I think I've been a member for about 43 years now. The discounts on CC and debit fees alone, make it worthwhile and I really appreciate all the small business advocacy that is done at the city, provincial and federal level.

Our CFIB Membership has been a wonderful addition to our business. Not only were we able to utilize all the helpful templates to rewrite our Employee Handbook, but also we started an entire training program using our access to Vubiz. Its so easy. CFIB is truly a benefit to our company. Not only have we implemented the onboarding training modules for new hires through VUBIZ for free, I have called with many questions that they answered and have accessed templates for policies and participated in zooms.it is definitely a wealth of information and certainly worth the cost of a membership. I have been a member of CFIB now for more than a dozen years. It has saved me a lot of money on my phone lines and by helping me pick up my credit card company and save money. They have also answered legal questions and directed me to the information I need for my business. They have worked hard advocating with the government of Canada on behalf of small businesses.

I have worked for CFIB Canadian Federation of Independent Business nearly 7 years. And this has been the best company I’ve ever worked for. CFIB has such great integrity! As the number one lobby group in Canada for independent business owners they fight daily to achieve fairness for the small and medium businesses. United, these voices are powerful! But what nobody knows unless you’re an employee, is how they treat their employees. Well, they treat us with just as much kindness and integrity as they do their members! CFIB trains you, supports you and stands by your side! They have your back first and foremost! And honestly when you speak to business owners, most people are eager to join. Once you hear what we do for you, it’s kinda easy. So as an employee (a District Manager), that part of the job is easy. They compensate you fairly too! Along with benefits pension etc. But most importantly are the managers and how great they truly are-patient, kind, professional, understanding, empathetic etc. (Not a paid advertisement just speaking sincerely from my heart.)
