Not Stilh friendly. Sold me a ms170 at wrong price, no PDI done and extended warranty by buying stilh oil not offered. Made a trip back to get the sale price. While there I could not get a fuel filter or air filter for my other stilh saw. No tuneup kits at all.
The most disappointing aspect was the 170 was not registered for warranty. Wrong serial number on purchase invoice. I went to a another stilh dealership and they fixed me up properly.
Reply to owner Paul, invoice 95354 dated 11/3/22. Issues were resolved by another Stilh dealership. The matter is considered closed from my perspective. All the best.

I’ve been dealing with Paul at Canadian Equipment Outfitters for the past 10 years their service has always been exceptional and their expertise and knowledge about their products is second to none their hours of operation truly help a real contractor who works seven days a week.
I’ve purchased nearly all of my masonry tools from them from my first STABILA level set to my first red rocket mixer
They operate a busy store with fair prices glad to see that they expanded, but are still located at their convenient location.
Living an hour north of their location their ability to ship their products to my location is very helpful and fast.
Their customer profiling and diligent paperwork keeping has become a useful part of my bookkeeping as a business owner.
