Great pharmacy! I love the staff and they really do care! I was 5 bucks short for headline treatment for my kids, they still gave it to me! 10/10 and beyond!

You dont have to wait 4-8hrs to get your prescription like Shoppers, and they are cheaper too!

10/10 I absolutely recommend this pharmacy and its team; I will be coming back to the Canadian Drug Mart - they actually care about us!

They have great customer service and especially one of the co-owners, Pharmacist John Attia who gave me a consultation without needing to book an appointment. While the Shoppers staff, right across the street, had just turn me away when I wanted an immediate consultation; telling me I needed to book the consultation online using their website if I wanted help.

Been going here since they opened, so glad I made the switch. Service is warm, freindly, and they go out of there way to help, feel like family, and staff call you by your name.

They really care and look after their senior customers. The walk in Clinic is also very good and I have used a few times.

Starting using this pharmacy few years ago, the pharmacist and the girls that work there are the nicest and helpful staff that I’ve ever dealt with! I look forward to seeing them when I go there!

I had a wonderful experience here, both the nurse and doctor were very helpful and quickly worked out a solution. Reception for both the pharmacy and walk in were quick and easy to work with as well, quickly helping me through my lack of health card.

The best thing about Canadian Drug Mart is the amazing team that are always super friendly, always accommodating and have compassion for everyone that walks through the doors. I had a different pharmacy for my entire life and I was very unhappy with the service. A friend recommended the Canadian Drug Mart and from the moment I walked in their doors, I was more comfortable then I had ever felt at my previous pharmacy. They dealt with contacting my old pharmacy to have all my medications transferred over as well as any medical information they would need to assist me such as family doctors name, phone number and my current contact information. It was a painless process and just from those couple of interactions, I myself was already recommending Canadian Drug Mart to all my friends and family. This pharmacy probably has as many clients as my previous pharmacy however, they still keep it small, warm and provide really fast service. They don't abuse and change with the stores success. It hasn't turned Into one of those large, cold chains that have employees who are rude and act entitled for no apparent reason. Also as I said they prepare your prescriptions in minutes rather then hours later and will do anything to provide amazing customer service. I was heading out of town for a long weekend and remembered at the last minute that I didn't have enough medication to last the whole weekend. I called the pharmacy but it was not due for pick up until the next day which is when I was leaving at 6am. The pharmacist was so amazing and said that he would go in and open the store just for me at 5: 30am, just so I would have the medicine I needed. In the end the pharmacist got dr approval to have it released the night before. He even had it delivered to me after the pharmacy was closed which is going above and beyond any customer service I have ever received. I walk in and always get a hello Ms Scott. I will be a life lone customer and will recommend Canadian Drug Mart to everyone I know.

So friendly and customer oriented. We switched from recall and will never go back. Love this place.
