I'm a month after I paid my deposit and have utterly been given the run around when it comes to when my green audit will be booked. Promises made of getting back to me, only for the timeline to come and go. I was excited but I now regret going with these guys.

I had called around a few window companies to get a quote. Joe was definitely the most knowledgeable out of all. He was honest about the windows which didn't need to be changed and which did. Canadian Choice also had more options that suited what we needed. I have already referred 2 of my family members to him.

We live in a bungalow built in 1965 so we have had to replace our windows. We had several quotes but Tony D.from Canadian Choice was by far the best sales rep we dealt with. He was originally an installer so he understands the technical aspect and worked with us to get the best value. My wife looks out of our 10' X 5’ picture window everyday and often comments how removing the original three windows with mullions was the best reno we ever did. We highly recommend Tony D.

I can’t explain the world of difference in our space because of these doors. Joe helped us get set up with 2 doors, and they are both better than expected. There is so much natural light with the whole glass panel and make such a huge difference in our house. This is my second time being a customer of Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. I had both windows and front entry door replaced at my rental properties. The service was always timely and professional. Joe was the sales representative that assisted me both times. His customer service was excellent, he is knowledgeable about the products and would recommend according to your best interest. They provided an excellent service from sales to final installation. Stan was very knowledgeable about the windows and doors and gave us great suggestions to match our house. Mike and his team were very efficient and installed all the windows in only one day. They did a great job and the house looks amazing.

Just had 24 windows, a large patio door and a front door installed by Canadian Choice Windows and doors. I'm very pleased with the final result. The original windows were 20 years old and many had the seals gone. The new windows look great and we already notice a difference in the house as the temperature upstairs is much warmer. They completely replaced the entire window including interior trim/frame and outside aluminum where needed. The front door they completely re-framed to remove a sidelight. We really love the look of the new front door. Everything works so much smoother. The installers Dimitri & Daniel did a great job. They worked really hard and made sure that every small detail was addressed. Each day they made sure to clean up everything before they left. They worked very efficiently and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time considering the number of windows (24) they needed to do. All garbage was taken away my house was left clean. I have zero complaints or issues with the job and I am extremely pleased with the result. Highly recommend.

We received quotes from several companies to replace our 10 windows. Canadian Choice was by far the best! From the initial meeting with Jemal, the sales manager, who was friendly, professional, and very helpful, to Skavkat, the lead installer, who was timely, helpful and very hard-working, the team from Canadian Choice has been great!

The installers were very professional they did a large job in one day and cleaned up after themselves and instructed us on how to properly open close and lock our new windows. We had a very tricky back door installation on a house that is 200 years old and 2ft thick solid stone. The door looks fantastic and they did a nice job of trimming it out on the outside and left us the wood trim for the interior as we are finishing the back room first. Good work reasonable pricing.

Very happy with the product and installation crew. A door needed some minor adjustments once cold weather came, but service dept was very quick and responded promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Alex came for the consultation and was very thorough and explained everything to me about the new window technology they offer. That’s the option we went with for all the windows and I like the warranty they offered with it. That it’s guaranteed longer than lifetime (25 years) and they will come back to fix anything. Alex helped with the cost and got me the best deal he could. And I like that he was honest when it came to a handful of our windows that were still good condition so we saved money not having to replace them. The gentleman who came to do final measurements was very nice and thorough.
Installation days went by super fast. Roman and Crew are seriously super human haha they worked quickly and double checked every inch to make sure everything was sealed and installed correctly. And I liked that they cleaned up after. I was deciding between a few quotes and companies and Canadian choice definitely was worth it and love the way the new windows make the house look. Thank you!

Amazing job start to finish, the sales rep Vince was great, took the time to answer every question, my home has stucco siding and was concerned about them damaging it during the install but the install team that came was great, they were not only professional but very polite and efficient installing windows and doors with no problem, would recommend them to install

Last year I call them for installation of door and window in Scarborough, I called them Because my old window was sweating, they said their installed window will not get sweat but it’s sweating again, window also doesn’t lock properly, They said 10 year warranty but it’s sweating in first year of installation and window are not lock properly after the month. I tried to reach out them several time, nobody response me. I am tired of calling them. Please don’t trust this guy, never recommend this guy.

What an amazing company! Our salesperson Jemal was so informative about products and had a great sales approach. Julia the scheduler set everything up for us wonderfully. The installers? Wow! Tim and Alec did amazing work on our windows. We had 7 installed and 2 of them were bay windows on a 93 year old house. These 2 gentlemen worked non stop on our windows. The results are spectacular!
Everyone we encountered were very polite and helpful, being very considerate of our needs. I'm hoping in 2 years to replace the closed in porch and glass sliding door with Canadian Choice- Jemal, Julia, Tim and Alec!

Quick installation, could have gone better.
For example window under the deck was never capped with aluminium, just a foam spray. Choices made during sales process were later changed due to availability of materials, and installation complication.

The installers did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. When I saw some trim imperfections chris came back and tried to remedy it. Once I paint the trim I'm hoping it will look better. Loving my new door.

I've received so many compliments on my front door. I had a rotten bay window removed along with 6 other windows and 2 doors.

I didn't get the backdoor exterior colour like I had requested in a change the day after contract. It was missed in emails. Salesman Doug is working on a solution. This and the trim issues are the reason for 4 stars but I would use this company again in the future.

Good price and okay service, but there is a reason for the good price. Make sure you know the details of the windows. The standard ones they quote you won't be approved by the Canada Greener Homes Grant. They are quite busy, so communication can be a challenge. I had a no show three times before the next contractor showed up. They did a good job installing them but realized one was damaged (in between glass in factory) after installation. They said they would come back and fix it, but it has been a month and no word yet.

Great windows and reasonably priced. Install was fast and easy. This is the third time I have used Canadian Choice windows and would still recommend them.

The salesman Kent was honest and very friendly. 5 months later, we got our windows installed! Vitaly and his team were incredible! They got everything done in less than 3 days and never took a break! Super hard working and they cleaned up after.not a spec of dust left behind!

My brother called this company for installation for window and door in Scarborough a year ago, they promise no sweating for window, but the window is still sweating since I am living in same room, I feel cold whole night, I don’t why my brother calls this company who doesn’t take of customer even we call them several time.

When I was looking to replace my door, I wanted something fancy and after reading the reviews and hearing from friends I chose Canadian Choice. I decided on the Pinehurst H1, has really nice design and I love the colour scheme. The good thing was that I had a large pool of options and the fact that there was a lifetime warranty on the products made me not stress too much. 4 weeks in with my new door and I’m loving it! Glad that I don’t have to worry because of the warranty and was able to get a great door really quickly without having to wait in a long queue forever.

Just got my new fiberglass door after taking out the old one that was filled with scuff marks. It looks great! The colour really matches with the home! I was able to find the perfect one because of the great show room and how I always had advisors willing to help. Great job Canadian Choice, I’ll know who to trust!

The team is friendly. The price is good. But the windows are VERY difficult to lock. When I asked to have someone check them they said they were fine and sent me videos. Just make sure youre able to push down forcefully if you want to lock your windows

I never got the type of customer experience that I got here. It’s awesome that I get to personalize the windows and I chose the architectural windows. I never had to worry too much about the product’s quality since if anything ever happens, they can always fix it because of the lifetime warranty. That’s what I like, the company has to worry about their product, not me. Because of that, the great design and the financing, I got the windows from Canadian Choice and I don’t regret the decision.

Installed a fibreglass door for my home and now our porch is the best looking on the block. Very high-quality woodwork on the doors and at the same time it doesn’t scrape as easily as I thought it would. My last door was plain white and the scrapes became quite visible over time but with Canadian Choice I instantly got a great product that I only waited literally 2 days for. The workers were really nice and in a couple of hours I felt like I was standing at an entrance to a mansion. Great work, keep it up!

I called Canadian Choice about a month ago to get my front door replaced. My front door didn’t match with the front of my house, so I went to get a steel door. I was surprised when I saw how big their showroom was, they had everything, and I mean everything. Got a quote on the same day and soon enough, had a fancy new Canterbury H1 door. The mix of metal and stained glass really gives it all a whole new look. Great quality!
