Wow. Im thankful I chose canadian choice windows. The gentleman Sasha was very responsive and gave us some expert advise, and when the day came for install (about 3 month wait) the installers proved to be on point aswell.

Will recommend to others and will be using them for our front door next year.

Took all my personal info to book the appointment only to be cancelled one business day beforehand because we were out of area. Pretty sure you could have told that from my postal code without making me jump though hoops booking an appt and providing my info. Feels super greasy and I’m glad I’m not using them.

Don’t hesitate to call Canadian Choice Windows & Doors! Alex& his entire team were all very nice and easy to deal with. Alex came by to provide us with an estimate on a few window ideas we had. He gave us a few options, his recommendations & was on his way. There was zero pressure from his side. We finalized on the windows and had them installed at the end of August. The crew that came to install the windows were some of the nicest people we met. They were meticulous about cleaning up after themselves. The windows look great, and the installation was done in a few hours (8 windows).

Alexander and his team at Canadian Choice are great to work with. When we started planning for this renovation, I was expecting quite a bit of headaches, as most renos go. Thankfully, we came across Alex and his team of pros. Everything was taken care of from day one. Everything was explained, and this turned out to be a hassle-free experience for us.

I approached 4 companies in the Kanata area for a quotation to replace 12 windows. Canadian Choice came recommended from a contractor friend of mine and I am quite happy with their work. The wait times for installation are a bit longer now, due to Covid, but they kept everything within the promised time frames. Their pricing is very competitive, and I believe their DraftLock windows are ahead of everything else offered in Canada right now.

Canadian Choice are the absolute pros in windows and doors installations in Ottawa. This is the third home I use them for, and the first review I leave. Should have done this a long time ago, as they definitely deserve it. Thank you Alex for a fantastic service yet again.

Though my partner and I do not have more than a general knowledge of windows and the installation, the team at Canadian Choice Windows and Doors was sure to be thorough and transparent with the entirety of the process with regular updates. We are satisfied with the product just as we are with the entire process!

Very bad experience, we agreed on a price to replace 21 windows in my house, and that was in June 2021, I tried to call the same salesman to ask some questions but he answered me with unprofessional way, it seems he was in a bad mode, anyway I called the company and they told me that he was fired and we will send you someone else, the lady who came was not helpful at all, she said to me that this price should be corrected and we will have to increase the price $5000 for the whole project or we can return your downpayment, and because I want to install the windows before the end of the year so I can sell the house I had to accept that increase and sign a new unfair contract, but the crazy thing that three weeks later she called and told me that they may not be able to install the windows before April, which really destroyed all of my plans, I signed first time in June and now they want to install the windows in April, with an extra $5000. I cancelled everything with them and now I will not be able to change the windows this year because of them.unprofessional team, I really don't trust them at all.there are a lot of companies more professional than this company.

The Canadian Choice team was fantastic, professional, and knowledgeable. You won't find better quality windows or service in the industry. We replaced 18 windows in our newly purchased home and they delivered the triple pane windows on time, installed them on my preferred schedule, and worked very hard on long days to get the 5 day job done in 4 days. The sales representative was transparent and worked hard to get us the best deal possible while the installation crew, who are employees and not contractors, were very courteous and a pleasure to work with on a daily basis. I would highly recommend it if you're looking for high quality windows & doors as well as exceptional service at a fair price.

I wish I could leave a negative star number. After providing all of my information in their online form I booked a time for an estimator to come to my house. They only had daytime appointments available, a week out, so I took the day off to meet with them. 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I called to follow up, only to find out that they were not actually going to show up. During this conversation it was made very clear that they did not read the information we provided either, not that mattered since they were not taking new clients.

I would have been fine if they had called at any point prior to my appointment day to tell me that, or even if it was listed on the website, however I am very disappointed at their lack of consideration for the time of others.

I guess that it is a blessing in disguise that we will not be working with them if this is how they treat their potential customers.

The process was very easy from the first meeting with the salesperson and up to the installation. I have had all my windows and doors (with beautiful windows in them) replaced by Canadian Choice windows! It helped me to restore my 1950s bungalow with badly needed high efficiency windows. My house faces West and I was being boiled out by my old and solar loading 1977 windows, which ran up my AC bill. My neighbours complemented and noticed the new and modern windows that still respected the 1950s vibe of the house. Kudos to Alex, his design sense and his easy and comfortable sales approach. I highly recommend this team and window company.

We had 7 windows replaced in our home on August 23,2021. Everything (besides the unavoidable COVID delays) from the sale (with Marina) to the install (led by Vitali) was a good experience. Marina provided us with her quote in a timely manner and wasn't pushy like some of the competitors. The install team was excellent; they arrived right on time and started working right away, the window framing was done so neatly and they left the place as clean as they could (obviously there is dust left behind that the home owner is responsible for). The install went way quicker than I expected and was done to our satisfaction. Vitali took us around the house before he left to ensure we were happy with the outside too.

Six windows and a patio door replaced within two days. The two installers were very knowledgeable and professional and did a complete cleanup afterwards. Very satisfied with the product, the price, and the installation.

This was the last of 4 retrofit windows done by Canadian Choice Windows. 1 year ago we had our main floor done and now we had our second-floor bedroom windows replaced. After the first replacement, our hydro bill was cut in half and the windows made the house so much quieter. The crews both times were timely, professional, and knowledgeable. They were tidy and friendly. All our house is now complete.

We were very satisfied with the service that we received in purchasing our new front door. From Maryna showing us the salesman's sample and explaining the product, to Yuri's excellent installation. One minor adjustment was made within minutes of our text. It was an excellent experience with superior customer service. Truly the right choice!

I don't think Brian would approve. I think they mean well & they don't give up, but overall I'd have to call them incompetent. It took 3 tries, 2 installers and 6 months to get 1 window installed. The 1st and 2nd windows weren't as ordered. The 3rd try was correct & installed but some of the installation details were just plain stupid.

I chose Canadian Choice Windows (Ottawa) because of their reviews. I wanted 6 windows changed on the 2nd floor of my home. I was very happy with my decision! My 2 installers Alex and Yuri were on time and very professional. When they were done, they used a ShopVac to cleanup each room and the windows were perfectly installed. The 1st agent named Alex who came to my home to give me a quote was also very professional and understanding of my needs. We had an excellent and I could say a perfect experience when we decided, my wife and myself to invite Mrs Marina Pridatko to come to our house to discuss a possible project of windows replacement.
Mrs Marina Pridatko was punctual and she gave us all the information that Canadian Choice Windows & Doors Ottawa could offer.
As we were shopping around for that project, we had met a couple of other representatives from other respectful companies in the region, until we have made the choice to replace our windows and our main entrance door with Canadian Choice Windows & Doors Ottawa.
The products were competitive and they offered almost the same final package deal but not the same marketing neither the sale approach.

We had great service with this company and would definitely recommend them! When we signed the contract, the salesman told us the windows would be delivered and installed 10 weeks later, which was the case. The guys showed up within the time range previously communicated (9-11am). They were all very nice and meticulous. We appreciated the final touches (inside and outside) and the overall look. A great quality for an excellent price!

We got a free quote with Canadian Choice Windows and the salesman did his job very well so we decided to go ahead with them but after when the installation happened we did not get what we were told about we don't blame the installers but if you promise something to your customer and charge them a lot of extras and end up not doing anything of what you said then just don't sale anything. I am not very satisfied and I would not recommend.

Salesman Stan took his time to explain the product, answer the questions and explain why he believed that this was a very good product. Very little pressure but at the same time his attitude and manners helped seal the deal.
The installer (Neil I believe came) took the final measurements. He was polite, careful and easy to talk to.
He returned with his assistant to install the windows. They were clean, careful and got the work done fairly quickly. They took the time to listen and discuss any issues. It went smoothly and it looks like they did a great job.

Are we the only ones who were promised a promotion of 2 free airline tickets and have not received them? The salesperson George has been contacted too many times to count as well as the sales office in Ottawa and Toronto. No one is taking responsibility for this promotion. George tells us we will get them any day now. Office tells us there is nothing they can do. It has been over a month that we had 2 windows installed and paid in full. We are told that someone will call us back but that never happens. If you have any issues with this company I wish you luck getting a response. As far as the installation the team showed up 2 hours early, complained about the access to the house, left holes in the drywall around one window and did a really sloppy cleanup.

Highly recommend! Best prices and superior quality! Canadian Choice installed all 11 windows in my house, including two patio doors and two huge windows in dining and living rooms. Installation was completed right before Christmas. There were a couple of warm days. With the new windows, I can see a significant difference: the bills from Enbridge are much lower, it is warmer and more comfortable inside the house.
