurrent effects, then explained how the Rx he would suggest could help me.

The current clinic staff are superior above any team I've previously met with there.

I'm utterly thankful to have encountered
such a knowledgeable, considerate & compassionate (-they also have the ins on eligible assistance & potential discounts available for patients who qualify) group of expert medicinal cannabis providers. For the first time in 3 yrs at this clinic, left last Thursday with a treatment plan & ongoing support I have confidence in. Thank yu!

The 2nd visit was much more pleasant! Cheri and Shawn are very courteous and friendly, so it still feels like going to see a Doctor! The Doctor's by video chat do get to know you, they have your medical prob's/ issues-chronic or acute in front of them. So the process was enlightening this time; a little more informative. Nancy was quite helpful, thank you!
For the people that are suffering, I know it's hard I have not got to the rt product, mg's, strain or brand. I have spent a lot and still trying its leg work also draining. I hope this is the cure; I was reaching to the stars with this, "CBD oil/flower". I just hope I find it. Pain is no one's friend.
If I find something that helps me, I will let the world know.
If I can go to bed with no pain and wake like a normal human and walk around without showing any pain; I will definitely TELL YA!

I found the Kitchener clinic to be easy to access being colse to a transit route. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

On my first visit the counsellor didn’t tell me about compassionate pricing and when I brought it up to her later she became very defensive and upset, as though it wasn’t her problem. On your first visit you are given a lot of documentation which you go over together and the fact that compassionate pricing wasn’t touched on was a little silly. I lost a lot of money because of this.

Next, the receptionist telling me how much weed she smokes. The worst? Breaching patient confidentiality. The walls are all paper thin, so you can hear everything that anyone says in a normal speaking voice but on my last visit, just by sitting I was able to get the addresses of everyone who was in the clinic that day and who had failed the urine tests and why.and some gossip. Isn’t this a government agency?
